Magnificent location and views! Right on the beachfront with everything in walking distance. Safe undercover parking, although the parking is a little tight, but certainly ok. All modern facilities and definitely a wonderful place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers. Will be back!

Wonderful view, excellent location. Carpark is not suitable for larger cars. Shower water goes all over floor regardless of how hard you try to keep it in the shower.

Loved the area and rooms. Very comfortable, clean and great restaurants all walking distance. Parking was very tight especially for SUVs . Pool was underwhelming but everything else was lovely.

Great location. Close walk to shops. Beautiful apartments. Lovely bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry. Very clean and new. Nice pool. The pool needs to be heated in winter but looks great with bbq area near it. We will definitely stay again.

Our escape from the freezing weather at home to sunny Kirra was very relaxing. The balcony view of the ocean was stunning, and we were even able to do some whale watching!! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a coffee shop downstairs were all highlights of our stay. We were a little sad that the magnesium swimming pool was out of order (and out of water) as we weren't aware of this prior to our stay.

Nice apartment in the centre of Kirra Beach. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed. The only issue we had was the carpark which was very tight to navigate and we were 3 floors down. Ended up parking on the road

Absolutely outstanding units. The 2 bedroom ocean view was stunning inside with excellent amenities. Very clean, and great views. Walk across the road to the beach. The only downside in my opinion, was the car parking. Prepare for your car sensors to scream at you as you try to navigate your way in or out of the extremely narrow driveway down up to three levels. If you have a small car it may be a little less anxiety inducing. Maybe park on the street with a larger car. Regardless, this is a wonderful property and I would highly recommend it! 😊

X Kirra is in a great location. Once you park your car in the narrow basement you won’t need your car again. The property is all walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The property has a great view of the ocean and walking esplanade. The balcony could have done with a good sweep and the windows were grimy but you can overlook that once the doors were open and see the view. The room is well furnished, great size kitchen comfy beds. We would stay again.

this was our 3rd stay in successive years. Great apartment, excellent parking on site, fabulous views, light and sun. Bed OK although not the most comfortable. Could do with blinds on Nthwest windows as TV could not be seen in afternoon-only a small inconvenience.

Lovely property, gorgeous views. Bedrooms are very small with no room to put luggage but you can unpack and store your suitcase on the shelves in the wardrobe. Great location. I would certainly return.

Our stay was great and we really enjoyed the handing egg chairs on the balcony to enjoy the morning sun, however I think they were unique to the apartment we stayed in. It is noisy outside place when the doors are open but that was ok with us. It would be nice if the balustrade and door glass were cleaned between stays. Note there are no amenities in the kitchen besides tea, coffee and sugar (no salt, pepper, oil or food wrapping which is strange when you have a full kitchen available). Check in was a pain because we arrived later than expected due to our flight being delayed. I had to phone someone who directed me to a lock box and was told the next morning I had to officially check in. There was no one at the reception the next morning and when we returned to our room we were locked out, only to find out we had to cross the road to another building to complete the check in process. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would try somewhere different next time.

My family and I had a lovely stay at X Kirra Apartments. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a washer and dryer and everything you need to cook a good meal. The Strand shopping strip is a short walk away and right across the road is the beach and a playground. The staff are helpful and there are a few cafes on the same block. We will stay again.

Car park for the property was between 2 concrete poles and only suitable for a small vehicle this was not communicated on booking Check in was done by sister property. Reception was only open until 4 pm I would have expected until early evening

Beautiful space, comfortable beds, nice for 4 people. There is a lovely cafe downstairs and good restaurants in the area. Walking to surf/beach is a piece of cake. The area is prime for walking, jogging, biking, Pilates and other outdoor and ocean activities. The staff are very gracious and easy to work with. Would stay again. Thanks so Much X Kirra.
