Very comfortable stay. The hotel has lots of amenities to occupy your time after visiting the Grand Canyon. Free coffee in the lobby, s'mores in the evening, arcade, bowling alley, swimming pool, e-bike rentals. Only fifteen minutes drive from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. Would stay here again.

What a nice surprise! Everything was super clean and the family greatly enjoyed the huge arcade room with arcades, pool tables and bowling and we enjoyed the lounge and restaurant. Very nice spacious layout and hotel. Very nice and unexpected.

Great property for the area. Liked the nightly smores by the front lobby, all the games and amenities around the pool, and the large fitness center. Stayed here for two nights while exploring the Grand Canyon and enjoyed the rest and relaxation after two days of hiking.

The room that we picked on line pictured a different bathroom layout. That was disappointing. The floors were dirty and the sheets were itchy. Stayed here before and had a wonderful time. Not worth the price now. Will stay somewhere else next time.

The dust that was left on the headboard was disgusting. It hadn’t looked like the bathroom or the room had had a throw cleaning in years.. if it wasn’t for the maid room being open all night, I wouldn’t have been able to play maid all night. We had no toilet paper very few towels no Kleenex the list can go on and on. It was a very, very bad night.

Location is close to Grand Canyon. Staff were great and the lobby area was very nice. The room was disappointing as it was not at all the room that was pictured on the Expedia listing. It was very dated and old. There were large stains on the shower curtain, we asked for a new one the first day and were told they would switch it out however that never happened. The first day we had room service but the second day they didn’t bring any new towels or take the garbage and the next day they didn’t come at all. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and ask for bags so we could empty the garbage.

I was surprised by the conditions of the hallways and interiors poor condition. I had no TV. I mean, there was a TV, but there was no cable. Nothing to watch. Couldn’t even stream TV. I did call front desk about it and I didn’t want to let someone come in my room After 9pm at night when I was alone. Location of my room was bad. It was right at the entrance and right in front of the vending machines. The walls in doors are very thin, so you could literally hear every conversation everybody walking in and out and here their conversations clear as day.

The check-in process was easy and the staff wss very friendly. I had originally booked two rooms, both with king size beds and sofas, but we were placed in rooms with two queen size beds. The rooms are not very soundproof. This was discovered at 5:00 in the morning when the people in the room above us started walking around. The high pitched feel of the HVAC system did not help either, nor did housekeeping, when they started knocking on the door at 8:00 in the morning to clean our room

The room was dated. Unfortunately the doors slammed when they closed and with people leaving early in the morning we were woken up several times throughout the night. We could hear people in hallway like they were in our room. The facility itself was really nice. There was a fire in the fireplace and the s’mores in the evening was cool. They communicated pretty well through text as well.

The ADA room we booked was stone cold when we arrived. The thermostat instructions were not available. Trying to heat the room was a problem because the thermostat is centrally controlled and had to be reset. By the time the room warmed up it was 3:00 AM. The fan ran all night along with a strobing smoke detector and a red indicator mounted adjacent to the heater register which rattled all night. Paid a lot of money for a resort room but got no sleep. Unacceptable.

We stayed here for our trip visiting the Grand Canyon. It was just about 15 minutes outside the park so it was very convenient. The property itself appeared to be clean and up to date and the checkin process was short and easy. When we got into our room, we realized that the A/C unit was extremely loud and making a rattling noise. We went to the front desk to request a different room and Tristian was extremely helpful and understanding. He put us in a different room that was much more quiet, ensuring that we could sleep soundly before a day of hiking. There wasn’t very many dining options that were open late in the area, so having The Squire Pub and Social to eat at after a long day was definitely a plus. The only caveat to that is that everyone else at the hotel has the same idea, so the property could hire a little more staff to accommodate in the evenings. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and it would be one of our top choices if we visit again in the future.

Where to start? We received a text inquiring about our eta in order to have the room ready. I responded but was unable to check in when I arrived .The desk clerk was rude and condescending. Unfortunately we had to deal with her again at checkout and again she was extremely rude. In addition we received the wrong room keys and had to go back to get it corrected. The wait for the replacement key was 20 minutes.

They had an arcade, bar and 6-lane bowling alley on the lower floor! We had a lot of fun there. There's a waterfall on the main floor that was so soothing every time I walked by. Rooms were very nice with a sink and large counter in the room as well as one in the bathroom. Large soaking tub, but may be harder for some to get in and out of. Room had the largest TV we've had in a hotel room. The room also had a table and two chairs. We loved it and will be back.

Danielle the front desk clerk was very accommodating as the was a deaf person in our party so she immediately upgraded us to room that was very accommodating to her needs, she also offered us an extra stay as we checked in at 1 am in the morning to the hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable & clean & also had free snacks & water to make our stay more comfortable. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the area visiting the Grand Canyon.

Don’t be fooled by the name of the hotel because it is NOT at the Grand Canyon. The hotel is located in a different town twenty minutes away. We took the train up there and didn’t have a car. The shuttle driver would not let us bring luggage on the shuttle and the shuttle only runs to this other town until 4:00. We had no way to get from the Grand Canyon to our hotel so we had to find a closer one at the last minute and lose the $300 I already paid for the Squires hotel!!!!!!

Great hotel, beautiful and clean with excellent service and amenities just down the street from the Grand Canyon entrance. Only negative is that the food is expensive and not very good, definitely not worth the price. Also, we were charged an extra $25 tourist fee per day that was not priorly disclosed, that adds up. I booked this property based on reviews I saw on Expedia. It was conveniently located to the Grand Canyon and other amenities in Tusayan. The property is large, with great onsite facilities. Kids eat free at breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast buffet was $20 per adult and decent. Lobby coffee was really good for hotel lobby coffee. There is a swim in movie in the evening for children in the indoor pool. The staff was all super friendly and provided great service!

Hotel was very nice, clean spacious room and nice pool and other amenities. No breakfast included although kids could eat free (however we did not receive this benefit either when we had dinner there with our grandchildren, 7 and 11). The food services available were very understaffed, and very long waits for a seat were common. I can see how the remoteness of this place could make staffing a challenge but when you travel as a family, food and sleep are quite important. This lovely place didn’t deliver a good experience in the food dept. The staff tried really hard but they were in a terrible spot because there weren’t nearly enough of them. I’ve been there, done that and know when a place hasn’t staffed up appropriately.

I liked the place and customer service was good. We walked in our socks in our room for maybe an hour and bottom was black. We were shocked. I thought $25 for breakfast was steep so we went to McDonald’s across the street. They had a food truck in the parking lot which was very convenient and reasonably priced. They had smore making at the fire pit which was great for families. Lobby area very bougie. Only negative was dirty floor
