Overall loved this place rooms very comfortable, Clean, Modern and spacious with a large balcony . All staff are first class couldnt fault any off them always friendly and helpful. Only one think i wasnt happy about was the pool ??? On Hotels.com it says pool but there isnt one .

Stay went smoothly throughout. Hotel arranged pick-up from airport (E25) and back (E20). Reception was manned throughout, with everyone friendly and helpful. Room spacious, kitchenette had basic cutlery, crockery, utensils. Washing machine on site. Most enjoyable stay.

The flat was just perfect, everything is new, functional, clean, quiet, good bed, soap/shampoo included, complimentary bottle of water/coffee/tea. The person welcoming you is really nice and helpful. It's close to the city center (10min walk). They put you in relation with a reliable taxi driver. I just stayed one night before my flight, but it's really great.

It is the second time that I stay at LIV URBAN. The place is really great - with friendly hospitality (special note to Mr. Toni, the reception manager, which is a great guy. and is more than willing to help with everything. He is really an asset). The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable to use. The location is superb - only 6 minutes walk to the sea. The verandas are big and provide a fun area to work and breathe the air, and the rooftop is great to use if you arrive with friends and want to gather and drink together while watching the skyline of Larnaca. Whenever I get back to Larnaca, I can't see any other place to stay rather than this.

Amazing and super clean apartment! We were warmly welcomed. The wonderful ladies at the reception, Ina & Vicky were super helpful. Showed us way to Lazarus church (3-4 mins), Finnikoudes beach (7-8mins), arranged a tour around the island with Eman Tours. Lots of restaurants around the area. Lazarus cafe had amazing breakfast options. Can walk down to Mackenzie beach (20min stroll) where you can watch the airplanes landing. Apartment is opp tennis club so it was amuzing to watch players playing. The club has a restaurant. We had dinner there one evening. Great food at very reasonable prices (Closed on Sundays). We took the public bus from Finnikoudes beach to Aiya Napa etc. Apartment has well equipped kitchen to prepare simple meals and there is a washer/dryer near parking lot. Detergent/fabric softerner is provided!! Apartment was cleaned regularly and were provided with fresh towels etc. Will definitely stay here again!!

What we liked: we took deluxe apartment, it was spacious; water/tea/coffee supplied after each night; towels for the beach available; all bathroom supplies available; The biggest benefit was super nice staff. Absolutely adorable people. What we didn’t like: it was dirty, I mean a lot. The amount of dirt next to household appliances like washing machine or fridge was overwhelming, dust on the table… level of cleanliness made us think we would rather choose different stay in the future trips. We went upstairs, to the viewing terrace, VERY NICE space. Sadly the bar was not working, otherwise we would have spend our evening rather there than in the center.

Property was a described. It’s is clean, modern. Suite had all needed amenities. Managers were friendly and personable. Just one beef: bathroom was too small for the size of the suite itself. Although neighborhood is quiet, within 10-minute walk you can be in the middle of the action.

check in was great - with a very courteous and helpful receptionist. We were unaware that you needed to wait an hour for hot water when we just wanted to shower and go to bed. Only two flat pillows on the bed. Lot's of noise outside from the tennis center and cafe.

The apartment was great. We only had a very short stay, but it was well furnished for a longer stay. The location is very convenient for the main town highlights. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I'd be very happy to head back here.

I loved everything about this hotel! The check in process was seamless and the lady at the desk was most kind. Now the room - I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to explore more of Larnaca, but I stayed in my room a lot. I enjoyed my balcony for hours before I left. I can’t wait to visit again and I would absolutely make the same choice!

The flat was just perfect, everything is new, functional, clean, quiet, good bed, soap/shampoo included, complimentary bottle of water/coffee/tea. The person welcoming you is really nice and helpful. It's close to the city center (10min walk). They put you in relation with a reliable taxi driver. I just stayed one night before my flight, but it's really great.

I really liked this place. The condition of the apartment was excellent. Loved the large balcony. The property is very close, within walking distance, to the tourist attractions in Larnaca. Thank you for the amazing stay and wonderful memories.

The apartment was great. We only had a very short stay, but it was well furnished for a longer stay. The location is very convenient for the main town highlights. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I'd be very happy to head back here.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Tastefully decorated with all essentials. Just a short walk to the beach and to the St Lazarus Church and city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again

Amazing and super clean apartment! We were warmly welcomed. The wonderful ladies at the reception, Ina & Vicky were super helpful. Showed us way to Lazarus church (3-4 mins), Finnikoudes beach (7-8mins), arranged a tour around the island with Eman Tours. Lots of restaurants around the area. Lazarus cafe had amazing breakfast options. Can walk down to Mackenzie beach (20min stroll) where you can watch the airplanes landing. Apartment is opp tennis club so it was amuzing to watch players playing. The club has a restaurant. We had dinner there one evening. Great food at very reasonable prices (Closed on Sundays). We took the public bus from Finnikoudes beach to Aiya Napa etc. Apartment has well equipped kitchen to prepare simple meals and there is a washer/dryer near parking lot. Detergent/fabric softerner is provided!! Apartment was cleaned regularly and were provided with fresh towels etc. Will definitely stay here again!!

It has great potential, there’s one important point you could work on though. What we liked: we took deluxe apartment, it was spacious; water/tea/coffee supplied after each night; towels for the beach available; all bathroom supplies available; The biggest benefit was super nice staff. Absolutely adorable people. What we didn’t like: it was dirty, I mean a lot. The amount of dirt next to household appliances like washing machine or fridge was overwhelming, dust on the table… level of cleanliness made us think we would rather choose different stay in the future trips. We went upstairs, to the viewing terrace, VERY NICE space. Sadly the bar was not working, otherwise we would have spend our evening rather there than in the center.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. Spacious living areas and a huge balcony. The facilities are of excellent quality and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The location in the old city is perfect. Communication prior and during was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
