Bad smell on the bathroom. Thin bed. Breakfast not at ALL at expected level, as I use to have on other APA hotels in Osaka : no tee! poor coffee, bad bread and "croissant"... no more this APA in Osaka

The APA Hotel is clean and neat.The hotel staff are very pleasant, although they need to be trained to communicate in English better, however it didn’t bother me at all. The room has everything we need. The bathroom is nice and clean. The laundry and vending machine at the 8th floor is a plus! The hotel location is great. Close to many restaurants, convenience stores (7/11, Lawson) and walking distance to the shopping mall. Will stay again at APA Hotel in our future trip to Osaka.

I stayed at this APA hotel because of its proximity to the Amerikamura shopping area. This location is surrounded by MANY great shops and restaurants and is within walking distance from Dotonburi! As a single traveler, the hotel itself is awesome and does everything it needs to do. The staff are very respectful & courteous and speak English very well or well enough. The the room was very clean upon arrival and is cleaned every 3 days. You have to pay extra for the “free breakfast” hahaha but it’s a well stocked breakfast spread nonetheless. This was my second year visiting Japan and my second stay at an APA hotel. Every time I stay in the city, I’m DEFINITELY choosing APA Hotel!
