Quahog Cottage- Full Home with a private yard

I definitely recommend this property for a stay in Newport! Pat was an excellent host: responded to all my questions promptly and even graciously agreed to add on some time to extend our departure time a little. The outdoor spaces were lovely with plenty of sun and shade options and seating options. Parking area was large for multiple cars and the location was very close to town and beach. Amenities were great - plenty of extra blankets, beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Loved being able to use the fireplace indoors and the firepit outside. No bedroom on the main floor but it wasn't an issue for my Mother as the one set of stairs had a good banister and a staircase with a landing partway up. Two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. One bedroom in the basement with it's own bath. And a bathroom on the main floor. Also pet friendly with a fenced in backyard and a nice neighborhood for walks.

Absolutely beautiful home- spacious, clean and very well appointed. Excellent location and the welcome bottle of wine was a perfect touch. Our host was warm, informative and communicative. We loved our stay!!

Incredible!We had a wonderful trip, the home exceeded our expectations in every way! This house is super clean, and updated throughout. there was everything we could need in the kitchen. For the bedrooms and bathrooms, it was also really well stocked. Tons of towels, plenty of blankets, beds were all very comfortable. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

The cottage was lovely and well appointed. The listing was spot on. The location was great a quick walk to coffee and a few restaurants and an easy stroll to Easton Beach and the Cliff Walk
