A beautiful spacious house. Well decorated, sturdy furniture and beautiful bed linen. The grounds are well maintained. The hot tub is undercover and in a fenced off area suitable for dogs. The extra sitting room with TV was a bonus for the children to chill out in. 4 bathrooms made life easier! The kitchen is huge and well equipped. Towels and toilet rolls supplied. Washing machine and separate dryer in utility. The area is beautiful. There is an uphill walk behind the house that offers magnificent views. Builth Wells is a 5 minute drive away for cafes, a large play park and riverside walk. We had a fantastic family celebration weekend. Highly recommend. Can't wait to revisit. P.S. I would recommend guest bring their own large towels for use after hot tub.
