This condo was perfect for our family (two adults, two toddlers). The check in process was a breeze, garage parking is a plus, and the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great place to stay for your Boston explorations! Southie location was pretty much 20 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Having your own garage to use was fantastic! Well-appointed, modern, and tastefully decorated flat. Primary has its own private bathroom, then 2nd one in hallway. Second bedroom set up as a kids room with large bunk bed with thinner mattresses. They stocked all you need including Starbucks coffee!

Having access to a garage parking spot and the rooftop terrace added to the comfort of this property. We were in walking distance to the beach. Communication with the owner went very smoothly. Beautiful condo! Pictures represent this place perfectly, although if you are not traveling with children, the bunk beds are too high or too low for many adults. Our group had some mobility issues, and being from a flat state, it didn’t occur to us that 3rd floor wouldn’t have an elevator. Without those issues, the subway is just a short walk, and the beautiful Dorcester monument is an easy uphill walk away. The roof deck is charming with a view of the harbor. Freedom Trail is not too far. Seapoint bar and grill is a short walk away, and a convenience store is on the opposite corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

A quiet, walkable, safe neighborhood. The apartment is clean and well equipped- especially the kitchen! There were not enough wash cloths, but after contacting the owner we were accommodated in a timely manner. Communication with the owner was seamless quick. Perfect for my family. Perfect accommodations for 8 family members. Apartment and rooftop deck were ideal. It was nice to have two inside parking spots, but they are for smaller vehicles. Tight for our 4Runner and RAV4, however, we made it works.

Wow what can I say, my wife and I with two friends stayed at "The Heart of Southie" and we couldn't have been happier with the rental unit. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were very clean and comfortable. The unit also came with a parking garage which we used to travel outside of Boston on some day trips. The neighborhood was perfect for us with restaurants only a couple tenths of a mile away. The Charlie (subway) we used extensively was only 0.6 miles a way and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this place if you want a neighborhood feel and be able to get into downtown Boston easily. Thanks to the owner for a wonderful visit.

Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.

We loved our stay in the “Heart of Southie”! The location was perfect for us, it was a quiet neighborhood a couple blocks from the ocean and a short drive into downtown Boston. We enjoyed ending our nights relaxing on the roof top deck. The garage was great since we had rented a car. The condo has everything you could need and ample towels for the bathrooms. That is not always the case in rentals. Peter was always quick to respond and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great apartment. Stayed with my niece and daughter - seeing sites and a Red Sox game. Great location with local options for food, walking, etc. Apartment is very well equipped / set up. Loved it! Our host Peter was excellent to work with during planning and addressing a small issue very quickly.

We had the pleasure of staying at this perfect VRBO for 3 days. The unit is exactly as it is displayed in the photo’s but it is so much more. Everything you need is on site and the garage and roof top space are wonderful additions. The hosts are wonderful at communicating and are prompt in responding, day or night. There is a little corner store just a few steps away in case you need cheese and crackers or a sweet treat. We spent a lot of time in Boston site seeing and it was easy to access at the areas we wanted to visit. It is very close to the beach and you can walk the beach or go to Sullivan’s for some fried seafood or an ice cream. I could go on and on but I hope I have painted a picture of how wonderful this space is and the professionalism of the hosts.

Host was super quick with replies and great instructions to access condo. It was perfect spot for a weekend with great coffee shop within walking distance, close to water for walk/run on trail and easy access to all the spots in Boston.

This place had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive. Great area in South Boston. It was about a 15 minute walk to the red line.

We loved our stay in the “Heart of Southie”! The location was perfect for us, it was a quiet neighborhood a couple blocks from the ocean and a short drive into downtown Boston. We enjoyed ending our nights relaxing on the roof top deck. The garage was great since we had rented a car. The condo has everything you could need and ample towels for the bathrooms. That is not always the case in rentals. Peter was always quick to respond and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem if you want to be in the Southie area, especially with the attached parking garage. Communication was prompt and the place was comfortable and modern. It was in walking distance to plenty and had a cool rooftop area to relax.

This is a great property and the host has everything you could possibly need stocked in the unit. Just two blocks off the beach in a great neighborhood. The rooftop lounge was great for catching some sun in the day or enjoying the beautiful evenings. Walking distance to some great restaurants and corner markets. Highly recommend this unit if your headed to Southie.

My wife and and I just visited South Boston and we’re so happy we stayed at the Heart of Southie. The beach is a 1 minute walk down the hill and our favorite part was the roof deck. Highly recommend this place!

The space was great for our family. We didn't have a rental car-but was clear how valuable the garage would be if you did-parking seems tough otherwise. We had a convention and did walk once-but took uber the rest of the time. It was always easy to get around. The Carson beach area is very close.. The apartment had everything we needed-nice linens and towels (thank you!!).

Beautiful condo! Pictures represent this place perfectly, although if you are not traveling with children, the bunk beds are too high or too low for many adults. Our group had some mobility issues, and being from a flat state, it didn’t occur to us that 3rd floor wouldn’t have an elevator. Without those issues, the subway is just a short walk, and the beautiful Dorcester monument is an easy uphill walk away. The roof deck is charming with a view of the harbor. Freedom Trail is not too far. Seapoint bar and grill is a short walk away, and a convenience store is on the opposite corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

We had an amazing stay at this South Boston Vrbo! The place was exactly as described and everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. One of the biggest wins for me was the bed — so comfortable, which is always a huge deal when traveling. I also loved that the stay included a parking spot because parking in South Boston can be tough to find. That alone made things so much easier. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family had a wonderful stay - the apartment is in a great location, spacious and very clean. It's rare to find a place with parking in Southie and it was great to have. The owner was super accommodating and responsive. My family all agreed they want to stay here again next time they come to visit me.
