It was an okay stay for the price in this area. We just needed a place to spend the night before catching the car ferry. It was what I expected for an older property on the old US Highway system.

No working light over bathroom sink, two outlet didn’t work, couldn’t make TV work, no info on its operation. A lot of road noise out room was only 50 feet from the road.

This is far from an "upscale" motel. But I have actually stayed at worse. I specifically stayed here because they offered a swimming pool, which was NOT very inviting. The water was so cloudy, that you could not see the bottom of the pool. The water was not clean and if it was heated, their heater must not be working. This is an older facility, probably dating from the early 1960's, perhaps even late 50's. It appears that it was renovated at some point in the last 50 years. But it could use renovating again. I'm note sure it was worth the rate that I paid. There were other motels in the area, even some national chains that were the same price.
