B&B HOTEL Jacksonville Airport - Newly Renovated!

Staff was amazing, I can’t remember the ladies name but she was great! Rooms were super nice. One of the nicest hotels around JAX airport and a great price. Will stay again!

The rooms are really nice. They did an awesome job remodeling this property. The rooms smell fresh and nicely set up. Definitely will stay again.

Front desk was very fast to check me in. Hotel was clean (and I stayed in the old part that hasn’t been remodeled which is in process) The new owner was working the front desk one of days I was there and was very nice and welcoming.

The hotel signage had changed names to B&B hotel, nothing indicated Windsor Inn, making it difficult to locate; there was no lobby, no breakfast, no phones in the room for security purpose, the bed was hard ended up sleeping in the pilllows. It was spring break and the pool was not open. The Gentleman who checked me in as a guest, Giovanni, was courteous and assisted me with luggage to my room. The room was clean, had a fridge, stove, coffee pot and microwave which made it seem to be for long term stay

This is a property under construction. It needs lots of work. Computer monitor size TVs with some units only having an air conditioner and no heat option. Everything is ran down, pool closed, indefinitely, no breakfast area or coffee station. Interior of room, old and worn. I travel 10 months out of the year and stay in hotels across the country and this is by far the worst one over the last year. travel for work.
