Love that there is a drink dispenser that varies from water or pop to coffee or latte at reception. It can be accessed throughout the day. The hotel is modern and a lot bigger than what a typical hotel room is in Japan. The only thing I didn’t like was they only had 3 washer dryer combo machines. So one person could be using one for 2 hours before anyone else can use it. The dryer doesn’t even work too well either - most of my clothes were damp after the whole cycle.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much! Its in a convenient location with lots of dining options. Kuromon market is a 15 min walk. The rooms are small but very comfy. I like that there is a laundry room and a currency converter machine downstairs.

The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Convenient location next to namba parks and near namba station. Superior level booking had access to the club lounge which has snacks and beverages, quite helpful for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Location good - easy walk to Namba station and close to Dotonbori but the hotel is a bit souless. Check in and check out is self service and it isn't clear what the reception staff are there for. The advertised Starbuck's coffee in the lobby is a nice perk but has restricted hours and was rarely available when we wanted it. Gym is ok if you just need a treadmill and a timeslot needs to be booked in advance The room is small but beds comfy and provided amenities are good. We couldn't get the TV to connect properly to Netflix, managed sound but no pictures but that may have been something we were doing wrongly. Having an in room laundry was great but drier takes ages although to be fair, the provided instructions do warn you of that. All in all, everythin was just adequate and this was the least favourite hotel of our stay in Japan

The room was extremely dirty — I couldn’t even be barefoot for a second. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the shower floor was sticky, and the sink was filthy. The furniture was marked up and damaged, and the entire room just felt unclean and neglected. The smell in the hallway was unpleasant, and once inside, I could clearly hear people in the next room. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Please clean your air filters. There is dust flying everywhere and all of your room vents are full of dust Many room outlets were not working The drier was not functioning properly. Asking front desk didnt help. Had to figure iut a fix ourselves. Please clean the inner lint trap Please clean your carpets. Its a nice hotel with many great services. But our room and hallways were full of stains Please be considerate of customer diets other than meat eaters. Offering bread/doughnuts and salad in the morning is not justifying for how much is charged per adult

The room looked to be in good condition as the beds were made, but there were issues. The first was something sticky on the floor area. The carpet looked to be stained, and a brush from a previous guest was found beside the bed ( we were looking for a fallen earplug). I also found something on the couch, under the pillows. Had we not been at the end of our journey, we’d have changed rooms. The breakfast was adequate.

朝の朝食付きがとても良かったです。全体的に清潔感があり2階でコーヒーのサービスが嬉しかったです。部屋はコンパクトですがシンプルでオシャレな雰囲気が落ち着けました。ただ、1点だけ、水廻りの排水溝廻りや特にお風呂の隅々のカビやシャワーベッドの中にあるカビ、浴そうの中に前宿泊客の気配が残る、下の毛があり…あと、トイレの床シミなどは外国人の清掃の方には、水廻りの掃除はあまり気にならないみたいなのかな？と少し残念な気がいたしました。ホテルが新しいうちはいいのでしょうが、せっかくのコンパクトモダンな素敵なホテルなので水廻りはきれいである事を期待してます。全体的な評価はとても良くて、料金、食事、雰囲気どれも満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

Great location, on a walkable street with lots of shops and restaurants (no cars) with even more in the area and close to Namba station. Space is a bit tight in the 3 person room, but very clean and separation between toilet, sink and bath/shower which is convenient for sharing. Lots of toiletries available at reception to take as needed, the usual toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and soap but also hair ties, serum, cream, cleansing oil, etc.

While the location of the hotel is close to much of the nightlife in Osaka, the hotel itself is next to the train/metro line. We were put in a room overlooking the metro line which ran from 6 AM until after midnight. There was never any indication that that would be the location of our room nor were we warned by the hotel staff that it would be noisy. As far as the facility goes the carpet in our room had stains in front of the mini fridge and the room smelled musty. The laundry facilities are not great because there’s only 3 machines for the entire hotel and each is a single washer/dryer unit. Clothes does not dry. The staff was nice and they helped us forward our luggage to our next stop. There are free drinks for guests on the second floor near the lobby, including Starbucks coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The breakfast at the hotel was fine, but Westerners should not expect a standard breakfast. Overall the pricing is good for this hotel, but if you are willing to spend more, you might want to pass. I wish we had. The hotel rating would be boosted by making some easy changes and improvements.

Typically Japanese being superbly clean, well maintained, well furnished with excellent room amenities. Exceptionally large room. Unfortunates: view of parking garage or train tracks. A bit off the beaten path for most tourists, but likely perfect for business people. Very popular with China tourists.

Super great location. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Could see the trains going to and from Namba Station. Great for when we wanted to have a chill day and come back to the hotel for a break. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was super modern and very clean. Japanese bathroom was incredible and spacious. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and were able to find other places to eat close by. We wished we had booked more nights here.

If you like hearing the trains continuously right outside your window, this is your place as your right next to the elevated track which is at room height. Check-in is hopeless in that they make you do self serve which doesn’t work and then you have to go through the whole process again with the front desk this time. Room keys don’t function and staff the give you an extra tax which should have been covered as reservation time and not demanded if you once you arrive. Overall not recommended.

El personal no fue nada atento. Habíamos pagado el cuarto con desayuno. Nuestros planes cambiaron y al llegar al hotel les informamos que no ibamos a tomar el desayuno porque teníamos que estsr temprano en el aeropuerto y su horario de desayuno comenzaba más tarde. Les pedimos si podían devolvernos el dinero del ya que ibamos a tener que pagarlo en otro lado y nos resondió en tono grosero que ya estaba pagado y no podían devolverlo. Además elegimos el cuarto con cama king porque era el que tenía lavadora y secadora y la secadora nunca secó nuestra ropa .

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are small though. I liked how close the hotel was to shopping! There were quite a few malls nearby. The hotel has laundry facilities but the machines were always busy when I needed them. There is a laundromat a couple of blocks away if you needed to do a load of laundry. The staff are very helpful and extremely polite. Check in and check out was quick.

Location is perfect. It’s right next to the mall, a metro station, full of shops and restaurants and walking distance from dotonburi st! Easy for taxis to drop you off since it’s in a corner and the place itself is amazing

Great location and hotel facilities! The area is safe and Namba station is a 10 min walk. Namba Parks mall is right next door along with a Lawson for those early morning/late night snacks. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are also super close (approx 15-20 min walk) which made our time there that much more fun. The hotel itself is super clean and well-maintained. I reserved a hollywood twin room for 3 people and each of us had our own bed (3 beds lined up next to each other). The room included a separate toilet area, 2 sinks and a shower/tub space. The room also had a washing machine, microwave and fridge, which meant we could do our laundry after a day out without having to use the communal washing machines downstairs (that in itself is a great thing that they have those). The staff was polite and efficient, and they also have a luggage storage facility. They helped arrange cabs to Kansai airport as we had some extra suitcases which would have been hard to wheel to the train station but if you can manage it, you can most definitely roll your luggage to Namba station as the path is really well done. If I am ever back in Osaka, I will most certainly stay there again.

Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione di Namba (comoda per il trasferimento in aeroporto) e ad altre zone interessanti di Osaka. Nel complesso la struttura è buona. Unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta la colazione: il nostro pernottamento la comprendeva, ma di fatto non l'abbiamo fatta: l'odore intenso di minestrone la mattina al ristorante è poco invitante per noi europei. Direi che l'hotel potrebbe prevedere qualche alternativa in più per ospiti non orientali.

Overall this hotel was a good stay. It was quiet, convenient and comfortable. We loved the Club Lounge priviledge. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast provided as I found it very limited in variety in comparison to other hotels and don’t think it’s worth the price. The staff were extremely friendly and the amenities were great

The hotel was in a convenient location and was very spacious. The bathroom was very comfortable and the room had many outlets. There were a few things that my husband and I did not enjoy. The main complaint is the cost for the breakfast buffet. For 2,200 yen per person the buffet had limited selection and poor quality. I would recommend to skip this and eat local for a much more affordable and enjoyable experience.
