We have stayed at this hotel many times traveling between Tennessee and Florida. The train noise has never bothered us. Always easy clean and comfortable. This last trip we stayed with our puppy and ended up taking him to an emergency vet and it turned out he ate marijuana off the ground at the hotel so I would recommend staying strictly to the dog-walk area because it is located away from the parking lot.

Checked in at 1am on my trip, was promptly greeted by staff to get checked in. Comfortable room and good breakfast, my only gripe is the EV charging station parking area is not labled. When I arrived there were regular gas powered cars in all the spots you could charge from. the Free charging was part of my reason for booking this hotel. I was able to charge in the morning after some people left at breakfast time(which the breakfast was decent). If I was in the area I would probably stay again

The room was very clean and the free breakfast was good. The pool was disgusting. It was filthy and when I asked if someone could take care of it, they said there was no one available. We ended up swimming in a dirty pool and when I saw a kid find someone's hair extension floating in the pool, I was done.

Gym, pool, breakfast, helpful staff

Specifically stopped there for EV charge and it was not working. Had to call every 5 minutes to reset the charge. Front desk was not trained and kept saying she’s new. Manager did not apologize for the inconvenience, not friendly staff at all. But the biggest issue is the false advertising that they have EV charging when it does not work. We planned our stop based on the hotel having a charger. This is false advertising. I would like a refund.

The property is nice, clean and quiet. It is right off I95. The staff are so nice and professional. They are engaging with everyone, very knowledgeable. The room is very clean. We used the gym in the morning and I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped it was. It was a full size gym with a wide variety. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices of hot and cold food. We have stayed there in the past and we make a point when traveling south to stay at this hotel because we are always guaranteed a great stay.

The room was nice and comfy and very updated and clean. The hotel was pet friendly and decorated very well for Halloween.

The rooms were very clean, the common area at breakfast the tables could have been wiped down more often. Disappointed that the fire pit was down. The pool was awesome a lot smaller than I expected. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Nice and friendly staff at check in and check out. Holiday decorations a plus. Clean lobby, hallways, room. staircase, weight room, mens room, and dining area. Bathroom sink fixture kept coming off, and no trash bag in room bathroom. Tasty breakfast but no fruits and water. Only one salt and pepper shaker. breakfast breakfast

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The bed was amazing. Loved it.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels on our 2024 Holiday trip. Only down side was the rail road tracks on back of property. consistently through night you can hear the train and carts. Hotel did email letting us know. Overall friendly and helpful staff and property is very clean.

Elevator was broken, furniture in room had some kind of stains on them, smelled very musty.

The room was very clean, the location great, and the continental breakfast was very good. The check in was smooth and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Upon arrival Dell was wonderful warm and inviting. Check in was simple. Our room was ok. Room 219 was not thoroughly cleaned. The desk wasn't wiped down, there were crumbs on the floor and the bathroom could have been cleaner especially around the edges of the shower pan. The couch has a big stain on the side. We couldn't use the tv because the remote was jammed and the options we needed couldn't be contolled by the tv itself. Breakfast was mediocre. We love the waffle area. Coffee could be better. Oh and by the way my kids loved watching the train pass by our back window. You could definitely hear it but we did not mind at all. I knew to expect it from reading reviews but I think the heads up email informing quests as well as mentioning it at check in is smart.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and great breakfast

This was a great hotel with one small design flaw. The room layout has the air conditioning aimed directly at the second bed approximately 4 feet away from the headboard. If airflow blowing directly on you is an issue then that’s a problem. Otherwise I would definitely recommend. The train was not a problem at all. We felt the subtle building movement a couple times but it wasn’t bothersome.

Room was very nice although surprised that there were some items broken already. Corner of mirror was broke, & bathroom door handle missing. Also the layout of the room was odd in that the TV was really only viewed well from 1 of the 2 beds. A closet that seemed like a lot of wasted space. On the plus side, it was very quiet unlike a hotel we stayed at the nite before that was near the Interstate. Slept very well. Receptionist was super nice (Shireen sp?). She gave us all necessary info which was helpful. We will likely make this an annual stop on our trip to FL every where from up North.

The room had the nicest layout of any hotel I've stayed in. Bed was on the firm side. Nice desk area in the room. Very enjoyable stay.

Great space in the room, check in was easy. The ladies at the front desk, Taela and her co-worker, were awesome!

AC units in the rooms are central and controlled by a dial on the wall that goes no lower than 72. It was fine but the AC unit would only continuously blow at low speed, not high.

The room was not a great layout for two adults and three kids. The TV was on a mount, but did not pivot so those on the beds could watch. The in room refrigerator sucked because it didn't really work that well. The worst thing was the shower. It had a glass door and a gasket to keep the water in, but the door/gasket didn't seal well, so a giant puddle was waiting when each of us finished our shower. I also thought the barn door set-up on the bathroom was stupid, mostly because a large part of the door was frosted glass. This meant when anyone needed to use the bathroom when everyone else was asleep, they either had to fumble around in the dark, or turn the light on and probably wake everyone up. They had a pool, but it was so hot the day we stayed and there was no shade , so getting in that pool would have been a terrible experience. The weather is not their fault, but the lack of any shade or umbrellas to provide some relief is on the hotel. Finally, there are very active train tracks running right behind the hotel. Again, not the hotel's fault, but worth noting if you're a light sleeper... maybe it's not as noticeable if your room is on the front of the property. The place was clean enough, the continental breakfast was good (for what it is), and the hotel staff were respectful (if not overly friendly), so I would stay there again in a pinch, but I will not willingly choose this location in the future.

Only issue was the bathroom door was frosted glass which made the room too bright to sleep when I tried to leave a light on in the bathroom for my grandson

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast. Hotel was fantastic but the staff made it exceptional. We have traveled frequently and I have to say this staff was the best we have encountered. During check in one front desk attendant stayed to check us in even though she had already completed her shift and was exiting the hotel. We played cards in the evening in the lobby and Sheree is truly a rock star. One Friday evening she managed to check in around 20 guests, answer the phone from both guests and external callers, and successfully handle a sensitive elder care issue while working alone. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service. We had someone above our room that was making so much noise and they addressed the problem and resolved it. Breakast was fresh and coffee really good.

You have a management problem at your hotel. Not enough help and your check in person has a bad attitude. She was never at the front desk on many occasions. Many people including us waiting over 20 minutes to check in after a long day on the road. Fix your management problem!!

I unfortunately did not ask her name but the lady at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating! Everything was new and clean. My husband and I both thought there was an earthquake happening at one point as we're from the west coast and there is apparently a train that runs behind the hotel that shakes the room! I would return just for the service at the front desk. Top notch!

Jazmine at the front desk made my stay perfect. She should be an example to your staff for how to represent your brand and location with the utmost in professionalism. She exemplifies all of the best things about this awesome hotel.

The property had the misfortune of a lightning strike just before our arrival. Upon arrival we were informed that the elevators had a direct strike and were inoperable. Having a special needs child in a wheelchair, the general manager offered to carry our child to the third floor room we had. TV was also out but not a critical item of our concern. Overall the staff was cheerful, cordial and very helpful. Kudos to Denrick Matsaira, the GM. He rocks!

The hotel front desk was rude when I was buying snacks for my diabetic girlfriend at 12:30 am. Never got our room turned over, asked 3 times and was told that it would happen, nothing did.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is beside a train track, but they sent an email notifying beforehand and offered ear plugs at check in. I am a light sleeper, but was never bothered. Pretty good breakfast choices. Very conveniently directly off 95. Felt safe, and didn’t have any issues for our 1 night stay on our way to Disney. Would stay again.

The wait to get checked in was excessive. They are located right by train tracks, and the trains run very early morning shaking the hotel. Not much else on this exit so a long way to go to eat or anything else.

We stayed for 10 nights. It was clean inside and out. Great location. Close to Savanna and Tybee Island. Plenty of restaurants, and shopping close by. The room was a good size. Beds and linens were comfortable. Great breakfast, hot and cold.

It was a walk but we did walk to a wing place on the other side of 95.

The location is right off Rt 95 and is a convenient location. Breakfast had good options.

We had an overall great experience. Right off I-95 and was convenient place to stop for the night on a road trip. Room was great, able to comfortably sleep 2 adults and 3 kids.

New property, great condition. They warned us of nearby freight train line, but the noise was barely audible from our room. Great front desk staff upon check-in. The surrounding area isn’t too pretty, but safety was not a concern. Easy parking. Would stay here again if travel plans put me in the area.

The hotel is very new, rooms are lovely, bathroom and towels were great. the old train line vibrates your room which was actually quite funny as it is a historic city. Breakfast was very poor but this was not down to the staff as other guests were stocking up on fruit, muffins etc for their room or for the day as there was Very little left for other guests.

They have breakfast. It has something for everyone.

Breakfast needs upgrading -powdered eggs and bacon not well rendered was unappetizing. Oatmeal was soupy and fruit wasn’t fresh. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable!

Property was great! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Wish breakfast hours were a little later than 9 since check out was 12, however, if that’s my only complaint I’ll take it!

Very nice hotel!! Staff was super friendly, room was nice and clean, and the free breakfast was exceptional!!! I’ve never had turkey sausage and a tomato feta quiche as a free hotel breakfast before. I was shocked! The train they warned about in an email prior to arriving and check in was not really that loud in my opinion! I still was abled to sleep no problems. Will definitely return if I’m ever in the area again!
