Estuvo bien nuestra estancia de una noche. El cuarto demasiado pequeño. La televisión en un lugar incómodo. Al llegar tienes que subir escaleras con las maletas para tomar el ascensor. Veniamos de un viaje largo con mucho equipaje y creo que no fue la mejor opción. Sin embargo lo que está genial es la ubicación y las terrazas en la parte alta del hotel.

Infelizmente não entrega o que promete. Enquanto a equipe faz de tudo pra te ajudar e realmente são muito prestativos, as condições do hotel (em geral) deixam muito a desejar para o padrão Pestana! Na chegada, não tem sequer onde estacionar para deixar as malas; a recepção é no primeiro piso, e entre isso existe uma escadaria longa e dois elevadores muito lentos. O hotel tbm oferece estacionamento, mas não é isso que entrega; vc deixa as malas e vai até um estacionamento público, e na hora de pagar esse estacionamento, eles dizem que o “carimbo” do hotel não vale nada! O café da manhã é bom, mas absolutamente o mesmo todos os dias. O hotel é um ponto turístico e, portanto, apenas dois elevadores deixa a desejar. A localização é maravilhosa, os quartos são de bom tamanho, e a roupa de cama é fantástica. Mas repito, para um padrão Pestana e principalmente CR7, buscava bem mais!

Nowhere to unload your baggage or even stop to ask the questions about the parking. We had to find a paking that was €38 per day not €26 as listed and walk with suitcases about 10 minutes. The view from the room not as described/showed.

Great location on a busy shopping street. Easy to walk to all the big sites. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms a bit small. If staying with a friend be prepared to be very close. The bathrooms don't have a real door. The gym is very small- weights and 2 bikes. Would have liked a treadmill or cross trainer. The pool area is small than expected, but the views are amazing. Roof top bar was great! Breakfast was super- great food- a bit tight on the table space. Overall great hotel- except for the bathroom!

Buen lugar, muy centrico sobre la gran vía, con una terraza espectacular y muy buena vista, desafortunadamente una noche no funcionaba el elevador y teníamos que subir 8 pisos para llegar a nuestra habitación, la habitación un poco pequeña en general, pero buen lugar si buscas algo céntrico, a unos metros de gran vía y de plaza sol, asi como la fuente de la Cibeles.

The location is in La Gran Via. Very crowded! Thousands of people walking in side walks. Taxi dropping or picking up is slightly aggressive. There is no doorman to do it. Having said that, staff is super friendly, roof top bar and breakfast is very nice.

The hotel is located right on Gran Via, a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. But… the hotel room was old and the fittings were tired. My bathroom had not been cleaned well and smelled like a public washroom. The shower walls were also dirty and grimy, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room had very poor sound insulation, and I could hear everything my neighbour did (including in the bathroom). Then, at 1:00 a.m. the emergency alarm went off and an announcement was made that we had to evacuate. When I went down to reception a few minutes later, we were told it was a false alarm. If it was a false alarm, why make the announcement to evacuate? I appreciate that alarms are beyond the control of the hotel, but cleanliness and upkeep are definitely within their control and a very basic thing to expect. They failed there.

La limpieza era mal hecho. No vinieron y cuando vinieron después de llamar dejaron una taza de café antiguo y un vaso sucio y no pudieron agua en mi habitación. Cusngo llame room service mi dijeron que está cerrado y no puedo tener agua. Al final mi dieron dos botellas de agua porque dije que tenía sec y tenía que tomar pastillas. Tuve que salir al bar yo sola para recogerlo :-(

Vamos sempre a Madrid e a primeira vez que mudamos de hotel Para p Pestana CR7. Nos surpreendeu a atenção de todos funcionarios e a qualidade dos serviços. Quarto escolhido com vista para a Gran Via com janelas a prova de som. Roupa de cama, travesseiros de otima qualidade. Banheiro com ducha com pressao. Cafeteira nespresso no quarto. Tudo perfeito.

Would have given 5 stars but our AC was barely working. We didnt report it but overall it was prime location for shopping, theatre shows, food and 10-15 min walks to various attractions. Many people would stop to take pics given its connection to Cristiano Ronaldo for futball fans. City noise of police sirens is constant.

Airconditioner in the room was not working. Has been brought to the attention of reception multiple times all through out the stay but they did nothing. Room was very warm and uncomfortable. Staff in the bar and the entrance were very kind, helpful and attentive. Cleaning ladies were also nice and warm, kept the room clean. Would've been a nice stay if the aircon was working, or if the reception even bothered to do anything about it.

Great location, but overall underwhelming. Service started off poorly, with complaints met with excuses, and the amenities felt average for the price. The food at the bar was a highlight, but the hotel itself didn’t live up to Ronaldo’s brand expectations. The hotel lobby is extremely small, not comfortable, there are not enough seating. The air conditioning is not working or extremely hot for summer days is exhausting. Also the personal did not controls the noise that some guests produce, talking loud, running around. This is the worst experience I had in a hotel in the entire Europe. They were extremely late sending my luggage to my room, I had to call them like 3 times, also the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Impossible to sleep with that hot in summer.

I stayed at Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid in June together with my girlfriend and expected a high standard given the price, but the experience was deeply disappointing. During our stay, my girlfriend's pyjamas were taken by housekeeping and sent to the hotel laundry without my consent. We noticed this before checking out and reported it immediately. The hotel later confirmed they had found them but refused to send them back unless I paid €56 for shipping. This is outrageous – the item went missing while I was still a guest, entirely due to their mistake. For a supposedly premium hotel, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was vomit on the floor in front of the elevators one evening, and it was left uncleaned for a long time. It was impossible to reach our room without stepping around it – a truly disgusting sight in a so-called four-star hotel. In summary, an expensive hotel that clearly does not care about its guests. Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. We chose this hotel for comfort and quality, but it ended up being the most frustrating and unpleasant stay of our entire trip. Avoid this hotel – you pay for luxury but get terrible service and zero responsibility.

The hotel itself is nice. My only complaint would be that the room we stayed in felt cramped. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also had breakfast which was buffet style. Great food options, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. Our biggest challenge was the location directly on Gran Via. It felt like Times Square with lots of people walking around aimlessly staring at their phones. It's just not our vibe, but it really doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the hotel.

The Location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants, churches, transportation all with in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They provide toiletries of good quality. They have restaurants within the hotel with an amazing view. They can store your luggage upon arrival until check in. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly, the rooms a bit in the smaller side but comfortable and clean. They stored the baggage for me for a week while I went on to other cities. The location (La Gran Via) is the place to be in Madrid, very close to Plaza Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá y Parque Retiro among other attractions. Highly recommend. And the bar was excellent with tapas and beer and wine, we had an excellent time.
