A super cottage that exceeded our expectations; surprisingly spacious, very well appointed and clean Only stayed for 3 nights but location great to visit Lincoln, then pop over to the coast with the dog the following day.Village lovely and pub nearby a bonus. Contact from host prefect and notes on things like the heating and foibles of the cottage very useful.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we'll be looking to stay again at some point.

The cottage looks lovely from the outside and even better once you get inside. the owners have clearly taken a lot of time and effort to provide everything you need for your stay. I used a pair of light washable slippers provided. The kitchen was full of extras like cooking oil, and a welcome basket with biscuits and eggs. All the toiletries were M&S or high quality. loads of towels, etc. WIFI good TV with Prime video. Local pub nice, village stunning. The fords and watermill house over the river that runs through the village was right out of a Gainsborough painting. The cottage has a great garden with loads of room and a sitting area and sun house. There is parking (bit of a squeeze) at the rear as well. But as the village is ancient the addition of cars was a secondary consideration, and it does work though. Lovely place, lovely venue, lovely facilities provided by as great owner. Thank you.

This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels, food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by.

Newly refurbished cottage has everything you need for a couple, family, or friends. Enclosed garden, parking and plenty of extras to make your stay easy; beach accessories, dog treats, etc. Quiet area, big beaches & picturesque Wolds.

Words can’t describe how highly I would recommend this cottage. The property itself is presented to an extremely high standard with everything you can think of provided, including but not limited to….towels, toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, Washing and Ironing facilities. Extremely clean with helpful ‘how to’ notes around the property for operating things like the shower etc. The village itself is very quaint with stunning views and walks right on your doorstep. A personal favourite was the log burning stove! Communication with the owners is fantastic and on hand should you need anything. We stayed for New Year with our little girl and had a fantastic time, can definitely see us returning at some point in the future!
