Beautiful 3 bedroom century home steps from uptown

The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute and convenient place to stay for our trip.

Loved walking everywhere from this lovely heritage home!

The home and host were great. A few things I did not think to ask, but should have. Bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep with no handrail at the top where the stairs curve to the landing. Very difficult to navigate for a 81 year old with bad knees. The master bedroom has two step downs. That being said, for people without physical limitations this is a great house centrally located.

We came from Vancouver to host Christmas for local family. The home was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked, seats for 12 with the leaf in the table, cozy, beautiful, perfect. Of all the rentals I've had, this one felt the most like home. Thank you, Chris!
