The place has a great layout but things are starting to look a little dingy and worn. It could really use a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning on the top of the trim and door frames!!! Now, the all important coffee situation!!! There are 2 coffee makers; a Keurig which even on the strongest settle made a cup of coffee that you could see through and then the espresso machine that wasn’t much better!!! Also, there isn’t built in A/C but they have “portable” ones in both bedrooms and the living room!!! The only thing is, you can only run 2 at a time or you will trip the circuit!!! It even tropes on us when we had 2 going as well as the fan!!! Then there is the parking!!! When we were leaving, we assumed we could just press P on the elevator and it would take us to the right underground parking!!! WRONG!!! We ended up touring 2 other garages and after some frustration, went outside and walking to Battery to find the right garage and entered with the fob from there!!! Way too confusing and needs to have better instructions/directions!!!

This was a great place!! Very clean and easy to park and very secure.Getting our keys on Friday was evening was a little difficult - because there was no where to park on 2nd Street. My wife had to literally jump out and meet up with the person we were meeting. But this was not a reason to not book this beautiful place.Nice having a secure parking garage and an "Included" parking spot!!!Wondeful gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna!!Would book this anytime!!!Ian

This property was great! Nancy, our point person, was really nice and welcoming; and the space was really clean. It was pretty quiet despite being in the downtown area. I think the fact that the patio and windows faced the inner courtyard really helped. And it felt really secure with the locked entry, garage parking, and security guard at all hours. They were super diligent about making sure everyone that came in together was actually together and not sneaking in behind. Would happily stay there again! I

Met the host for check in - easy and he went over all the amenities. Home itself was great. Had everything we needed and loved the split floorplan. Kitchen was stocked and liked the courtyard view. My daughter loved the indoor pool and we went almost daily! Great restaurants located just outside the building. Don't have to walk far to find something to eat! We also walked to Pikes Place and The Aquarium easily. No complaints and would stay here again when visiting Seattle!

This condo was in a perfect location to pier 66. We were leaving for a cruise and we could walk 2 blocks with our luggage. It was also in walking distance to space needle and pike market. The condo was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym and pool were great too! Make sure you eat at the Italian restaurant right at the building's entrance. Great food and great staff! Thank you!!

Overall stay was amazing. The host are amazing friendly and workable and always an available for questions etc of property. Location is perfect Access is secured and easy entry and safe all around. Security at front entry. Pool and hot tub is a 5 star! Portable AC units that we did not need. Windows open were prefect Clean friendly and home feel stay. Will be back to Seattle and will for sure stay here!

We were able to easily walk to the Space Needle and many other attractions. It was great to not worry about parking. The parking came free with this condo and was very secure. It doesnt have central air but the room units work well.

the place was ok, looked like a nice side of the downtown area, but the extreme precautions regarding parking garage and front door seemed over the top until I saw for myself how people tried to follow you into the building. they need security guard. I did expect there to be at least what was needed to make coffee or tea, there was nothing, a few old fast food condiments in the fridge. After I cleared it with the Owner to check in early, his manager told me I could leave my luggage, but the cleaning crew was in there until check in time. disapointing

We were pleased by our accommodation. We felt right at home with this lovely aprtment and look forward to reusing the host upon future travels to Seattle. The apartment was centrally located to all the tourist attractions, while being formittable in security. Checking in and out was very simple.

I would put king-size beds in both rooms. The kitchen cabinets are a bit dated and needed to be replaced, but certainly not a dealbreaker. The apartment is very clean. Never could find our way to the rooftop. Would’ve been nice if there were instructions in the apartment showing us how to get there.

Great location.Easy to walk to Great amenities, just as explained in description. The check in and check out process was alot and not easy having to coordinate with someone to be there to let us in and with a car etc. Linens soft smelled good. Beds not comfy very hard like futon hard. Furniture not comfy to relax on either. Didn't use the hot tub or anything else.Very nice space decorated nicely. Communication was sketchy with host for several days but he did have an assistant or could respond later as he was on vacation. Probably won't stay again as the check in process was to complicated and the beds were not comfy.

This nice quant condo was perfect for being close to all the things in downtown Seattle, we were all very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and all the amenities. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating with all our needs.

The property was great, we loved the courtyard and pool. The check-in process was a little odd. The owner's assistant was late letting us in, then after showing us around, stayed in the condo to fold towels... Condo was cute and great for our needs, not as clean as I would have liked but overall we had a good experience.

Our family came to Seattle for a 24 hr visit to see the Aquarium, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. This property was perfect for our family (2 grandparents, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grand daughters)! The location was very convenient for seeing the above-referenced sites (all easily walk-able) and the property was comfortable and nicely equipped to meet all our needs. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, exercise room, or garden, but they looked clean and inviting. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Seattle!

I had previously stayed at this property, so I knew it was an excellent location for walking to all the places we wanted to visit. Our host was responsive amd very sweet. She showed us around tne property and provided all the pertinent information. I would recommend this property!

We only stayed 1 night because we were leaving for Victoria the next morning. 1 night worked for us. The check in process took a little longer than normal because our greeter did not speak English. Thank goodness for Google translation feature. After I made the reservation, I couldn't see the property photos again on VRBO or access my reservation. But the owner responded saying they had our reservation info and we were all set. I was a little worried but it worked out.

Great location.Easy to walk to Great amenities, just as explained in description. The check in and check out process was alot and not easy having to coordinate with someone to be there to let us in and with a car etc. Linens soft smelled good. Beds not comfy very hard like futon hard. Furniture not comfy to relax on either. Didn't use the hot tub or anything else.Very nice space decorated nicely. Communication was sketchy with host for several days but he did have an assistant or could respond later as he was on vacation. Probably won't stay again as the check in process was to complicated and the beds were not comfy.

Yaru was SO sweet! She greeted us at the front door of the building and made sure we were comfortable. She even invited us to store our luggage in the room a little bit past check out time so we could explore the city longer. We really enjoyed our brief stay and hope to return!!

The check-in/check-out process is challenging but that is due to being in a big city. I don’t think they can change that. The condo was very nice. The location was great. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. You can walk to many tourist sites. There were a lot of little amenities in the condo. You have your own parking spot in a secure garage, which is a bonus! The host was very sweet. She responded pretty quickly when I messaged her (via VRBO).

The property was great, we loved the courtyard and pool. The check-in process was a little odd. The owner's assistant was late letting us in, then after showing us around, stayed in the condo to fold towels... Condo was cute and great for our needs, not as clean as I would have liked but overall we had a good experience.

The condo was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym and pool were great too! Make sure you eat at the Italian restaurant right at the building's entrance. Our family of four had an amazing time. This place is tucked between Seattle Center and Pikes Market. You can walk to either or jump on a scooter and be there in no time. We went to a football game, toured the sound, went up the space needle, rode the Great Wheel, Chihuly museum, and Museum of Pop culture and never got in a car. Wonderful hosts and a great stay.

My husband and I and our grown children and their spouses stayed at this lovely condo. It was near great restaurants and close to tmobile park which was our destination. The owner was so accommodating and very quick to respond. There were many amenities that we didn’t have an opportunity to use but were very appreciated regardless. Would definitely choose this location again!

Met the host for check in - easy and he went over all the amenities. Home itself was great. Had everything we needed and loved the split floorplan. Kitchen was stocked and liked the courtyard view. My daughter loved the indoor pool and we went almost daily! Great restaurants located just outside the building. Don't have to walk far to find something to eat! We also walked to Pikes Place and The Aquarium easily. No complaints and would stay here again when visiting Seattle!
