Dirty rvs in back people living there run down smells terrible. Pool dirty people hanging aroung smoking and drinking. No window in bathroom screen only. Feared for safety

The owner is wonderful and super helpful! The outdoor pool and hot tub were super clean and fun! The hotel is outdated but we had a blast! Would stay again!!

This is a great location to stay at when going to the Silver Lake Off-road park. it is only 30 min from the park, and a few minutes to downtown Ludington. They have great trailer parking, and good prices. The pool was very nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Older motel, beds dominate room space. Old but clean. Freezers for salmon. Must swap out towels. No bed making.

Zero frills, you-get-what-you-pay-for kind of roadside motel. Was clearly undergoing some major renovations when we visited at the end of the off-season. Owner was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

They were doing some renovations on the property. The pool was very nice with a spa. One bad thing was the refrigerator would not freeze my ice packs.

Property owner was friendly and prompt with requests. Room was clean and neat, carpet appeared new. Bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but both appeared clean and inviting. Hotel is older. Room air a little stale.

It is a great place to stay at a reasonable price when fishing in the area. They have coolers available for your fish at the end of the day. Definitely nice for a no frills guy trip.

Super clean room and facility. Nice break from the box kind of hotel chains. Retro sign out front, off the main drag. Called to confirm, nice and friendly and to the point for getting in later not an issue. Close enough to everything we needed. Air conditioner was on and room was at great temp on arrival. Did not use the pool but it was clean, outside and available! Little pricey for basic stay HOWEVER,we were short on notice AND everything in Ludington is high for motel or hotel! Other Guests hanging outside on nice evening and made small talk about the area, smokers were outside and polite/considerate of others by not being right by the rooms. Overall great rating

It was dirty and had a strong mold smell so we did not stay at the hotel and had to book another room at another hotel

I left the motel without staying. The room was filthy with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling which obviously have been hanging there for years as they where encased in grime. The air conditioner was covered in dust and grime.The exterior door leading directly to the street was a only a hollow core door with a flimsy physical key, The door jam actually had a hole broken in it and the safety chain had been haphazardly reattached to the wall.The photographs of the motel posted on Travelocity were very misleading. The photos present an older motel that has been renovated but in reality it is a dump that should be torn down. I don't understand how an establishment like this could possibly been promoted by Travelocity!! I feel scammed and have lost trust in Traveocity Very seedy and ghetto indeed!

The picture of motel is deceiving. It is severely run down and dated. After I walked into our room I was going to check out and go to another hotel but I was unable to get a refund. The shower was dirty and I wore my water shoes to take a shower. Go elsewhere for lodging.

I was surprised by the condition of the room/hotel. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but based on the rating I guess I expected a bit more. The room we got was nothing like the pictures. The floors were quite dirty,. I wiped up a water spill and unfortunately the towel was black afterwards. It was dirty enough that we ended up using the towel in the room to create a runner of sorts to keep out feet off the floors. There was hair from where someone had shaved on the faucet handles and counter. Large dusty cobwebs above the bed. The shower head was quite clogged which made it so the water only came out in a few random streams. Other things like a broken deadbolt, broken refrigerator and broken toilet paper holder should be addressed.

Room 25 had bed bugs, the tub was black with filth, and one of our towels had a wad of something sticky with hair in it. When we tried to talk to the clerk about the issues and wanting to cancel our second night, they said the manager would be in at 10:30 a.m, that we needed to talk with them. We left the property at 8 a.m., returning the key with the clerk. I messaged the motel through my Expedia reservation, and have not heard back from them. I requested a refund. I took a picture of the bed bug for evidence. I have never stayed in a room that filthy before. The carpets weren't vacuumed, there were sprays of brown liquid on the walls, the comforters were stained, and the curtains were stained both in the room and bathroom. The motel was creepy and run down. The "office" is someone's bedroom with a drive through window. So, when you check in, you see their living quarters and their bed. The pictures online do not match the actual motel. 100% do not recommend.

The staff were very kind. At first the room we gotten was super small and had no bath tub so they ended up moving us to a bigger room and it was super messy the floors were gross there was food splattered on the nightstand and in microwave from previous people. There was also mold growing on the shower curtain.

Slightly dated but very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it and the surrounding area appeared to be kept nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband was alone on the trip. There was not a “single usb” in the room. He also did not appreciate that there was no coffee maker or even cups in the room. He said people were smoking outside his room until 3 am, and they started up again early in the morning. The ac pulled the smoke into his room.

The Air Conditioning and WIFI didn’t work well. The room felt humid and musty. The curtain rod fell off the wall. The man at the front desk was very kind and friendly though.

Shower water changes immediately to hot to cold n vice versa. No hair dryer. Not enough plug sockets for charging. No glass or cup provided. Hanging area of clothes wrong place on d head part of bed which touches head when in bed

We booked a two night stay at the property. We were put in a room that had a very "old, tangy" odor. People were very loud outside of the room for half of the night. There was only one electrical outlet in the room and the tv and refrigerator were plugged into it. No place for phone charger. We were given a different room the second night which was a bit nicer, but the refrigerator was on a bench and was very tippy when opened. It had a fairly large dent in the door, which I assume, came from a fall. It was cheap though.

The staff at the motel are friendly. The rooms have new carpet, and the room I stayed in had a newer, very comfortable bed. The bathroom is dated. The small shower leaves a lot to be desired. The steaming hot and freezing cold water in the shower, does not help.

Very old motel, not well kept up. One room, refrigerator and micro on an old desk. No desk space, small over-the-air TV screen. Tiny bathroom, not too clean. High cost in a tourist-trap town.

The space is really small. The TV was tiny. I almost couldn’t believe I paid money to stay in a room so poorly updated. I guess it was only 80 dollars but I don’t understand why it hasn’t been renovated since 1982. We still managed to have a good time in spite of these hurdles with the room.

In the morning there were a number of bees in the bathroom and no hot water. Not a great ending to the stay, but the manager offered a refund. It's August, but no credit. It's a handy place to stay prior to catching the ferry, but be ready for some level of adventure. Your results may differ.

Staff rude, made sure to tell us 8 times checkout is 10a which I knew. The sign next to the door in the room says checkout is 11a.

Couldn't stay, car ferry needed repairs and didn't run. They wouldn't refund my room. I am out of 122.00 for something totally out of my control. Don't know what else to say but make sure the hotel you book Offers refunds just in case. Nova does not.

The people at the Nova were extremely nice and accommodating. They were booked and made room for us. Clean room with new flooring, offered beach towels for the pool instead of just standard size and had fresh coffee ready at 6 am- great little place- will stay again!!

TV did not work, had to keep askingmanagement to fix it.Desk clerk refused to come help with tv. Floor was sopping wet by entrance and under air conditioner upon our arrival. Soap not replaced after room cleaned. No extra roll of toilet tissue left. Room was not as pictured as shown on website. Room looked like hadnt been updated for 20 years as opposed to updated picture shown on website. Desk clerk was rude and unwilling to help, just kept telling us to call manager but didnt give name or number who to call. This is the worst place and misrepresented place I have ever stayed. I'm going to pursue getting a refund!

I paid $206 thru Expedia for my room after selecting Pet friendly properties. After I arrived and checked in I was tokld I needed to pay an additional 25 dollar pet fee. I shared that I paid the full price already, The staff started knocking on my dore at dusk and continnued knocking for 1.5 hours. I felt scared fromt he first knock. I called the front desk and shared that I paid the full proce prior to arrival. They insisted on the additonal $25. I shared that I felt threatened and would call the police if they knocked again. They did. I called the police. I ended up packing my things while the police were there and leaving in my car becaus eI felt so threatened and unsafe. They refused to refund my money. I had spent a total of 4.5 hours at their facility. 1.5 hours of which they knocked incessently.

Nice little roadside motel.

Easy commute to S.S. Badger.

There were no outside lights on when we arrived after dark. It was a run down area.
