Te cobran 500 pesos extras por el uso de wifi y la alberca !!!, cuando se supone que eso debe estar incluido en la reserva!, llegue en la noche y no había ni quien recibiera el vehículo, el estacionamiento sin seguridad!

We paid extra for an upgraded suite with a kitchen. However, not everything in the kitchen worked. The exhaust fan and light over the stovetop didn't work, the microwave didn't work, the lamp in the sitting area didn't work either. Some of the fountains in the common areas were out of service as well. Such as the one at the main entrance. It looked to be broken for some time because the water was green with algae and looked like a mini swamp. Needless to say a bunch of swampy standing water brings mosquitoes. There were plenty in our room despite our best efforts to keep them out. There were marks on the wall especially in the bathroom from the previous guests swatting mosquitoes on the walls.

The hotel os beautiful, modern and all tje facilities in excellent conditions, the attention and services were great all the time. We had an small issue at the checking with some non pre-notification of extra charges for the pet but it was solved. Very good experience in general.

Acostumbro a viajar con regularidad y tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo tanto en mi país Mexico como internacional y es la primera vez que me cobran por el uso de internet por el uso del gym y por el Valet parking. Esto no hizo agradable mi estancia y por lo tanto no regresaré ahí nunca y tampoco lo recomiendo

Fue buena normal. Ejemplo éramos 6 en la habitación y no dejaban aguas suficientes y se molestaban si pedíamos más. Al grado que nos dijeron que solo serían 2 por cuarto y eso se me hace fatal porque es Agua. No dejaban toalla de manos Teníamos desayuno incluido y nunca nos comentaron hasta el último día y eso se me hizo fatal. Ojalá nos hagan el rembolso para poder cerrar la experiencia de una manera agradable. Los baños de visitas de la entrada me tocó sucio y tuve ye buscar otro.

Hôtel à l'architecture intéressante, tournée vers un jardin intérieur reposant (ce qui est justifié car l'environnement n'est pas remarquable). Les chambres sont très modernes, bien équipées, spacieuses. Très bons repas et service. Tout est vraiment propre et entretenu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Llegamos después de las 17hrs, check in lento, no tenían opciones de habitación más que con vista a el área de mantenimiento, no tenían luz en la habitación, ni aire acondicionado se tardó en que lograran conectar la luz, y nos prestaron un ventilador. Había cuando menos 10 a 15 cucarachas entre las camas y en el piso. Terrible experiencia.

El hotel es bonito. La limpieza puede ser mejor. Había basura en áreas comunes como el elevador. El baño del cuarto no lo limpiaron muy bien. Había cabellos en a el piso de la regadera.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is very modern, the architecture is nice, the hotel and rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located close to Paseo Montejo, and the restaurant is good, so overall we had a great experience.

La ubicación es excelente. La propiedad es muy tranquila y las habitaciones grandes y en muy buen estado. El personal en general fue siempre muy profesional y amble. Hago una especial mención y reconocimiento a la chica de la recepción con quien realicé el check in. Desafortunadamente no logro recordar su nombre sin embargo quiero mencionar que fue muy profesional y servicial. El check in fue súper rapido e inclusive logró conseguir un upgrade de mi habitación por estar celebrando mi aniversario. Estos detalles siempre se agradecen. Seguro que volveré a hospedarme aqui cuando regrese.

El hotel es muy bonito y queda muy cerca del Centro de Convenciones. La primera habitación que nos dieron en PB era muy oscura y el baño horrible, no tenía ni cortina la regadera y tenía una ventana enorme que podía verse desde el piso de arriba cuando te bañabas, por lo que pedimos cambio a otra habitación. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es la comida, desayunos de 10, nos tocó un mesero súper atento pero en general tardan muchísimo para tomar la orden y servir la comida. La atención bastante regular, no son proactivos y la host del restaurante te hace caras si llegas sin haber reservado mesa antes (aunque estés hospedado y hayan muchísimas mesas vacías). Por lo que le daría 3 estrellas en atención aunque el hotel sea muy bonito.

Wonderful beautiful hotel! Close proximity to paseo Montejo which had lots of amazing food and shopping options. Hotel is newer and you can tell - rooms are sooo nice. Bathroom is huge! Restaurant is amazing. Their brunch is so good and their French toast is to die for! Had the lunch tacos and they’re possibly the best tacos ever.

Considero que la propiedad realiza un abuso a quienes contratamos mediante Expedia porque se justifican que no tenemos una reserva directa con ellos. El personal no está capacitado para explicar y resolver alguna situación. En mi caso, desde que llegamos e intentamos hacer el check-in nos trataron mal y despectivamente, pero cuando solicité la intervención de algún superior nadie acudió y nos tuvieron esperando demasiado tiempo en el lobby incluso teniendo pagada mi reservación sin respuesta alguna. Este hotel es una burla, sobre todo para quienes no somos extranjeros. No tratan a los huéspedes igual. Mi reserva con wayam Mundo Imperial fue una pésima experiencia que terminó arruinando mis vacaciones.

Acostumbro a viajar con regularidad y tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo tanto en mi país Mexico como internacional y es la primera vez que me cobran por el uso de internet por el uso del gym y por el Valet parking. Very nice stay at Wayam Mundo Imperial, friendly staff, modern hotel, and a very decent price. The plus: good restaurant with nice terrace, small but convenient gym, near Calle 60 and Paseo de Montejo. The minus: a bit far from the historic center (if walking), not so many restaurant options nearby. Overall a very comfortable hotel, I would recommend it for a 2-3 nights stay in Merida.

The hotel os beautiful, modern and all tje facilities in excellent conditions, the attention and services were great all the time. We had an small issue at the checking with some non pre-notification of extra charges for the pet but it was solved. Very good experience in general.
