Beautiful hotel, warm and friendly staff, very clean with a modern twist, breakfast was excellent nicely presented with some freshly cooked to order Location was excellent directly opposite the Opera House

My stay at the W Budapest was nothing short of sensational. Every detail of the hotel is impressive, but the real standout is the staff. The warmth and genuine kindness of everyone I encountered made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. In every other aspect, the hotel is simply spectacular, from the design to the overall atmosphere. My only complaint is that the scale only goes up to 10; if I could, I would easily give it a 12! If you are looking for a perfect stay in Budapest, this is it. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Hotel was stunning and right opposite the Opera House. The spa was great & although the pool was more a relaxation pool rather than a swimming pool it lived up to expectations. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Beautiful property with friendly staff and great food (breakfast and room service menu). The spa area and gym were excellent. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Fantastic stay.
