Nice new unique decor. Restaurant was good, only negative is no pool or hot tub but I did know that when booking. There is a gym.

Excellent room size, comfort and cleanliness. Washroom and shower are well appointed and well sized. The gym is excellent. Good variety of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. Restaurant in the lobby sets a nice vibe to the place.

Very impressed with attention to detail in this hotel. Front desk were very helpful, and nice despite my late check in. The gym was great! I had everything I need. Great weights selection. I’ll give this hotel 6 stars if I could. Breakfast was good too, I wish they had oatmeal though lol.

Fantastic hotel, very beautiful, clean, gives a very nice upscale vibe with demure energy. Parking is too expensive tho, let’s be honest, $40 per night, even Toronto isn’t that expensive. Rentals are around $40 a day, so parking should be more realistic,

Super nice hotel, clean bathrooms and updated technology. Only complaint I have is the parking is very tight and there’s few spots for the cost. Otherwise everything was great, very nice bar as well

Great value. Beautiful hotel. Quiet. Room was spacious for business travel. Parking is expensive at $40 but that seems to be the case with parking downtown Calgary.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend trip with my family and had a great stay overall. The building is well maintained and the space was clean and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we noticed a couple of small blood spots on the toilet seat when we arrived, which was unexpected. However, everything else was wonderful and we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Calgary.

Albert at the front desk was amazing and check-in was a breeze. The room was beautiful and spotless. The small details like accent tiles, rainfall showerhead, robes, great sheets and a kettle for tea were appreciated and added to the stay. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with lots within walking distance.

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Very good decor. Check in and out was super easy no wait. The screen even had my name on it which was a nice personalized touch. Coffee in the room was decent. As well as the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion…smelled very nice!

The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, but I’m not satisfied with the parking and the room. The direction of the parking sounds clear on the little map, but I was very confused when I followed the direction. I wish the underground parking can have a larger and clear sign. Our room did not prepared with new toilet paper and only a few left. I had to change for a new roll of toilet paper by my self as there is very few left. The tissue paper had the same issue. only very few left and I had to ask for replacement on the beginning of my stay. This is disappointing as I do like the cleanliness of the Hilton hotels. But I was disappointed at this stay. I don’t even have new toilet paper and tissue paper at the beginning of my stay. How can I know if my room was cleaned by the staff?

The cleanliness and attention to detail by housekeeping was excellent. The hotel is in a convenient area in the downtown area with many restaurants and shopping options in the vicinity. There is also a dining area in the facility, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, room was spotless and we had a really great experience. A small but important thing - in 3 days we never had to wait for an elevator despite being on the top floor. It made for such an effortless experience. This is a well managed, affordable boutique-like hotel.

Everything was perfect but as I was in the second floor I couldn’t sleep from the music of the bar in the lobby of the hotel definitely suggest ask for higher floor

My stay at the Westley Hotel was a very pleasant experience. As its website notes, it was an office building that was very cleverly converted into a hotel: the only evidence is the layout of rooms. While attractive, the king bed room I stayed in was so small the only seating was the desk chair and an uncomfortable window seat, and a tall rack for hanging clothes was present instead of a wardrobe. But everything was of high quality, and the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom was outstanding.

Put in a room facing a construction site 😞

Beautiful hotel, not as much sound reduction as i expected. The traffic i expected, but the music from the bar/restaurant was abit loud.

Beautiful room and very comfortable bed and pillows! A little disappointed by the in room instant coffee from a luxury hotel.

Very comfortable bed. The view from our room wasn't great as there is a building site opposite. Nice central location with easy and cheap public transport links. The room was spotless, but could do with a bit more space to store clothes. Housekeeping staff didn't always ensure that all provisions were topped up for each night of the stay. Generally a really lovely stay though.

Nice property. Clean Room. However, I had minor problems with my credit card upon check-in, and instead of being customer-first and friendly, the concierge almost turned me away saying passive aggressively that "sir, you cannot travel without a credit card" as if I don't know that. even though my credit was already charged for the room and I just had to put down an incidentals deposit.

Overall the room was roomy for the 3 of us and all amenities were good. The staff could use a bit of customer service training. Called down to request bedding for pull out sofa but no one answer after letting it ring for quite awhile. Went down and asked person at front desk if the phone rang and they said it did but were busy with someone else. They should have answered the phone and said they would be right with me. Also, the person that delivered the bedding seemed to not know what to do - give us the bedding for us to put on or put it on themselves. They just stood there holding the bedding until I actually had to take it from them. Strange.

The hotel was beautiful .Stan at the reception was absolutely fantastic with any issues we had .which was changing our king room to a double toom as we ended up with an extra guest . Thank you Stan . We will definitly stay there again

The room was modern, sleek, and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. I was able to check-in early and relax which was a godsend after an early travel morning.

We stayed six nights at The Westley Calgary expecting a premium Hilton experience, but the stay fell far short. The hotel looks great and our initial interaction with Stan was warm and professional, but the service after that was inconsistent and often disinterested. We didn’t feel the genuine hospitality we expected from a Hilton-branded property. Room service was a repeated issue. The website advertised service until 11:30 PM, yet after ordering drinkswe were abruptly told the bar was closed. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged, the charge appeared and I had to sort it out at checkout. Another night, our meal was bland and overcooked, and two staff handed the tray directly to my partner, then stood and watched her struggle with the tray and the door without offering help. Housekeeping timings were unpredictable, communication was difficult, and our room thermostat never worked properly leaving the room uncomfortably hot or cold. The noise from the street was constant throughout the night, with cars, horns, and sirens making it hard to sleep. My partner also had a poor experience one morning when she went for coffee: no staff were in the restaurant, and when she went to reception she had to interrupt two employees having a personal conversation, only to be dismissed and told to go back to the empty restaurant. For a premium-priced Hilton stay we expected comfort, consistency, and a higher standard of service. We left disappointed and unsure about choosing Hilton again.

Great stay at the Westley. Its location is right in the middle of downtown so very convenient. You can walk to a lot. Room was exceptionally clean. King bed room was very spacious.

Great location in the heart of downtown. Heaps of space and cooking facilities. Ambulance sirens happen day and night.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was good for being able to walk to many sites or catch the train or bus. The downtown area felt safe and was very clean. Our room was very nice. The staff was super friendly.

Its downtown but off a busier street, quiet area. Clean out front. Hotel itself was clean and well kept.

The hotel is wonderful. It is clean, quiet and very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a little rough late at night, but it's a big city, so keep that in mind. The restaurants within walking distance are wonderful.

Excellent walking distance to Kensington area and Prince's Island. Also to CORE shopping mall.

Wonderful boutique type hotel in downtown Calgary. Great service, well-appointed rooms and fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend it. We will be back.
