Really enjoyed staying here! The amenities were fantastic and well maintained. I love the card/lift system. Parking was well priced. 24hr servicing/info for anything required for rooms was great! Stayed 4 night with an express housekeeping and whenever we needed anything, it was brought up within 10-15min

The property itself is superb. Virtually new, clean, comfortable, staff are friendly. Parking is $20 a night, run by an outsourced company and one guy was really rude. Area is very noisy at night, racing cars.The real issue is the distance from Downtown Sydney. It’s 40 minutes with no traffic, on weekdays after 0700 it can be 1 1/2 hours. Sydney drivers are appalling, tailgating, in and out of lanes, cut you up, so be warned on this point.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Meriton Liverpool. The facilities were very good ( apart from the shower, which had poor water pressure ). The hotel even has a gym, which wasn't advertised on hotels.com. The area, however, is not that great. Easy access to shopping though!

Very modern and clean apartment right in the centre of Liverpool. Perfect for access to the trains into Sydney. Parking underneath the building was easy and safe and seemed to be plenty of spaces. The apartment was big enough with a balcony and comfortable with decent equipment for self cooking etc with a nice big fridge.

This was a fantastic hotel and was perfect for what I needed. The pool, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. I felt so safe knowing he was around somewhere. The staff at reception were always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Having the shops so close made life easier. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious!

This is the kind of hotel that I was looking for, an apartment hotel. It has everything just like at home in the kitchen and laundry. As for the hotel, it has swimming pool, sauna and gym. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to shops and train station. Quick and easy check-in and staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be that accessing streaming services on the room's tv was a way too complicated process and it took a while before we were able to connect and use it.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Loved the large balcony but it's just a pity it was too cold to use it. The only negative is the TV's as they kept turning off and wanting to connect to the internet.

We stayed at the Meriton Liverpool for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony suite. It was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own separate air conditioner. There are top rated cafés right outside the lobby, Aldi across the street, and a Westfield shopping mall at the end of the block. Very convenient. They also have underground secure parking at a very reasonable rate. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you're a light sleeper and you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night, perhaps ask for a room NOT facing South - there was a nightclub close by and the heavy beat in the early hours of the morning was quite audible, even from the 21st floor. Would happily stay again.

I was disappointed that when I arrived at 4.10pm to check in the room wasn’t ready and still had to be cleaned. I was told I could check in from 3pm. I then got told to park which was some distance and to then come back and collect keys asking if I could collect keys I was then told I had to return as they couldn’t give keys until room was ready. The parking then didn’t recognise my number plate so I had to call. The room was lovely however having only a night stay and arriving well after check in for the price I would expect that the room would be available at the advertised time.

Hotel is new, clean & well situated however, there is some serious tweeking that MANAGEMENT should address. Check-in was cumbersome & not overly welcoming. A young woman commenced the check-in we were 85% into the check-in when suddenly she moved sideways to another computer to check-in another guest a male took over, we did not know what the reason for her abruptly moving sideways was, & he took over. In our room we accessed the QR code to find options for dining, it listed a vending machine that dispensed snacks & packaged meals that can be heated in room & 3 restaurants/cafes without contact details, one of the restaurants was too far from the hotel so we opted for an instant meal from the vending machine, but Vending Machine is in the basement CAR Park, & there were no instant heatable meals in the machine, we advised Reception who did not seem to know what we were reporting & went to cafe next door purchased take-away meals. Later in the evening approx 9pmish husband reported to young woman at reception that he wanted a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps but the Vending Machine was not accepting money and not dispensing anything. She told him he could phone the telephone number on the Vending Machine and report the fault. REALLY - no! no! no! the hotel has the contract or leasing arrangement for the machine not the travelling guest. Soooooo number #1 false advertising by hotel that machine dispenses heatable meals and #2 POOR customer service by reception.

The Meriton always maintains high standards with friendly and professional staff. Special mention to Sam, Brooke & Julie who were the staff on duty at the time of my stay. All fabulous with their work approach and professional demeanor.

When I check in the key card wasn’t working and I contacted the reception then she used her keycard so we can used the elevator to go up. She told me she gonna fixed it. After we went out to the party and got back at 12:30 am when to the elevator and the key card still not working so when I went to the reception again then he fixed it. Why I have to go to the reception twice in a day to fixed the key???

We loved the place so much that we extended our stay for 3 days. Very spacious place specially families with kids. I would highly recommend this place. Little far from sydney downtown (about 35 to 40 mins drive)

Loved this place. Like new apartment and very clean. Great customer service. Little far from the Sydney downtown but if you have a car may not be an issue. Will take at least 35 minutes to get the downtown (darling harbor etc.) Pool, Sauna were great.

The property itself is beautiful, what I didn't appreciate is the two security guards in the foyer wearing security vests implying the area was very unsafe and then when I asked them for directions to the sports arena I needed to attend, which was only 1.2km walking distance, they told me it was too far and I wouldn't make it there safely, so I opted to drive the 3 minutes. Their words rang true as the following evening on the channel 9 news there was a report of a woman pushing her pram being followed by a man brandishing a knife and she scurried into the adjacent 7/11 for safety and assistance - what the hell?!?!

ホテルの部屋は広くてキッチン、洗濯機が室内にあり長期滞在には非常に便利でした。 3日に1度程度で部屋の掃除をしてくれて綺麗です。ホテルは街中にあるのでレストランやパブがあるので食事に困らないですが夜は早くに店が閉まってしまうのでホテル内にレストランがないのが少し残念でした。後バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのも残念でした。

Hotel had very luxurious look and feel, located in the convenient heart of Liverpool. The room comes with kitchen implements if you want to cook / microwave your own food that you can buy from Westfield - very close walking distance. Otherwise there's also a restaurant strip for the full local experience. We were visiting on a night with violent windstorms and downpour, all of our clothes were completely soaked but there was a washer & dryer in the hotel room which was super convenient as we did not bring any change of clothes. The hotel also had its own parking complex which we parked overnight.

Big space. TV was working that good. Near restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice shower, soft pressure. Kitchen was equipped and there was a washer and dryer. Very convenient.
