Todos os atendentes são super prestativos e atenciosos. no próprio hotel tem um restaurante com preços muito bons inclusive no almoço. Não é tão perto da Plaza de Armas mas dá pra ir caminhando de boa. O custo benefício super valeu a pena.

The room was great for our needs. No hangers, no safe in room, if there is a way to control the temperature, never did locate it. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows and blankets. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The property offers a free continental style breakfast. There is also a restaurant on site for other meals. The is a convenience store on site for snacks and water. It is within walking distance of some of the tourist destinations such as Plaza de Armas and the train station/san pedro market. We would stay again if in the area.

Stay here if you just need a room. Very plain and not at all fancy. Staff are friendly, but condition of the place is really just very ok. Like many hotels in the region, we had issues with not having hot water at first, but hotel did help "fix" the problem so we got luke warm water.

This is an older hotel run by a family. It is in the quieter area about 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom is also small and very basic. Our biggest concern was the lack of water pressure and that we had to wait for the warm water to run - sometimes with 10 minutes wait. The breakfast was very standard here and you had constant access to the dining room where you could get tea or just hot water. This was not a bad stay, it fairly decent, but there are other, better options. We did enjoy the fact that it was very quiet here, but if walking to the main attractions is not your thing, than this place is not a good fit.

A acomodação é simples, mas mt jeitosa e limpa. Fica a um pouco mais de um km da praça principal, mas tem comércio próximo, inclusive, casas de câmbio. Ajudam nos passeios, dão boas dicas e, também, dispõem de um restaurante anexo. O café-da-manhã é mt bom, com exceção da falta de leite, e da música ambiente q ñ me pareceu mt apropriada. Mas são pequenos detalhes.

El personal muy atento y servicial, apezar que no podiamos desayunar por los horarios de nuestros tours, nos dieron un agua, torta y una fruta todas las mañanas siendo a las 3 o 4 de la madrugada, se cumplió en puntualmente nuestro traslado al aeropuerto, el restaurante muy agradable asi como su personal y alimentos, lo recomiendo ya que esta sobre la avenida donde se encuentran cajeros, antros, agencias de Peru rail e Inca rail y puedes caminar en todo el centro con confianza. Solo un detalle al ser una de las avenidad principales el ruido de vehículos (claxón) es constante.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and premises. The service was great with really good customer service as the attendants were easy going and nice. The breakfast was really good and everything was made at the time we were at the dining room. The location was perfect as everything was at a walking distance including restaurants, downtown and attractions.

A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos do centro, sem o barulho proveniente das ruas, além de ser próximo da estação de trem Wanchaq. El hotel en sí es muy bueno en cuanto a precio/calidad. Queda al lado de la estación, y de lugares que comer. Estaba limpio y no hubo ruido en el lugar. La habitación es amplía y tenía todo lo que se requería. El unico punto negativo es el rechinar de la cama, debido a que tenía una base de madera con espaldar, y cada vez que te movias Hacía ruido.

This place is excellent for the price. The staff are great and very helpful, although english is limited. Thats where google translate comes in handy. There is breakfast every morning which consists of eggs, bread, slices of cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad and yogurt with cereal. I liked that I could leave my bags after checkout and pick them up later in the day. The room was clean. I had the room facing the street and could hear cars or dogs barking at night but it didnt stop me from sleeping. Like I said at the beginning, the price is so low that you have to overlook certain things you may expect at a higher priced hotel but all the basics are there. Would stay again

A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos do centro, sem o barulho proveniente das ruas, além de ser próximo da estação de trem Wanchaq. O quarto é limpo e confortável, com todas as comodidades em bom estado de funcionamento. Por fim, a equipe é prestativa e atenciosa.

El personal muy atento y servicial, apezar que no podiamos desayunar por los horarios de nuestros tours, nos dieron un agua, torta y una fruta todas las mañanas siendo a las 3 o 4 de la madrugada, se cumplió en puntualmente nuestro traslado al aeropuerto, el restaurante muy agradable asi como su personal y alimentos, lo recomiendo ya que esta sobre la avenida donde se encuentran cajeros, antros, agencias de Peru rail e Inca rail y puedes caminar en todo el centro con confianza. Solo un detalle al ser una de las avenidad principales el ruido de vehículos (claxón) es constante.

The room was great for our needs. No hangers, no safe in room, if there is a way to control the temperature, never did locate it. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows and blankets. We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and premises. The service was great with really good customer service as the attendants were easy going and nice. The breakfast was really good and everything was made at the time we were at the dining room. The location was perfect as everything was at a walking distance including restaurants, downtown and attractions.

A acomodação é simples, mas mt jeitosa e limpa. Fica a um pouco mais de um km da praça principal, mas tem comércio próximo, inclusive, casas de câmbio. Ajudam nos passeios, dão boas dicas e, também, dispõem de um restaurante anexo. O café-da-manhã é mt bom, com exceção da falta de leite, e da música ambiente q ñ me pareceu mt apropriada. This place is excellent for the price. The staff are great and very helpful, although english is limited. Thats where google translate comes in handy. There is breakfast every morning which consists of eggs, bread, slices of cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad and yogurt with cereal. I liked that I could leave my bags after checkout and pick them up later in the day. The room was clean. I had the room facing the street and could hear cars or dogs barking at night but it didnt stop me from sleeping. Like I said at the beginning, the price is so low that you have to overlook certain things you may expect at a higher priced hotel but all the basics are there. Would stay again

Room was clean, WiFi strong, and checkin/checkout smooth. However * Staff’s English ability was limited. My Spanish was better than their English. * Only a bath towel was provided for each person — no floor towel, hand towel, or face towel. * Neighborhood was not very interesting. Need to walk to old town for most sights and shopping. * Didn’t understand why someone needed to unlock the front door for you when entering or exiting. Maybe better security but a lot of inconvenience. * Locking door knob did not seem as secure as a deadbolt.
