As a hotel guest, I find the €30 per night parking charge (1/3 of what I have paid for the room) quite excessive. I understand that the hotel is located near the airport, but guests staying at the hotel should be offered a discounted parking rate.

There are much better hotels in the Gateway Gardens area. This one practices fraudulent advertising. Screenshots are attached with this. As a business traveler, I've learned to only book hotels that have telephones in the rooms. Hotels with room phones offer the best accountability, communication & customer service to their guests. Best Western advertised having in-room phones, showed them in their photos & even their AI chat bot said phones are on the desk or nightstand. I quickly saw that none of that was true. There was no phone. The message I sent thru their room device was never responded to so useless. They only do self check-in while the desk staff just stands there. The room layout is awkward with the design of the building. The shower was weak. They need to provide decaf coffee.
