Very convenient hotel near to airport, super fast wifi, we got parking also. Dining option also available there. I guess hotel is renovated few days back. It was nice to be there.

Very convenient hotel for the traveler, safe and secure. Hotel condition was good, newly renovated hotel. Location is also good. Special thanks to reception staff who arranged my airport pick up timely, which was quite impressive.

I visited this place many times, superb ambience of the hotel with all facilities. Nice food made by their chef. Location is quite good for the travelers.

The location is in a very congested area. Not very easy to reach due to narrow streets. Construction still happening in the facility. Bed sheets and towels were old and not maintained

Excellent ambience of the mayda inn, location is good enough in a quiet street. 24 hours power available, all 3 star facilities are available. A affordable price they provide for a luxury ac room. Nice to visit there, probably will be visiting there again.

Was taken up to the room by a member of staff. The lift is tiny and appears to need buttons pressing in order to either keep the lights on, or the power working. It is not fun for even two people with a small amount of luggage. The man opened the door to the room and walked in, and then just hung around and wouldn't leave. He wanted money. I don't carry cash. I did not want or ask to be taken to the room by anyone - i just wanted to get the key and go to the room - it was late when I arrived. He kept hanging around. I bolted the door and left very early the next morning. The hotel is down a tiny back alley. Please, please read the negative reviews of this hotel. I have learned there are so many fake reviews of hotels in India - hotels are paying companies to provide positive fake reviews to drown out the negative ones. This hotel does not feel safe - particularly for lone female travellers. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip to India - 2 were positive (and I have left positive reviews for them - because I genuinely believe in recognising and praising good service where it is due) 2 were awful, and this is one of them. Please do not accept this hotel just because of it's lower cost

Sheets did not look like they had been cleaned in a very long time. Facility was dirty, tables in dining room were not cleaned. Staff was abrupt and rude. Would not stay here ever again. Stay away.

Staff was good specially Mr. Surya on the front desk, nice hospitality by Mayda Group of hotels. Good house keeping, well cleaned rooms with fresh towels. I must give them 10 out of 10 for their cleanliness.

Dirty old bed sheets, saggy mattresses. Pillows had no pillow covers. Did not change the bed sheets even when asked. Had no towels or extra toilet paper roll in washroom. Very unprofessional and uncooperative evening receptionist.

Arrived at around 1:30-2am Not even half a loo roll in the bathroom The walls were filthy and bed linen even worse, I’ve got a video to confirm the state of the room and linen. No I didn’t complain. I placed my own travel towel on the bed and slept my clothes. 10am next morning I booked the Radison Blu and WOW what a difference. Went back later in the day to return the key and check out. I went to this place based on the photos which looked good, far far from it! I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Very neat and clean rooms, perfect ambience, good for families, wifi available.

There were roaches in the hotel. Need was old. It was very unclean and not sanitary.

Upon arrival, the bedsheets were stained and dirty. Small hairs everywhere. We got the bedsheets changed, however the new bedsheets had bigger stains with what looks like either from Oil or from more personal parts of the body. It was disgusting. We finally got new bedsheets but still with small stains, but at least they looked more clean. Bathroom is simple but clean. Staff were very not bothered. The guy in the reception when checking out in the early mornings, looked shabby was lying in the sofa with his leg up with slippers and the TV on Full blast. When seeing us he continued to lie there and only got up when we said we needed help to check out. As soon as he took the key, H e returned to the sofa and put his leg up. Did't bother greeting us out or open the door for my elderly Mum and aunt or help with any bags or such. clearly no simple etiquettes which is not just for the finer hotels but even part of Indian culture to help the elderly. Location is good not far from airport and aircon works well and they have filtered water.

Excellent staff with patience addressing our queries , clarifications. Helped us with language constraints ( we are from south) etc . Rooms are neat, clean & hygienic. Food is also good . Can help us with some South Indian foods too ( based on checkin ). Anyhow ... Awesome team and had good stay !!!!!

The pictures on the website are deceiving, I am sure the positive ratings given are fake and made up.This place is very dirty, AC does not work at all, no fan regulators, bathrooms are pathetically terrible compared to pictures Do not take their taxi service to airport, they charge 4 times more than Uber.

Superb hotel stay with my mom, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We stayed for three days and found everything to be wonderful, from the friendly staff to the excellent amenities. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to stay there again. The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive, and the hotel's atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our three-day stay was a truly enjoyable experience, and I am so glad we chose this hotel

Superb hotel, rooms are quite spacious and location wise it's a good option to stay near igi airport. We can say it's a perfect family hotel near airport.

Absolutely nice hotel with all modern amenities, nearest to IGI airport, easy access to the hotel. Staff is wonderful they helped us to arrange a cab to the airport. Restaurant service is also good.

I was offered airport pickup service at very low price. Hotel mayda Inn is very comfortable for all type of tourist specially for couple and families. The best part is mayda inn is located in mahipalpur which is very near to the airport.

In budget segment of properties, hotel mayda inn is really the best hotel, as its located very near to the airport which is the best thing. We were offered round the clock room service even at the midnight. All staff were very polite and humbly run that extra mile to ensure guest commitment. Very very recommended property around this area. We had seen other reviews as well which stated there were fake pictures but we experienced nothing like that. We got the same as it was on online platform pictures uploaded.

I had to extend my stay there and was not provided a proper bill at the end. Also the property is not 3 star, they didn't even had keycards on door and keys provided wouldn't work all the time as well.

Just to be informed that the hotel seems to be a perfect accommodation for the travelers especially for the transit customers who intend to catch the flight from delhi airport as this hotel is conveniently located in the airport area with world class modern facilities. Front desk staff specially Ms. Kavya is just superb, she made us feel a home away from own home. Other staff were also good in terms of their attitude and services. I will definitely recommend this to my colleagues and friends.

Hotel is located slightly inside the lane, but its okay hotel is safe for couples and the families. We saw many foreigners were staying in our floor as well, overall it was amazing stay ever.

Hotel is amazing and really we enjoyed a lot there, our overall stay was excellent. The plus point is that they have restaurant service 24 hours, Chef is good, in fact all staff are great and helpful. There are a lot hotels around but we can trust only few hotel. This is really one the best hotel around.

That's quite impressive in terms of rooms, amenities, restaurant and entire staff. It is located near the igi airport. Restaurant is good but service was slightly slow which I felt, that might be due to a heavy rush in the hotel. All staff were wonderful.
