At first sight, the hotel looks great. The staff is the best I've ever experienced! Unfortunately, things go downhill quickly. Air Conditioning – My unit was in a building under renovation. It was large, but AC was only in the bedrooms. Most rooms start warm, but mine never cooled. Staff tried everything—adjusting settings, cleaning filters—but nothing worked. Flood – The next day, I saw a small water spot in the bathroom. That evening, water poured through the ceiling. Tilers on the 4th floor were using water to lay tile, which flowed down to my 1st-floor unit. Water Pressure & Hot Water – I stayed in three units. Only one had both working. Rodent 1 – In the second unit, I saw a rat run across the counter and behind the stove. My nightstand items were chewed. Later, I found the rat in the bathroom and ran for help. Rodent 2 – In the third unit, I finally had hot water. The next morning, I heard movement in the nightstand. Hours later, the rat ran across the living room and back to the kitchen. Restaurant – The staff were charming, but the kitchen staff weren't. I ordered plain wings and fries. They arrived covered in sauce. The kitchen refused to remake them because they were closing. A nearby family said I was lucky—their kid's plate had a cockroach on it. I have pictures and texts as documentation. This experience ruined my whole vacation!

Great staff, breakfast at restaurant was excellent. Still have issue with hot water in suite. Was no hot water. Also place seems to be under remodel so a lot of work being done. And pool was being remodeled

It's was nice for my honeymoon

Staff is very friendly. Nice big pool also close to beach.
