La alberca no cuenta con calefacción, el agua estaba helada y no se puede disfrutar, no nos metimos ni una sola vez por ese motivo durante la estancia. Lo mismo el jacuzzi, que si bien estaba tibio, no permiten niños en esa área y el plan era convivir en familia, no dividirnos a cusa de la pésima temperatura de la alberca familiar. El precio del hotel es elevado y tampoco cuenta cln red de wifi en las habitaciones y el del área común es deficiente, si quieres ir a descansar y estar pendiente de tu negocio te será imposible por este motivo. Son dos detalles fundamentales que sí te hacen pasar un muy mal rato en el lugar a pesar que está muy bonito y el servicio del personal en general es bueno. Definitivamente no regresaríamos, no garantizan una estancia acorde al precio.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas. Buen estado de conservación todo. El personal es amable y servicial. La comida es sencilla de buen sabor y buenas porciones. A tomar en cuenta, los horarios del restaurante que entre semana cierra a las 6pm y los sábados a las 8pm. Así que es necesario planear la cena y ordenarla para antes de las 8 o salir a cenar. Seria maravilloso que la alberca estuviera uno o dos grados un poco mas tibia, es tan fría que la gente se refugia en el jacuzzi y con el aglomeramiento y la temperatura se concentra los residuos. El jacuzzi no tiene el mantenimiento adecuado, no es normal tener una nata verde de bloqueador en el centro. Mi esposa se toco un ojo con esa agua y tiene senda infección. Nos encantó el lugar. Solo ese pequeño gran detalle de higiene lo haría perfecto.

Always a perfect stay. I can't ask for anything eles. The employees are very nice and helpful, the swimming pools in a perfect temperature, the views to the lake or the mountains are the best of all.

El lugar es bonito, tranquilo y con una linda vista, aunque la terrazas de planta baja no están divididas con muros no te dá privacidad. Al personal le falta actitud de servicio, desde la recepcionista, hasta los meseros. Hay muchas telarañas por todo el hotel debajo de las sillas y mesas y en los cojines de los sillones.

La vista y localización del hotel está increíble, las instalaciones nuevas. El personal en general muy amable, servicial y accesible. Las canchas de tenis muy peligrosas, poca arcilla en varias zonas lo que la hacia muy resbalosa. Estaba muy seca y al querer regarla no había manera de abrir la llave de la manguera porque se necesitaba llave especial. Las habitaciones no cuentan con servibar, así que no es posible refrigerar nada y después de las 10:30 pm no hay servicio de nada, no hay hielos ni bebidas frías ni nada. El bar está cerrado y el área del hielo con candado, el velador no tiene acceso a éste así que no pudimos conseguir ya después de esa hora.

Mi única recomendación sería darle un entrenamiento a su gerente Karla, parece que trabaja en el mercado de abastos vendiendo cebollas y que todos los clientes le quieren ver la cara, con una buena capacitación de atención al cliente sería suficiente.

I would stay here 100 times more. The pictures do not to it justice it is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Beds are comfy and food is very good. Staff was exceptional. Had to take many taxis and the hotel staff called them for us every time. And a tip if you pay your taxi driver a little bit more they will come back for you. Location was great just a few minute drive to lots of shopping and food. We had friends that biked from the hotel to shopping and they loved it. STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

The staff wasn't at their post and it took 20 minutes for them to open the second security gate. The guard at the first station couldn't even reach them. When I checked in the gentleman at the front counter said it was because of faulty phones but then a call came in right in front he and I. He realized he was caught in a lie and then just handed me a keychain with things dangling from it and said your room is "T" and "There's no breakfast". One of the cleaning ladies outside my room explained that the white creidt card looking thing on they keychain was for the entry gate and the other object was for the room safe. The code-lock option doesn't work so that key/chuck can be copied. Lastly, and more importantly, the room has no complete walls and there is no privacy for your most private moment. There's also no air conditioning and only a fan above the bed. So even in the makeshift two-walled bathroom receives no air. The cleaning service also left pink stickies on a table saying "thanks for tipping". Here's a tip: that's tacky. Wouldn't stay there again. One and done!

De verdad una lástima que la persona que debería ser la cara de la propiedad, la gerente Karla no tenga ni un céntimo de conocimiento de servicio al cliente. En mi vida me habían tratado así. Te echan a perder el fin de semana y leo que no soy la única. No les importa a los dueños?

Lo negativo del lugar fue que por la noche había huespedes que estaban haciendo muchísimo ruido a altas horas de la noche (1 am) y nadie del personal les llamaron la atención. Por otro lado la de recepción, una mujer de cabello rubio que parecía la encargada, tenía un trato pésimo, por decir lo menos. Fue grosera con nosotros, ni siquiera se inmutaba en saludar, nos hablaba de manera altanera, prepotente y también se dirigía así a los otros empleados. Su actitud en general fue nefasta. Gracias a ella, jamás regresaríamos al lugar. Ojalá tomen medidas en ese sentido.

Always a perfect stay. I can't ask for anything eles. The employees are very nice and helpful, the swimming pools in a perfect temperature, the views to the lake or the mountains are the best of all.

The area is very private and safe. Beautiful paradise setting and very clean. Only thing I didn’t like is that the front desk didn’t always have someone to help you. I had to walk around and find someone to ask a question.

The hotel has a beautiful view. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. During the week it is pretty empty, it seems to pick up during the weekend. I solo traveled for a wedding and I felt pretty safe.

I would stay here 100 times more. The pictures do not to it justice it is a beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Beds are comfy and food is very good. Staff was exceptional. Had to take many taxis and the hotel staff called them for us every time. And a tip if you pay your taxi driver a little bit more they will come back for you. Location was great just a few minute drive to lots of shopping and food. We had friends that biked from the hotel to shopping and they loved it. STAY HERE! You won’t be disappointed!!

Muy bien, disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Solo que el restaurante no tiene mucha variedad y cierra temprano, y te quedas sin servicio. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, para disfrutar y despejarte. Si no buscas fiesta es lo mejor!

Nos gustó mucho el servicio, la atención ideal para viajar en pareja o incluso en familia pero en pareja es algo relajante..Solo la comida sería un punto que creo podría mejorar un poco esta buena la comida pero le falta un punto para ser excelente y tener más variedad.
