We were in the area for a visit to local college, and we splurged on an overnight. So glad we did! Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.

We loved staying here. Hosts were wonderful. Easy to communicate with. House was very clean and taken care of. Yard was very nice. Had air conditioning. 3 parking spots. Within walking distance of downtown mystic, the drawbridge, CVS and more. Totally recommend.

Family get together at this charming house. Great gathering area for playing board and card games. Open Kitchen is well appointed and great for cooking and chatting. The location is lovely too with walkable distances to shops and seaport. But not too busy when we were visiting (winter). Host responded promptly to our questions.

The house is in an excellent location where you can easily walk to many shops, restaurants & activities. The house was perfect for connecting with family & friends … we enjoyed grilling in the backyard and making s’mores. The house is very clean & comfortable and had absolutely everything you would need … from beach chairs, towels, kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. The hosts were excellent with communicating and instructions. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

A beautiful accommodations for our short stay. Easy to walk to most of the restaurants and things to do in the area/downtown. We didn’t get to use the backyard but the space is set up for a perfect summer evening. Recommend staying here.

House was cute and convenient to town. The bathrooms were clean except for moldy windows shade. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great- so nice to have milk, coffee and bagels! Loved the out door area - in the back. We’d stay again!

The property was perfect. There is a steep flight to the second floor, but we were informed about it before we booked. Just know both bathrooms are on the first floor. Property was spotless, perfect location for exploring Mystic and surroundings. Hosts were welcoming and easy to deal with. Well stocked kitchen.

We had an amazing stay. The home was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The host left a nice little welcome package of milk, butter and bagels. The location is perfect we only used our car once, we walked everywhere. I would 100% recommend this cottage and hope to come back again.

We had a great weekend stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the house is well equipped and close to all Seaport has to offer 5 minutes away! Very much Ed enjoyed it. I would highly recommend, Bravo, Bravo restaurant, The Engine Room Happy Hour, and all downtown Seaport has to offer! The hosts James and Wendy were very easy to communicate with!

The host was very responsive to every question. The house is one of the oldest in Mystic-it maintains its charm. It was clean, but had an old “musty” smell that we considered part of its character. The location was perfect! It’s on a beautiful street just a short walk to restaurants and shopping and waterfront. We had a great stay.

Wendy & James were the perfect host. Great communication during booking and logistics for checking in. Their home is beautiful and so much larger than it looks in the pictures. I like to cook and the kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could think of needing. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location is perfect for leaving your car parked at the house and walking around Mystic.

We found this home to be the perfect touchdown for a weeklong dance competition we were visiting for. Very well stocked kitchen with a welcome basket! Beds were comfy, showers clean, large kitchen. We would stay again!

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved walking to restaurants and taking in the sights of Mystic. Our Westie loved walking around town and watching the squirrels from the patio door. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Easter dinner.

We have been visiting Mystic for 20 years almost yearly. We have stayed at many different places. This house is very cute, it’s small but has personality and is in a good location. I would say a family of four fits nicely, anything more would be a bit much. It was clean. It’s in a convenient location and we were able to walk to all our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. The house has pretty much everything you need and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and had labels and books to help guide you through any little obstacle an older house like this may have. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We will definitely add this to the list of locations we like to stay in the Mystic area.

My friends and I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Very clean and the owners were easy to get in touch with. It was a short walk to downtown Mystic and had great views of the river. We could drive 5 min to mystic village as well! Awesome weekend!

Absolutely wonderful cottage. The owners have provided a very warm and welcoming environment with all of the comforts of home. Extra bonus is the location as the property is in downtown so you can walk to all that Mystic has to offer. The hosts were a delight to do business with as well and our family would return for another stay!
Absolutely wonderful cottage. The owners have provided a very warm and welcoming environment with all of the comforts of home. Extra bonus is the location as the property is in downtown so you can walk to all that Mystic has to offer. The hosts were a delight to do business with as well and our family would return for another stay!

Wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing!!! Such a short walk to downtown Mystic where there were great shops and restaurants! Hosts were so thoughtful with every detail, even leaving snacks and breakfast!! Perfect for a little getaway.

Nicely updated historic home walking distance from everything! The house is halfway between the historic seaport and downtown making everything easily accessible. Park when you arrive and don't need to get in the car again!

We had an amazing stay. The home was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The host left a nice little welcome package of milk, butter and bagels. The location is perfect we only used our car once, we walked everywhere. I would 100% recommend this cottage and hope to come back again.

We were very pleased with this beautiful, quaint property. It was clean and well maintained. There was a lovely welcome note, cookies and bottle of sparkling water upon our arrival. The notes/tips throughout the house were helpful. Best of all, the location was perfect walking distance to the downtown.

The house was perfect for our stay in Mystic, centrally located to many of the areas attractions. The home was comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely look forward to booking here again!

We had a nice vacation. House was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and it was a short walk to town. Back yard was nice for relaxing in our down time. Owners were very nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We found this home to be the perfect touchdown for a weeklong dance competition we were visiting for. Very well stocked kitchen with a welcome basket! Beds were comfy, showers clean, large kitchen. We would stay again!

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved walking to restaurants and taking in the sights of Mystic. Our Westie loved walking around town and watching the squirrels from the patio door. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Easter dinner.

House was cute and convenient to town. The bathrooms were clean except for moldy windows shade. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great- so nice to have milk, coffee and bagels! Loved the out door area - in the back. We’d stay again!
