… det hævede også forventningerne, og levede ikke helt op til dem. Alt i alt et lækkert moderne hotel, meget smagfuldt indrettet, og med fantastiske senge/sengetøj. Den Old School grammofon der var på værelset virkede desværre ikke. Der blev ikke genopfyldt med kaffe dag 2, og Roof top baren var ikke åben. Det er småting, men var det ekstra tvist vi havde betalt for. Parkering var super tidskrævende, for man skal køre til en helt anden adresse for at komme i parkeringskælderen (så det forsinkede lige indtjekning med en god halv time).

Fint og oppusset hotell, nær gamlebyen. Det eneste som trekker bittelitt ned fra helt toppkarakter er at vasken var inne på rommet og ikke på badet. Kort vei til alt i gamlebyen. Husk at det er billgere parkering (28 Euro for to netter) rett ved på andre siden av kanalen, Ghent Zuid. Ikke bruk hotellparkeringen til 32 Euro i døgnet.

Edge of city centre with own underground parking. I used all the time but no space reservations taken. Would have been more challenging to find alternative parking just off the ferry. Worked out I suspect due to the EUR 32 per day charge putting some off. Breakfast great. Good location for accessing city attractions walking.

Wir waren für eine Nacht Samstag auf Sonntag hier. Lage sehr gut, maximal 10 Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, auch das univiertel ist gut erreichbar. Geparkt im öffentlichen Parkhaus, ca 150m entfernt, für 26 Euro für 30 Stunden, vorab über deren Homepage gebucht. Einrichtung ist modern, wertig und schick, leider roch es im Bad recht penetrant nach Abfluss und nicht alle (kleinen) Flächen waren gereinigt. Als kleine Aufmerksamkeit Wasser und Kaffe (je 1x pro Person) auf dem Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet für 20 Euro pro Person am Vortag gebucht. Keine riesige, aber sehr wertige und leckere Auswahl. Auch angesichts des Preises von 2xx€ für die Übernachtung haben wir es nicht bereut

We have stayed in many hotels in Ghent as my husband’s family are based there and this is, by far, the best we’ve stayed out. We loved how quiet the rooms were as I’m a light sleeper. Despite a dj downstairs and a busy nightlife you hear absolutely nothing in the rooms! There’s also a working space downstairs for during the day which is great for a working holiday, something we are now considering. Whilst the rooftop doesn’t have a particularly good aspect, it’s still a lovely spot to have a glass of wine. It’s quiet during the day but very busy in the evenings! We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. We loved the location of the hotel. We know the city well so were able to go and visit all our favourite eateries by foot which was perfect. We will definitely be back as thought it was good value for money given the location right in the heart of the city centre

Deutlich überbewertet Unterkunft. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Roof top Bar stört die Nachtruhe. Musste 3x intervenieren bevor endlich um 23.00 Uhr die Beats im Zimmer verstummten. Lage dennoch Top und das Bett hervorragend. P.S. Für Anreise mit dem PKW nicht zu empfehlen. Man verliert viel Zeit.

ブティックホテルなので部屋のコンセプトは個人の部屋のイメージか。ラジオがあったり書棚があったり。シャワールームは広く、シャワールーム内に洗面台が無く部屋内にある。これはこれで良いのだが、洗面台の鏡前は照明が暗くて少々使いずらいかも。ベッドは気持ち良く寝られた。特筆すべきは朝食で、おしゃれな雰囲気の中で食べるクロワッサンやパンオショコラが大きくて美味しく、これを食べにまた泊まっても良いくらいの値打ちがある。パーキングはホテルが借りたパーキングに駐める形で、先に近くのパーキングに車を入れて、チェックイン後に地図をもらって車を駐め直す事になる。スタッフはとても好感が持てて気持ち良くチェックアウトできた。

We liked everything about Yalo. The bed was comfy, there were extra pillows. The shower was great. There was very good WIFI. We had a penthouse room with a rooftop view that was very nice. The city is very quiet so no loud trucks or sirens all night. Walkability is good to the central attractions and there are many restaurants in the area. We didn't really eat at the hotel restaurant so we can't speak to how it is. In general a very relaxing stay.

Great check-in experience, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great restaurant and rooftop. The only issue we had was being charged extra 47 euros when we were told they were not busy and could checkout at 2pm at no charge. Highly recommend otherwise.

Parking garage is incredibly convenient. We had a huge balcony off our room. Fun vibe in the lobby. Only drawback is slightly removed location from historic area. Happy with the hotel though!

Nice hotel in centre of Ghent well suit for seeing the sights. Room itself was nice enough. Rooftop bar was nice place to chill. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful with tips for sightseeing, something which you don't really find these days. Only slight downside was cost of breakfast at 25 euros is just too high for a pastry and juice that I'm looking for. The 250 euro deposit is also quite steep.

Ett fräscht och modernt hotell med perfekt läge. Rummet var stort och hade en kingsize säng. Fastän det var centralt, så var det väldigt tyst. Sängen var underbar, jag sov så gott. Det var inte så stort utbud på frukosten, men ändå tillräckligt för att bli mätt. Det var gott. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma om man hade någon fråga. 5/5 skulle jag vilja ge i betyg och om jag kommer till Gent igen så skulle jag mycket väl kunna bo där igen.
