Magical Lake View 5 BR/Hot Tub/Game RM/Poker Room!

Great house for our family of grandparents, adult kids and 5 preschool grandkids. The house has 2 cribs + a packnplay, high chair, kid stools in 2 bathrooms, potty chair, toddler and kid friendly dishes and utensils, bedding for all the cribs, toys, and games for everyone. We enjoyed the game room, kayaks (and appreciate the life vests) 2 refrigerators and fully stocked kitchen. The community amenities were fun- pool, tennis, playground, and even though there are no sidewalks, they enforce the 25 mph speed limit so we felt safe walking and biking with the little ones. We had no issues so we never had a reason to contact the owner. Smooth check in and check out.

Plenty of room for 10 members of family. All supplies needed in kitchen, table just big enough. Enjoyed poker room with all of us. Also got to use the hot tub outside and enjoyed the deer nosing around. We had beautiful weather and had a great vacation.

Went with 2 other families and this house did not disappoint. Sure the beds were hard, aren’t they always in a rental? But the house was stocked with things to do for the kids. Didn’t make it to the Lake but the pool was quite crowded and frankly dirty. But again, the kids had a great time. I’d recommend

We had a very nice stay over the 4th of July holiday weekend! We had 2 families-2 parents and 2 adult children each and 2 dogs at the house. Pros: Lots to do in and out of the house; comfy beds (on firmer side); plenty of space (we never felt like we were "on top of each other"); nice additional touches like linens, towels for bathing & pool, toilet paper & paper towels, bag of ice, bottle of wine & snacks; very well stocked kitchen (no griddle tho); AC in rooms can be set to personal preferences; nice location; clear signs of some upgrades to furniture (newer dining room table than what is pictured), appliances, and bathrooms; well kept hot tub & gas fireplace seating area with large umbrella; games: pool, table tennis, fooseball, Plinko, Tetris XL Tumble; kayaks were a huge hit and easy to transport to the lake (its more the size of a pond, but had great fun fishing there); plenty of room for parking; good size gas grill. Lots of clear instructions about the complex and the different workings of things inside the house. Quiet location. Complex has nice pools. Safe area. Dogs welcome. The deer in the complex are clearly present and didn't seem bothered by people or the dogs.Cons: Kitchen is as pictured-the cupboards, counters, and floor are in desperate need of an update(cupboards do not close); mold on downstairs shower curtain; carpets dingy; pool table is not level & felt is thin but still playable(they had chalk!)Not a pro or con: there is no "yard"Nice overall!

The house had a fully stocked kitchen and many indoor game areas. From ping-pong table to card table; firepit to outdoor hot tub; and room for everyone. The a/c was great and parking adequate. Deer watching became a new walking activity. The spacious house permitted many simultaneous activities. Everything worked correctly, such as, outdoor BBQ to indoor toaster.

Our 5-night stay at this lovely vacation home was everything we hoped for. The spaciousness and amenities such as the game room, the hot tub, playroom and comfy furnishings kept us all (7 adults and 4 children) quite happy. The location is perfect for hiking, fishing, and spending time on the lake on the kayaks provided by the owner. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, cookware, and everything we needed to prepare family meals, and the huge outdoor grill was ready for us to use with no problem. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. The cleanliness of the space was a big factor in why we were so pleased with our stay. Natalie was very helpful through all phases of our booking and was available to assist us in any way needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable family vacation in the Poconos.

Great property. Lots to do outdoors. Lots to do at the house (poker table, ping pong table, hot tub, grill all got lots of use). Comfortable even with big groups. Great communication

My family and I had a great stay. The house is very open and has plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and makes for cooking for larger groups easy. The community is well maintained and the home is a very short drive to both the pool and lake access. There were also a lot of toys at the house and the game room was a hit. The host was very responsive and the checkin/out process was a breeze.

We were a family of 11, 6 adults, 5 kids. Loved the house and the location (right in between Shawnee and Camelback). Great rooms. Only critique was the lack of hot water. Granted 11 people showering in the evening is a lot, but hot water ran out after the second or third shower. Would rent again.

A group of friends (12 of us) really enjoyed a long weekend at the house. The rooms, kitchen (we liked that all the cabinets were labeled) and living room were spacious and we especially enjoyed a night in the game room, playing ping-pong, pool and fooseball. The outdoor areas were nice as well, although we thought the lake view was going to be better. It was a short walk to the lake and we had fun taking the kayaks out one day and taking a hike another day. It was an easy drive into town and we had a blast seeing a concert at the Sherman Theater. The only difficulties we had were with check-in. The process of getting six cars registered and set up with a pass to enter the gated community was a bit tedious and the address of the welcome center was not correct so many of us went to the wrong entrance. Otherwise, I would recommend this house for a large group looking for a lot of fun activities without leaving the neighborhood.

Family vacation with a toddler. Great space, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Everything you need, plus toys for kids, a Jacuzzi, grill and kayaks to the nearby lake. The house looks a bit dated, but was clean, good AC and comfortable showers. Food and groceries can be found in under 15 min. Would recommend!

This home is kept absolutely immaculate. The hosts are quick to respond and pleasant. They were also quick to fix the few problems we had. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everythimg

Great home for our family weekend getaway. This home is definitely one of the best ones we have stayed in and we’ve done this for six years now. So thankful they allowed us to bring our fur babies too. Five stars are not enough of a rating. Best equipped home yet, owners didn’t miss a thing. Very clean too. There were 9 of us, from 7 to 72.

The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly clean upon our arrival. The large upstairs living room/kitchen and downstairs game room made for great entertainment spaces for our group of 12! The *only* slight downside was that getting into the neighborhood was a bit of a traffic jam with all of the other homes' guests trying to enter on Friday night as well, but this was a pretty minor disturbance that was quickly forgotten.

This location is very peaceful. The residence is very homey and always well stocked. The rooms are always clean and the kids room WITH TOYS is an added bonus for traveling families. If there’s ever an issue, which is rare, response time is quick. My family & I continue to return to this place because of how accomodating & comfortable our stay is. The location is also close to grocery & retails stores which is very convenient. If you want a quiet retreat, this is the place.

The home was absolutely perfect in many ways! Spacious and well maintained, the home gave us plenty of room to spread out (all eight of us) and come together as desired. The area was quiet and very secure, and the nearby options for recreation were many and well suited to different age groups. We loved being able to sit together at the large dining room table for meals and enjoy sports in the large screen TV in the great room. Light throughout the home was plentiful. The location feels like you’re living in the trees, with the skylights and very large windows. Kudos to the owners for creating an outstanding family rental home!!

This place is great! It is remote enough to be private, yet close to all one needs. The home is large with spacious rooms and if you have little ones, no worries, there is all you need! the kitchen is a great space with plenty utensils for cooking. Overall, a well thought out home offering everything one could want and exactly as pictured.

The house was beautiful and nicely stocked with many amenities. As we were there in winter, we were able to enjoy a beautiful snowfall from the vantage point of the gorgeous windows that allowed us to see family of deer trekking through the snow. It would be a pleasure to come back in spring summer or fall!

Home was perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen and grill. Host was extremely responsive to our a/c questions and resolved immediately. Host graciously helped us retrieve an item left behind. Thank you again Natalie. Gated community can be a pain for entries but that is no fault of the property owner. Just note don’t switch drivers and cars and you will be fine. Would highly recommend to families lots of room and fun for everyone.

Every year we travel with 3-4 couples somewhere within a 4 hour drive from Central New York for a fall birthday weekend getaway. The property was perfect - plenty of room and exactly as described. The hot tub, the lake, the game room and overall space was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and the entire check in process was seamless. The house would be perfect for family gatherings with young children. I really appreciated that everything was labeled - cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms - light switches etc. I imagine the property is very popular with skiers with its proximity to plenty of ski resorts.

We didn’t use the kayaks - it was a bit too far to the lake to bring the kayaks down for a bunch of 60 something women. The house was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and a great gathering area with lots of couches. Natalie was great with the communication as well. East Stroudsburg was charming too. We also visited bushkill falls - great hike with lots of waterfalls.

We had a blast in a fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The only downside was the initial GPS brought us to an entrance that would not give us access and caused us some confusion and extra driving etc...But that wasn't enough to spoil an otherwise fantastic experience that we hope to repeat regularly!!

This was a wonderful house; it was very clean and had lots of beds. Our host was great and was very responsive to anything we needed. The house is in a community, so they are very strict on who enters in a vehicle. We found out the night of that we had to contact our host (it was late) to call the security desk to let our Ubers in. Then upon returning in an Uber the security gave us a hard time and made the Uber drive around to the front. I had to re-register.. it was a pain. Other than the slight hiccup with entering/leaving in Ubers it was a fantastic stay.

This house is very large and accommodated our family well. We appreciated all the activities that were available in the house, especially since it rained one day. There is a hot tub outside, and kayaks are available. On the minus side, the check in process was difficult due to confusing addresses; the kitchen is very large, but the cabinets are outdated; there is an annoying light that blinks in the bedrooms. Overall, however, we give this place a very good rating.

Our group had an amazing stay at this location! There was plenty of space for everyone and the house had a lot to offer for entertainment! One thing we wish was more apparent on the listing is that it is in a community neighborhood. We prefer more secluded as we spend a lot of time outside, however, it was still an enjoyable stay and we will definitely come back again sometime!

Had a big friend trip up to this property. Plenty of room for everyone and very well maintained house. Only issue was the community it's in has a security gate that's a hassle to get through and there is no cell service in the area.

The property was located in a beautiful section. Very quiet and well kept. House was beautiful inside and out. Great location! Host was very friendly and always available if needed. Magical Lakeview was exactly what we wanted and needed. Highly highly recomment.
