Room was perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The room service menu didn’t have a surcharge which was nice. Close to shopping Centre if you forgot to pack your toothpaste! Staff were friendly and engaging. Ever entry and exit was greeted with a smile and greeting. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Whist this hotel is about 20 minutes from the city, there is a train station about a 7 minute walk away. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the beds the comfiest ever. Room facilities are excellent with iron & board, kettle tea and coffee, and a fridge. The shower was huge with complimentary toiletries, no need to bribg anything! As a resident you get 10% discount on food in the restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was good. Yrs its just some pastries, toast, cereals juices and coffees but very welcoming. Hotel also had a laundrette and a gym.

Great location and home away from home - the room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom clean, mojo bar area well appointed and tv has all the apps you’d expect. Personally, the bed was a little too soft but I was easily able to overlook that. Great location with transport and shops across the road and the bar, restaurant/cafe, with kid friendly play areas were a huge hit for our family. The staff were lovely and welcoming and topped off the experience. We will be back!

Nice entry, with easy parking, no stairs at all. Welcoming staff & clean well presented rooms. Plenty of space with a large bathroom. The Bistro was great, excellent food & great service. Loved the place, very happy.

Tolles neues Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Sehr modern eingerichtet, alles war top sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem. Der Check-In abends nach der offiziellen Öffnungszeit der Rezeption hat auch super funktioniert. Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Gegenüber sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Flughafen sind es circa 15 Minuten, sehr empfehlenswert also für die erste oder letzte Nacht vor einem Flug.

The hotel room was pretty standard, comfortable, clean (except the toilet which needed a good brushing inside!), Security was good, continental breakfast good too. But I was woken at 3.30am by a loud alarm outside, possibly a car. This went non-stop for about 15 mins, It may have been nothing to do with the hotel but it wasn't good being woken like that! Also on the downside was the price charged. I initially found & booked this hotel via Expedia for $179 pn, already way over my budget for a 1 night stay while I visited a family member close by. It appears it was passed to Wotif who added $20 & I was shocked to be charged $199pn, especially as I'd seen the rooms re-advertised for $174pn. When I queried this the receptionist just said it was "the system" & she could not change it (odd when a variety of prices were being advertised on-line). All in all for a hotel in a commercial area it was overpriced & I will be looking further afield for reasonably priced accommodation for future visits

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Being a brand new hotel the bathroom design was terrible. Inadequate ventilation and lighting. The drainage of the open shower left little dry area to stand after use.

Great place to stay but disappointed that at 7am we heard a noise at our door and then a staff member walked in. No knock, just walked in. Wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced. I was in bed asleep and my partner had just gotten out of the shower and was not in a towel …. We weren’t even checking out that day.

Good size room ,comfortable and quite. Friendly & helpful staff. Meals in the attached hotel were very convenient which included a continental breakfast each morning included in the room tariff . The air conditioner proved a challenge to operate but managed to cope with help from the staff.

Limited vegan food options. Evening meal options limited, but breakfast (complimentary continental) did not cater at all. Vegan butter for toast would be good. What bread was vegan? No signage. My daughter did not feel welcomed at all - we went elsewhere for breakfast.
