Hauptstraße mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür! Busse fahren im 5 Minutentakt! Der Pool im Hotel ist ein Witz auf dem Dach! Wassertiefe 50cm Größe 1,5m x 3,0m. Und das angepriesene große Frühstück ist auch nicht der Rede wert! Mini Frühstück!!!! Keine Abwechslung! Nichts für Kinder!

The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed travelling around Europe. It is very new with modern and chic design and nature touch (i.e. bamboo decoration). The location is perfect. You can see the mediterranean see from the rooftop or even room. With 5 minutes walk I can reach the beautiful beach. The best is the friendly colleagues in this hotel. Everyone I talked to with is so friendly and willing to help. They gave me advice on how to explore the island for local experience. They make the stay such a great experience and unforgettable. Worth to mention, the menu test dinner is very delicious and brings tastes of international fine dinning. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back. I highly recommend you choose this hotel as your stay in Palm de Mallorca.

Amazing, classy boutique hotel. Welcome drinks and gifts were lovely surprise touches! Staff are lovely and extremely helpful, food and cocktails were great (but not cheap - you get what you pay for!) Pool is small and shallow but fine for a cooling dip and the rooftop is gorgeous. Highly recommend, would stay again.

We have stayed here quite a few times. Very welcoming friendy staff, always there to help you. The view on the sun terrace is lovely. The rooms are well equipped,comfy bed and plenty of towels. Could do with more hooks or rails in the room to hang wet towels on. We always enjoy our stay at Belle Marivent Hotel.

Pool slightly smaller than expected, but other than that - a perfect hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff and excellent location with easy access to Palma via the number 4 bus which stops right outside the front door. Breakfast expensive but superb and roof top terrace a great place to chill out and top up your tan. Only negative is that there was no bar and no food service other than breakfast but there are plenty of places in close walking distance so it didn't spoil our stay.

The rooftop is stunning, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the beach and bus stop right outside the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

A small boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and incredibly friendly staff. Unfortunately, the suites on the lower floor are very noisy. The pool is not really a pool (suitable only for toddlers up to 3 years old). The hotel is a good alternative to the expensive hotels directly in Palma. The bus connections are excellent. Conclusion: A lovely hotel, though the surroundings are not particularly inspiring.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Belle Marivent. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern and had a lot of storage. The staff was lovely and the restaurant in the basement was out of this world. Best meal I’ve had in years! I enjoyed spending time by the (small) pool on the terrasse. However, the walls in the room — especially around the sink — looked like they were stained by some kinds of liquid and it made the room looked dirty, even though I know it was clean. Also, the shower door does not close properly so there is water running out into the bedroom. I had to wipe the floor after taking a shower. At least it allowed me to see that the floors were clean, lol! I would recommend!

It is small but if you are looking for somewhere to have as a base and then get out and about then this place is perfect. Theres a bus stop just outside which means you can get around really easily. Pablo was fantastic and really helped us so much while we stayed. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed so thank you so much! The only thing it didnt have was an iron but I think they did have a laundry service. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. You can take a short 5 min walk into Cala Major and get to the beach and some lovely resturants (check out Scratch!) or take a longer walk past all the boats in the marina to Palma and take a look around the cathedral and more resturants. I didn't check out the roof bar but we stayed out of season so can't comment on that. And there was hardly any noise from the road once the door was shut. We will definitely be back, thanks again!!

Hotellet har 4 stjerner. Jeg vil give personalet 6 stjerner. virkelig hjælpsommme og i mødekommende, det var der mange hoteller som kunne lære af. Hvordan hotellet får 4 stjerner undrer mig en smule. Hotellet er i utroligt dårligt stand. Det her viser hvor meget billeder kan snyde. "poolen" er 0,5 m. dyb og er 1 x 2 meter. (er vel mere et badekar). klinker omkring poolen ligger ikke fast, udsigten er til et faldefærdigt boligkompleks. Jeg var afsted lidt udenfor sæsonen, så morgenmaden var fra kl. 8.00. fair nok. Men så er det kl. 8 og ikke 8:15! Beklager overfor personalet men det er ikke hotel jeg nogensinde vil bo på igen eller anbefale.

Neues kleines Hotel. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Bushaltestelle Richtung Palma direkt vor dem Hotel.

Väldigt trevligt personal, bra bemötande och fräscht hotel. Rummet var dock lite litet och saknade en riktigt toalett dörr vilket kan vara trevligt. Annars var allt tipptopp.

Pros: Great location to beach, bus line to city directly outside, free waters and coffee bar, nice interior design. The front desk staff was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Cons: Room was tiny, bathroom was practically in the room, doors to toilet and shower are not airtight, loud street noise.

We stayed in probably the best room of the hotel and loved it. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. It is close to Palma but not right in the city.

Fantastic personal service. We arrived early and left our luggage and got towels to use for the beach. When we came back our beautiful room was ready and our luggage was carried there. Warm caring and professional staff. I will recommend a stay to anybody!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und Parkplätze sind auch Fußläufig zu finden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen :)

Fint och fräscht litet hotell nära Cala Major och en kort bussresa in till centrala Palma med busshållsplats precis utanför dörren och täta avgångar. Otroligt bra service från personalen i receptionen. Vi bodde 2 vuxna och 2 små barn i ett större rum vilket passade utmärkt. Den lilla poolen på taket passar perfekt för att svalka sig för både vuxna och barn. Frukosten serverades på en närliggande restaurang och var ala carte, väldigt god och fräscht med många alternativ.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und wirklich schön, ansprechend und macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und auch unser Zimmer Hauptstraßenseitig ausgerichtet war, haben wir absolut keinen Verkehrslärm mitbekommen. Für uns war es ein Rennradurlaub; daher war es uns wichtig, die Rennräder sicher verstauen zu können. Wir durften sie direkt im geschützten Beteich der Rezeption abstellen. Danke noch einmal für diese Möglichkeit. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle überaus freundlich, gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was wir aber leider doch zu kritisieren hatten, war die Tatsache, dass das Frühstücksbuffet selten um 8.00 Uhr fertig bestückt war. Entweder war es das Verkehrschaos, sodass die zuständige Mitarbeiterin zu spät gekommen ist, oder aber sie hat verschlafen... Kann alles passieren, aber es müsste dennoch einen Plan B geben. Wir waren stets durchgetaktet und hatten es gerade in der Früh eilig, weil wir umfangreiche Radtouren gemacht haben, und da haben wir einfach keine Zeit gehabt, um zu warten, bis jemand das Buffet bestückt. Das war schade. Aber die klassischen Urlauberinnen und Urlauber, die bis spät in den Vormittag schlafen, werden davon gar nichts mitbekommen. Also für den klassischen Touri alles in Ordnung. 😉 Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Hotel gerne weiter. So ein nettes Personal und ein sehr schönes Haus - da fühlt man sich sehr wohl.

There was mold in yogurt in breakfast time :(, terrace next to the Road with ugly buildings around. Not as good as rated
