Besonders mochten wir den Relax - Bereich, innen Tischtennis/Kicker und Terasse😀😀

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Flughafen Köln - Bonn. Es ist hervorragend dafür geeignet, zum Beispiel die Zeit bis zum Abflug zu überbrücken. Dazu bietet das Moxy ein eigenes Gym, aber auch weitere Freizeiteinrichtungen in der fünften Etage, in der sich auch die Lobby befindet. Es gibt Arbeitsbereiche, an denen man sich mit dem Laptop setzen und in angenehmer Atmosphäre ein paar Dinge erledigen kann. Kleines Manko ist, dass ausschließlich die Flughafen Parkplätze genutzt werden können und diese, zumindest für uns (24 h Parker), unverhältnismäßig teuer waren. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen völlig in Ordnung. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel komplett im Aviation Design aufgebaut war.

Perfect op loopafstand van de vertrekhal. Stil, mooie entourage. Alleen toegang tot de ingang en lobby,bar, restaurant met dakterras en je eigen geboekte verdieping van je kamer. Zeer nette mooie als nieuwe kamers. Goede bedden en badkamer met hansgrohe kranen dus perfecte watertemperatuur. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie sportfaciliteiten. Midden in de nacht uitchecken is ook geen probleem.

Sehr schönes, modernes Flughafenhotel, der unkomplizierte Check In ist an der Bar im 5 ten Stock. Als "Welcome Drink" gibt es unter anderem auch ein Kölsch👍. Das Restaurant und die schöne Terasse mit Blick auf den Airport sind klasse! Perfekt für alle, die früh abfliegen oder spät ankommen, denn der Flughafen ist fussläufig (3min)zu erreichen.

Zu Fuß vom Flughafen in ca 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Bis zur DB höchstens 5 Minuten! Stylisch eingerichtet! Sehr gut Schallisolierte Zimmer! Bar 24 Stunden geöffnet! Sehr umfangreiches hochwertiges Frühstück!

Großes sauberes Zimmer. Modern. Check In etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig im 5. Stock, aber tolle Bar mit Blick auf den Flughafen. Roof Top. Gute Speisekarte, alles ok.

Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen, ist aber sicher nicht für jeden was. Die Dachterrasse mit ihrem tollen Ausblick ist einfach der Hammer. Das Ambiente an der Bar und in der Louge ist einfach super. Das Frühstück war gut, weißt aber bei der Auswahl noch etwas Potential nach oben auf. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Check-in schwierig, da im Flughafenbereich, Parkgebühr war hier bereits 11€, ohne überhaupt da zu parken. Rave-Konzert auf dem Dach, bei 5 Stockwerken. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken, Restaurant geschlossen wegen des Konzerts.

Excellent. Having got off train from Cologne, just a minute’s walk to hotel! Very friendly, efficient staff. Quick, easy registration . Room amazingly spacious. Spotless. Great shower. Highly recommended.

Such welcoming staff at reception 😀 Rooms very clean and comfortable. Bathroom has everything you need i.e. shower gel, shampoos etc. Hairdryer 👍 Overall a very quirky hotel. We had a lovely stay.

We went to Cologne for the weekend, and decided to stay here because it has a train to and from the city. About a week before checking in, I got an email with all of the parking details, and that there would be a restaurant available on site. You have to go up to the fifth floor to check in, which has a very nice common area and a bar. When checking in, my husband and I were informed that we would be getting a room with two twin beds. This wasn’t necessarily a problem, but I asked if there were any queens left and the agent told me that the hotel was fully booked. I then asked if we could be seated for dinner, but was informed at the hotel restaurant was closed. There was some bar food that we could choose from, so I ordered a pizza. I saw them take it out of the freezer, unwrap it and put it into a microwave. I also asked if I could fill up my water bottle anywhere, and was told no. We then went to our room to find a large black hair on the bed. I moved it off the bed and tried to forget about it, but then we discovered that our TV did not work. We called the front desk, which we had to do off of our cell phone because there is no phone provided, and they informed us that we could switch rooms. I’m not sure how this was possible because we were told that they were “fully booked.” Overall, we didn’t have a pleasant experience and this feels like a very budget hotel with little to no amenities. Not even a mini fridge in the room.

Ein schönes Hotel ganz nah am Flughafen. Praktisch für frühe Flüge. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig mit einer ungewöhnlichen und modernen Einrichtung. Das Fenster vom Zimmer ging in den Innenhof hinaus. Man hat nur ganz leise die Flugzeuge gehört, was aber gar nicht gestört hat. Und im Flur hat es stellenweise nach Treibstoff gerochen, was zum Glück nicht in die Zimmer gezogen ist. Das Personal ist einfach Toll! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sauberes und gutes Airport Hotel. Zimmer sind liebevoll und stylisch ausgestattet. Passend für ein Airport Hotel. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Ich hatte kein Duschgel im Zimmer sondern nur 2x conditioner. Gerade wer mit Handgepäck fliegt ist auf diese Standard Artikel angewiesen. Hier sollte das Housekeeping dies mal prüfen. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Bar ist wirklich schick.

Check in staff were friendly, welcome drink on arrival. The room we had slept 3 adults, comfortable beds, really clean and warm. Excellent shower. No kettle in room but hair dryer was provided. Really lovely hotel. Easy access out of the airport and train station with only 4 stops on the s-bahn to the city center which was only 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Bit of a wait at check in as everyone seemed to arrive at once and only one receptionist, but she was very nice and I was offered a complimentary drink. Arrived at 2am and left at 9am (didn’t have breakfast) so didn’t spend long there but the room was clean and the bed so comfy! A quirky hotel which I like. I would definitely recommed to others or stay there again myself!

If you are looking for some rest during your travel, avoid this Moxy at all cost. The sound proofing of the hotel was so bad that we had an extremely difficult time falling asleep as other hotel guests kept stomping, talking loudly, and even yelling in the hallway ALL THE TIME. We understand that it's an airport hotel and guests come and go at odd hours all the time, but the lack of sound proofing and the noises people created were really unacceptable. We have stayed at other airport hotels before, and we never had issues like this. We tried to tolerate the noises but finally could not stand it anymore so we talked to a hotel staffer and requested for a room change at around 2:30 am. It was nice of the staff member to give us a new room, but the new room was on the 4th floor, right below the top-floor hotel bar. The stomping from the hallway was slightly better this time but we could then hear chair pulling and people stomping at the hotel bar instead. It was impossible to have some rest as no matter what time it was, whether it was 4 am, 9 am or 9 pm, there were always a lot of noises coming from the hotel. Maybe we were just unlucky to have had rooms that were near the elevator and/or below the hotel bar, but such an experience was unbelievably horrible, and we will never come back.

In room no small fridge no microwave. Washroom door doesn’t close properly water was coming out. And also no closet

The room was really very basic and lacked tea and coffee. Really very average

The hotel is very basic. There is no kettle in the room and no offer for a free hot drink other than at breakfast or paid for at the bar. The bar staff don’t serve the customers in order even though there are plenty of staff they aren’t paying attention. There is a strong smell of cannabis outside being smoked and bottles of beer left from drinkers. It’s convenient for getting about this part of Germany with trains on the doorstep. A few members of staff were friendly - mainly at breakfast but otherwise they aren’t acknowledging you. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was quiet and couldn’t hear airport noise. The hideous heavy self close doors bang through the night though if people aren’t thoughtful.

Eigentlich würde ich für den Aufenthalt 5 Sterne vergeben - wir wollten früh morgens in Urlaub fliegen, und da das Hotel 5 Gehminuten vom Terminal 1 entfernt ist, habe ich das Moxy gebucht. Soweit so gut, alles Super. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant zwar kein Schnäppchen, aber sehr lecker, Frühstück hatten wir keins, das Zimmer war schön… ABER: das Zimmer war warm, das Fenster konnte nur leicht gekippt werden, die Klimaanlage war nicht zu überreden irgendwas zum machen ( ja, auch mit geschlossenen Fenster) - kurzum nicht geschlafen weil a- entweder zu warm, oder b- Fluglärm ohne Ende (wenn das Fenster zu ist hört man fast nichts vom Fluglärm). Also wir werden vermutlich nochmal wiederkommen ( in der Annahme dass das diesmal ein Einzelfall war) - und dann auch die 5 Sterne vergeben wenn wir ruhig und kalt schlafen können.

Beds are really hard. Everything else is excellent!

Die Betten im Zimmer waren für mich ein großer Kritikpunkt. Zum einen war die Matratze viel zu weich, und zum anderen war das Bett viel zu hoch. Das die Matratze zudem nur auflag, und nicht in einem Korpus eingelegt war, und diese sich deshalb während des Schlafs quasi mit bewegte, war ebenso ein Minuspunkt. Ich konnte dort so gut wie keinen Schlaf finden. - Im Zimmer gab es nur eine Sitzgelegenheit außer dem Bett. Das Bad war deutlich zu klein.

The reception was too busy guy, only working alone. Even 24hours check-in, if someone got stuck, there was a queue. The reception man was kind enough to support me during the small time he could have, but it seems overloaded. The hotel should put another people for check-in. This makes a bit stressful for me when I arrived late night.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever encountered in a hotel. Nothing more I can say without expletives

Excellent stay. Staff were really friendly, especially Ivan who showed us around the hotel. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Really convenient for the airport and train station as within walking distance.

Check in time was very slow, took 40 minute to check in three people at 11pm at night. Otherwise the hotel is nice.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Flughafen. Das Hotel ist schön designed, geplfegt und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Früherer Check In war möglich, war jedoch relativ teuer. Personal war sehr freundlich. Schade, dass es für jemanden Zoeliakiebetroffenen keinerlei Verpflegung zu kaufen gab abends. Frühstück ist eher basic bezüglich Auswahl, jedoch frisch und ansprechend angerichtet. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Allerdings sind wir einen Umweg an der Straße gelaufen weil nicht klar war, wie man vom Flughafen da hinkommt

Great place to stay at the airport - five minutes walk from/to the terminal. Well soundproofed, no plane noises to be heard in your room.

Nice hotel, what was no nice, Was the hotel said it had parking, but no it was an extra 39 Euro’s to park in the terminal and no parking at the site, this needs to be changed in the booking and clearly show it’s an extra 40 per night if you have a car…..

Todo fue muy bien. Quizás solamente el llegar hasta el hotel de noche, pues no está muy bien indicado. Por lo demás, sin problema. El desayuno es muy variado y sano.

Due to a flight delay I lost my connection and the next flight that was arranged for me was early the next day so Moxy was perfect. I crossed the road and booked this cozy hotel. ( it is also very close to the S bahn) Loved the airport inspired decoration the lobby was welcoming, staff at check in was amazing and friendly. Bedroom was perfect, size and comfort. I was only there for 12 hours had a good sleep and breakfast was very good for an airport hotel, they had a selection of cereals, eggs scrambled and boiled, juices, cold cuts and cheese, different baked products. The welcome drink was a nice touch too! When I arrived the restaurant had closed but the bar served some meals I had a delicious carrot soup which came with a fresh bread bun. All in all I would highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport.

Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Terminal. Trotzdem war es im Zimmer ruhig. Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Beim Auschecken wirft man einfach die Schlüsselkarte in eine Box, fertig! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Restaurant war geschlossen und wir mussten im Flughafen etwas essen. Dort ist die Auswahl vor den Sicherheitskontrollen leider sehr übersichtlich. Wir haben nur Fastfood gefunden.

Very quiet! Didn't hear any planes taking off from inside the Hotel. Not enough staff as they advertise having a restaurant but were only serving pizzas and wings. We walked to another Hotel and had a nice dinner.
