The room was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The price was a bargain, and the location was perfect, very close to main public transportation centers. There is 24-hour reception staffing. There was WiFi in the room (some hotels only offer WiFi in the lobby), and there was an elevator. The a/c worked well, and the kitchenette and refrigerator were convenient to have in the room. There is no pool, and I believe there was no on-site gym, but there was on-site self-service laundry facilities. The only down-side of the hotel was that the laundry was expensive at 10EUR per wash-&-dry. So two loads, 20EUR. I looked at laundromats in the area, and they were about the same, so this may be the going rate.

Excellent location near the Jewish quarter! We could walk/catch public transport to all the major tourist spots on both sides of the river, and walk to the many ruin bars and restaurants nearby. Onsite DIY washer and dryer for €10 total was very convenient too! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located on a busy thoroughfare. Close to buses and metro to major sights and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides ear plugs for those that are sensitive to traffic noise. Self service laundry at a cost is provided. Front desk provided helpful information on sights, travel and booked the evening Danube boat tour for us.

There are many hotels in Budapest. However finding something that can match both business and relaxation is hard. We decided to look for a good hotel apartment. Having read the good reviews we booked Florin and we are happy we did that. The staffs are super friendly and attentive. They helped us with our requests. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary equipment to stay for longer periods from small stove to fridge and coffee and kettle too. The room is also well maintained and cleaned every day. The breakfast at the downstairs coffee shop was also great to start the day. Ofcourse the location is a great way to explore the city either on foot or using the trams. Carpark is not free but costs around 20 euro per night. Ofcourse at night it might be a bit noisy due to close proximity to the main street, so if you want you can use some ear plugs just ask the receptionist.

Nice clean modern apartment, friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Great central location with public transport right outside. The apart hotel is on a busy street but the only noise heard at night was the occasional siren and motorbike, although this didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Budapest.

Hotellet låg bra , nära till många sevärdheter. Trafikerad väg utanför och bara ett par öronproppar fick vi. Två kaffekapslar är det som bjuds, så vill ni ha frukost kaffe drick inte när ni kommer. Bra utrustat kök, där du kan fixa frukost och mat själv. Sängarna är helt okej, lite åt det hårdare hållet men sköna. Spar affär med matvaror rakt över gatan. Rummet var ganska dammigt, kan bero på den trafikerade gatan utanför?

The room was fresh and clean with a/c which was good The location was excellant for my three days exploring the city and the 100E bus from airport stops 3 minutes from the hotel. I would most definitely stay here again

Rooms are huge (double the size of a normal hotel room) with kitchen and cooking facilities. Great for family or longer stay. Location is perfect, situated on the Main Street with the airport bus 100E stations within steps. Didn’t try their breakfast as there are lots of other dining options nearby. Walking distance to Danube River and Chain Bridge. Trans, metro and bus stations all nearby. The only problem I have is the wifi connection. It kept dropping off my phone while I’m in my room, so I was using my data without knowing. Also the room was very hot due to the heater, we turned it off and opened the windows but the traffic noise outside was unbearable , hence the hotel also provided you with earplugs. But once you close the windows you won’t hear a thing. Overall it was a great hotel for the price we paid

The area stays lively until late at night, and parking must be arranged in advance; otherwise, it can be quite difficult to find.

Decent place. Really convenient location. Bedroom & kitchen was nice, but the AC was pretty weak & the bathroom layout sucked and was also kind of falling apart. The complex is a little loud. You definitely hear neighbors and housekeeping hit my door a bunch while cleaning the hallway. Otherwise, really convenient spot for airport bus 100E and using the metros.

Large, clean rooms and bathroom. A few coffee pods and tea bags for use in the well equipped kitchen. They left ear plugs which is a warning of how noisy the room is from the busy road below, despite the double glazing. Be warned! The location was excellent and you could walk to many attractions. Public transport hub is nearby and easy to navigate. A nice breakfast. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Oda da bişey unutmayın, bulamadık deyip işin içinden sıyrılıveriyorlar, resepsiyonun ilgisiliğinden bu notu veriyorum. Bir gün sonra odada unuttum dediğim ve orda olduğundan emin olduğum eşyam için bulamadık diyorlar. Ya temizlikçi alıp atıyor ki belli en azından bunlar odada deyip resepsiyona haber bile vermiyor. The huge windows give lot of light, and you can watch the busy street life below. Walkable, if you enjoy walking, to a lot of the sites. The airport shuttle bus was just two blocks away. Very clean and great 24/7 staff.

Excellent location in the heart of Budapest, just about everything a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and modern and had all the basics. It is on a busy road with some noise but wasn't an issue with the windows closed and/or ear plugs - it was expected for the location. Very convenient for the 100E airport bus too, as well as all other public transport.

El hotel esta muy bien para uno conocer Budapest, cerca a la catedral,a la sinagoga, la linea del metro esta a 100 metros y por esta fácilmente te conectas con todos los puntos de interés. Nice self catering apartment easily accessible from main airport bus route and for walking into city centre, as well as trams, buses and metro to other parts of city with main interchange 5 minutes walk. Near a lot of main points of interest on edge of Jewish quarter and main tram route to Buda side of city. Although fairly basic, the apartment had everything you need and was clean and spacious, was freshened daily by housekeeping and 24hr reception for anything urgent with very helpful staff. We didn’t really cook while there but there’s a hob and microwave if you wanted to, did make use of the fridge all very clean also. Beds comfortable and rooms plenty space and luggage storage. If you’re a light sleeper only real downside could be traffic noise as all the apartments overlook the main road outside and with four car lanes plus two tram lanes it’s more or less constant 24hours a day. To their credit, Florin do provide you with ear plugs which should help if it bothers you, didn’t really keep us awake after long days of sightseeing! Overall very nice base for our trip to Budapest, would stay here again if ever back in the city!

Great location. Close to everything. Spar Supermarket is right across the hotel. Convenient store Rossman is only a few doors away. Less than 5 minutes walk to the airport express bus 100E. On our departure day, there was a taxi strike and the taxi drivers had stopped their cars everywhere on the roads blocking all traffic. The airport express could not leave the station due to the blocked roads. It got chaotic but luckily, the metro station is right next to the bus stop and we had to take the M3 metro line to the last stop and from there, we took the bus 200E to the airport. We are very happy that we booked this hotel. Highly recommended.

Volvería sin duda, localización muy buena, habitación nueva, con todos los servicios, hasta vitrocerámica. El desayuno se sirve en cafetería abierta al público, empleadas atentisimas, como no lo llevábamos contratado de mano al final desayunamos ahí solo un día, hay bastantes opciones en la zona y también supermercado (Spar enfrente) para desayunar en la habitación.
