The pictures for this rental do not do the home justice. The home is more spacious than it looks online. We hosted a small luncheon here, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard has ample space for entertaining and provides shady areas. The pool was a hit for all ages. It is helpful to know ahead of time there is an additional charge of you wish to heat the pool or the hot tub. There are many stores and restaurants close by and the home is conveniently located to freeways. The owner was in regular contact with us and easy to reach when we had questions. Our family would stay here again.

We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful home for a couple days. The pool is wonderful. Very warm, and very clean. The house is incredibly spacious and easy to get around. The only minor negative thing was with 10 of us, a few of us had brought swimming towels but some did not. There was 1 beach towel in the house to use, so make sure you bring your own.Also, there was a dish sponge to use to do dishes but no dish towel anywhere in house. There was plenty of cutlery and dishes though, so that was great!Thank you, Christina, for a wonderful stay. We would definatley recommend this beautiful home, and stay here again!

We stayed here for a family weekend. From adults in their 60s to elementary school kids, the house accommodated everyone well. We found the house in a great quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The game area was a fun place for kids and to watch a movie as a family. The outdoor grilling area and pool were great although the weather didnt permit much outside activity. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 would reccommend.

First off, check in process was very smooth. Once my husband and I entered the home we were blown away of how neat & spacious the home was. There's a total of 3 tv's in home, kitchen was very nice with all the amenities you need. The back yard was very inviting nice layout enjoyed it the most. We had stayed here for an after Christmas Family gathering with all the grandkids and our children. It was a mix of food, fun, family games and pool/hot tub times. Excellent location to everything. We went to the Gaylord Ice, Six Flags, and a few other small areas around.House was immaculate! The extra space in all the rooms were perfect for us all.We did end up speaking with the homeowners of some things we felt was not prepared for a large family there for a few days. They were very receptive as this is a NEW home on the listings. Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Very helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This is best place to stay in flower mound / lewisville area bar none. Always clean and plenty of space. the back area is great place to start mornind and evening is fun to watch all the planes lined up to land. If you doubt me just look how far its boiked ahead (3 months out) . Definitely will book again

The house was perfect for our group of 14. The only suggestion with having only 2 bathrooms with that many people would be to add some mirrors to the bedrooms for an easier "getting ready" process. Our hosts were very prompt when we had a question, although we didn\'t meet in person they were friendly in their communications. Check in and out was seamless.

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. We needed a place that was all 1 floor for my elderly grandma and this place was perfect. There were 7 of us total and we were all very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold on the 1 day we didnt have much planned so we didnt get to spend much time out there. Would definitely stay here again if weren't back in the area!

We really appreciated the bunk beds and options for sleeping. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. It might be nice to note that with only 2 bathrooms, larger groups have to flex a bit.. and it needs noting that there is a huge power station right behind the fence.. major eye sore. Otherwise, the owners were very attentive and helpful.

Amazing house for a get together with a mid size group. It was 6 of us and we throughly enjoyed the facilities, from the abundant coffee to the great bbq/patio area. Sadly it was too cold to use the pool, but in summer this would be great.Christina is a great host, super responsive. We had an issue with the smoke alarms during our stay and she sent a handyman within a couple of hours. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 4 nights, our family flew in for a wedding (9-10 people total). House was clean, could smell bleach as we walked in. Host was a great communicator, responding to my emails quickly. My only suggestion I have is if the guest paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated that the guest should have control of when the system gets switched. I felt like it should have been communicated to me that I needed to ask the host to switch to hot tub heating everyday. On the second night the hot tub was not hot, Luke warm at best, the third night was the wedding and we arrived home at 11:50pm and the host turned the jets in for another few hours without us asking. The last night we had the bride and groom over for the hot tub and the jets and heat turned off at 9pm. At that point I didn’t want to bother the host but it was frustrating. We visited our kids and stayed here and we had a wonderful Christmas! We had everything we needed in kitchen to prepare our dinner. We brought our pets and the back yard is fenced in. Quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. Has a wonderful back yard with pool which we didn’t use this trip but would be a great summertime vacay house. Christina was great to work with.
