My sis and I took her two grands to the fireworks/fountains at Longwood and this was the perfect place to land. Plenty of space, extras like coffee, water and snacks. Spotless. Comfy beds. Perfect for the four of us!!

We stayed just one night at this delightful little cottage in the country. We had tickets to a show at Longwood Gardens ... so the drive was short. We needed a pet friendly location ... this was perfect. Our show ended up being cancelled, so we spent the evening in the house. The couch was comfy and the TV worked beautifully. The yard was perfect for walking our sweet little dog. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped ... there was even fresh ice in the freezer. The coffee bar was perfect for our morning. We would come back here if / when needed. It is a very comfortable home!

Stayed here over the holidays to visit with family. Was happy to have a pet friendly option. We are used to a fence at home but the yard was great for my pup to run around in. Quiet street in a great location. Host was nice enough to have coffee snacks water and other essentials I hadn't thought about bringing. Would definitely book again if traveling with pets in future.

My husband and I stayed here for a Saturday night in January so we would not have to drive two hours home in the dark after visiting Longwood Gardens. The house was super cute and clean (we loved having a garage in which to park our car), the host was responsive to communication, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book the property again. Thank you Nicki for hosting us!

The Pike Creek Cottage was perfect for our trip back to DE to see family and friends. It is a very convenient location, close to everything but also private on a quiet street. This home is super clean and in a great neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The check-in was easy and the check-out was easy. It is really convenient to everything. We used this as our homebase as we traveled to other states around Wilmington, Delaware. It was so nice to come back to the house after a day of sightseeing and be able to relax in a very quiet neighborhood and get some rest before our next day of adventures. The entire experience could not have been better. The communication with Nicky was flawless and easy. We arrived, and everything was in place and extremely clean. The property is spotless. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is within 15 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable. I highly recommend this property for the condition. It’s kept in but more importantly, for the host.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time staying at Nicki and Brian’s cottage. It’s very clean and comfortable while being away from home. The location is so quiet, loved taking walks in the area. We were only staying one night, as we were touring Delaware University for my 16 YO the next day. The property, inside and out, was spotless, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Super safe neighborhood! We also greatly appreciated the restaurant delivery fliers in the kitchen, as we were all pooped from our drive up from Virginia.

Perfect-sized house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everywhere we needed to be. We both work remotely, and there was plenty of room to spread out and not disturb each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal for some family members we were visiting.

I had a wonderful time at the cozy cottage, it was just what I needed during this time. If you want to get away from the same everyday life, this is your place. It’s surrounded by endless nature and tranquility. There was a small issue during my stay, but Brian and Nicki wasted no time to resolve it. If you also like homemade ice cream, there’s a nice farm not too far selling delicious servings. I’m extremely pleased with my stay and hope to go back in the near future.

The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is within 15 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable. I highly recommend this property for the condition. It’s kept in but more importantly, for the host.

This 5 star cottage is a must stay! Very cozy, clean and comfortable with all the needed essentials. Very close to downtown Wilmington attractions. We had a wonderful and peaceful time staying at Nicki and Brian’s cottage. It’s very clean and comfortable while being away from home. The location is so quiet, loved taking walks in the area. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This is our second time staying here and will be returning in the future.

The cottage was a perfect, quiet, cozy and clean spot for us to return home to each day. The neighborhood was a peaceful place to take a walk and convenient to the neighboring areas in SE PA, as well as Wilmington. We would definitely love to return for another stay while in the area.

We were only staying one night, as we were touring Delaware University for my 16 YO the next day. The property, inside and out, was spotless, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Super safe neighborhood! We also greatly appreciated the restaurant delivery fliers in the kitchen, as we were all pooped from our drive up from Virginia.

We really enjoying relaxing at Pine Creek cottage which is well appointed and so conveniently located! We ate our breakfasts, enjoyed the snacks and had dinner there a couple of times too. The property is spacious and beautiful with nice places to sit outside. Beds and conch comfy! Everywhere we wanted to go was a half hour or less, including Brandywine Art Museum, downtown Wilmington and riverfront walk, New Castle, etc.

My sis and I took her two grands to the fireworks/fountains at Longwood and this was the perfect place to land. Plenty of space, extras like coffee, water and snacks. Spotless. Comfy beds. Perfect for the four of us!!

We stayed just one night at this delightful little cottage in the country. We had tickets to a show at Longwood Gardens ... so the drive was short. We needed a pet friendly location ... this was perfect. Our show ended up being cancelled, so we spent the evening in the house. The couch was comfy and the TV worked beautifully. The yard was perfect for walking our sweet little dog. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped ... there was even fresh ice in the freezer. The coffee bar was perfect for our morning. We would come back here if / when needed. It is a very comfortable home!

This was such a lovely little place…everything was very clean and uncluttered and well kept…And I really do appreciate hosts adding the extra little touches to welcome guests…there was a cute little snack basket, a few waters in the fridge and I love a well put together guest book!! We had a great evening and enjoyed our visit to Longwood Gardens…

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean with all the necessities. We enjoyed exploring some of the history, antique shops and wineries. Feby's Fisheries is a great seafood restaurant nearby. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We went to Delaware Provisions and picked up lots of Polish food. The cottage had everything we needed to cook the entire meal for our friends. Thanks so much for sharing your home. Will definitely be booking for next years trip up north.

I had a wonderful time at the cozy cottage, it was just what I needed during this time. If you want to get away from the same everyday life, this is your place. It’s surrounded by endless nature and tranquility. There was a small issue during my stay, but Brian and Nicki wasted no time to resolve it. If you also like homemade ice cream, there’s a nice farm not too far selling delicious servings. I’m extremely pleased with my stay and hope to go back in the near future.

We were in Delaware to visit my daughter. We have stayed at Nicki’s a couple other times. Her home is very clean and I feel safe in the neighborhood along with our dog. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Nicki is wonderful to communicate with. It was a great stay at Nicki’s and I will be booking again when we travel to Delaware in the near future.
