This hotel is set in an old building but its quaint and well maintained. 24 hour front desk. Secure, included parking less than a block away. Within easy walking distance of the cathedral and all the restaurants and shops in Centro. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of choices on the TV, except CNN which would be nice for English speaking guests. It's available but not subscribed to. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for its convenience and besides some road traffic which died down by 10:00pm, its quietness. Would stay here again.

En general tuvimos una estancia agradable, solo que el baño tenía algunas manchas de moho, el personal es amable. Es un hotel cerca del centro y te permite llegar caminando a varios lugares, solo que la calle donde está es un poco sola de noche.

El concepto del hotel es lindo, las habitaciones y sus ventanas rodean el espacio central que es el espacio del comedor, pero el problema es que todo el ruido de afuera entra a tu habitación. Falta iluminación en las habitaciones, había un tocador pero no lo pude usar porque no me alcanzaba a ver. La cama cómoda pero las almohadas no. Las toallas MUY rasposas y el piso de la regadera no tenía tapete o cintas antiderrapantes. De ahí en fuera el personal muy agradable y atento, y el hotel a buen precio y muy céntrico.

El personal es amable, aunque tampoco es el más atento. Una noche llegamos a las 11 pm y no había nadie en la recepción; entramos al hotel y hasta la habitación sin que nadie nos viera. Quizá sea muy seguro y no hace falta que haya nadie, pero nos sorprendió.

We really liked staying there. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When our toilet broke twice they came to the rescue. When our shower overheated, they said they would look into it but it still over heated to HOT!!! The meals were super good at breakfast and we ate there most of the time! Great service and complete meals. Scratchy towels could have been softer! Tossed in dryer

The place is very pleasant, furniture a bit outdated but comfortable. The decor is quaint goes with the building. Enjoyed the a/c. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Es sencillo y cómodo; El Único inconveniente, es que no cuentan con restaurante de noche para la cena o un café , y al No contar con ese deberían incluir cafetera en Las habitaciones

Es un lugar tranquilo y aunque me tocó habitación que da a la calle no se oía nada 🤗 y eso me super encantó porque se descansa agusto y aparte tienen desayuno accesible y a la carta también con precios accesibles. 👌 sin duda alguna volveré. Zorzal 😌 muchas gracias.

Even though we came rather late, the manager guided us to the parking lot down the street and waited there while we circled the block. She was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, attractive. The only complaint is the air conditioner was difficult to use. A simple ceiling fan would keep the air moving and be comfortable.

The staff was always nice and helpful. This hotel has parking right around the corner and it's a quick and easy walk to downtown. There's a free water refill in the lobby. The room was definitely a bit run down. Sheets and pillow cases were really rough and pilled. My biggest issue was the bathroom. The trashcan next to the toilet was dirty from previous occupants, the plastic liner wasn't changed, as a result the bathroom spelt very bad as soon as we got in the room. The lighting in the bathroom is really bad so it's hard to see in the shower but I could still see the mold. We were here 2 nights and decided to wait until our next hotel to shower because didn't want to use it again. There is no ventilation in the bathroom just a hole that goes into the room. The lighting in the room is very harsh if that bothers you. The air conditioner started leaking but thankfully we noticed it before it did more than get my bag a little wet. We did find a dead cockroach but that's probably an issue across the city and not just them.
