Tresor Le Palais Timisoara, Curio Collection by Hilton

Staff were friendly, attentive and gave excellent service from reception through to dining & bar service. The location was quiet & relaxed, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at the Tresor Le Palais for two nights (junior suite) in June 2025. The suite was beautiful, very modern, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, and we slept soundly. The location was perfect for us as it is close enough to the old city, yet far enough away to be quiet. We didn't have breakfast but had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night. Everything was perfect, but my wife really loved the Mangalitsa pork. The parking was also welcome. The hotel staff were all delightful; very friendly and helpful. The only quibble we have is that it was difficult to maintain a consistent water temperature in the bathroom (both sink and shower). All-in-all though, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and we recommend you give it a try.

Best hotel in Romania!

5 star property that was a bit glitchy, lights kept turning off at night, said they have to replace relay. Key for elevator didn't work well and need key to get down to lobby (that's a first). Great having a pool when most days are 35 C or 95 F in the summer.
