Check in took very long. After a full and tiring day of exploring the Grand Canyon, you can't wait to get into your room and yet the line at the check in was way too long and the check in itself took a while. And then breakfast was supposed to be included, and yet they charged me for it on top of the hotel bill itself, so I had to complain at the front desk again and that took some time again. So for those guests who had breakfast included, check your bill before leaving the property.

Very pleasant staff. Comfy bed, soft towels and very clean. Best working key cards ever!! Key cards easy and fast acting.

Really nice clean rooms with lovely bathroom. Perfect for a one night stay after visiting the Grand Canyon.
