Great customer service - front desk rep was friendly and professional! My room, the lobby and gym were very clean and smelled great (always). The grounds were kept neat and tidy. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Also, the location was great, super convenient to lots of amenities.

This is a wonderful hotel and we highly recommend. We travel frequently and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and amenities. The rooms have a kitchen with full size fridge and washer/dryer. We always travel with laundry pods so it was nice to pop in a load of laundry during our one night stay. The room was quiet. The fitness center is fabulous with all the weights, core bags, mats and ketlle bells in addition there are tread mills and it is a nice size for a hotel. One wall is all windows so it is nice and bright. They have a wonderful patio area with fire pits and parking is well-lit and safe. Again, we give this hotel a 5 stars and will certainly stay again when we are passing through….

It was a quiet and peaceful getaway. Loved there is a washer and dryer in the room. The workout room is clean with updated equipment. The room was a studio with a full kitchen, stocked well. Enjoyed our stay!!

Always a pleasant stay here, the manager is fantastic as is the nighttime desk staff. Coffee machine breaks often but when it's working it is spectacular! Pool is clean and rarely being used. Highly recommend this spot.

Check in was great. Staff was very nice. No ice other than what was available in the freezer, which wasn't convenient when we first arrived. Fireplaces out side weren't working. Inside was very clean,.rooms were great, cute little coffee bar in lobby. Would definitely come back!

It is new, so it is still relatively clean. However, the floors are swept poorly in the room and stairwells, so I doubt it will be clean in a couple of years. The baseboards and areas around the toilet are getting grungy, there are crumbs under the sofa cushions (I only looked to see if it had a bed under the cushions; I wasn’t looking for crumbs), and the base of the toilet was marginally clean. It’s worth staying in now, but unless they improve their cleaning, it won’t be in a couple of years. The bed was comfy, the kitchen handy, the downstairs coffee was great, and the washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful. The fitness room is good too.

The property was new, however, the room we were given was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Food waste, stained carpets, access doors left open, feces on the toilet. We immediately notified the manager who made minor corrections but refused to have the room properly cleaned for the first two days of our stay. We ended our stay 4 days early and found much more suitable accommodations nearby. The manager was aware of our dissatisfaction and did not attempt to interfere with our change or apply and cost changes for the days we were there.

Check in was quick, but the room they sent me to had someone in it. I then had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk and find me another room. The housekeeping crew needs to do a better job on cleaning the rooms. There was a used tissue behind the night stand, a dirty towel under the bathroom vanity and worst off I found hair on the sheets and blankets. That made me feel as though the didn't change the bedding.

Our stay was great, rooms are big the kitchenette was great, washer and dryer waa perfect for the 2 day stay waahed everything before leaving. The pool and barbecue place was great. The only thing i was disappointed with was that when i went to take a shower there was hair on the shower walls and the tub also i couldnt find my sandal in the mini living room and when i looked under the couch there was a cup, food wrappers and a bra. I did let the front desk know that they need to make sure thay clean the rooms correctly. But after all i would go back for another stay vacation

Property has a lot of facilities and could be a great place to stay, but seems poorly managed as I found my room to be uncomfortable due to large stains on the area riug in the living room, slightly musty smell, and just didn’t feel like things were clean. I covered the couch wiyh towels before sitting down. Also has no ice machine so when you get to your room thinking you’re gonna have a nice cold drink if you brought your own hooch, forget it. You’ll have to wait for the icemaker in the refrigerator to kick out which can take up to an hour, enough for one drink. Want to kck back and watch some TV? Seems like there’s a lot of choices but none of them worked. The only thing I could access was Netflix and that was after I had to sign in with my own account. No local TV news programs or anything. No breakfast was also a surprise, but I wasn’t too disappointed as I had my questions about the cleanliness of the place. Won’t be staying there again.

This room has a very nice layout and is well thought out, however, the details don't live up to the potential. I had to go to the desk twice to report no hot water and the (very nice) employee told me that hot water had been a major issue at the hotel for at least two months. When we first entered the room, the water was running in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom, apparently in an attempt to get hot water there. Being on the ground floor, it was concerning that the window in the sitting area did not latch properly. The room smelled of fresh paint when we checked in. Great potential, poor delivery.

Shower head is too high to adjust and water kept squirting me in the eye. TV Satellite went out several times a day. Other than that, this was a great place to stay. Quiet hotel. The location was good, hotel is very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t need the washer/dryer for my short stay, but very cool that it is available in the unit. Great kitchen too. I would definitely stay here again. Reasonable price too.

This room was advertised as sleeping 3. The couch was not a pull out nor big enough to sleep on and there was no extra bedding in room. We did not have hot water and called several times. We were told they fixed it but continue to have cold showers for the remainder of our stay. It was a horrible experience. We are so disappointed and extremely frustrated.

One slow elevator. Paid $30 to check in early but it took like 40 minutes to get to the room with cleaning staff filling the elevator and guests/ families checking in/out with all their luggage.

We didn’t get to stay there. We booked a 2 bedroom room but when we arrived they only had a single king bed room available. They did not work for me & my two kids as well as my friend & her daughter. We were very disappointed & spent the next hour trying to find a room. But the staff was very kind and tried to help us find another room.

Pros: new property, excellent staff, very clean inside the hotel and in the parking lot, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, very nice bathroom, free coffee and tea, snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby, very quiet, pool, outdoor seating area, Walmart and restaurants across the street...the list goes on, honestly. Cons: Unfortunately, there are quite a few homeless people walking about, outside the property, as it is located only a couple of blocks from a not-so-great neighborhood of South Tucson. Also, the previous guest's trash wasn't removed from our room - however, when we took the trash bag down to the lobby for disposable, the staff were very apologetic, and knocked $20 off our bill! Overall, however, our stay was outstanding, and we will definitely return here on our future trips to Tucson. The homeless issue is more saddening than anything else - I only mention it because it may make some folks uncomfortable. Although the property is CLOSE to a down-and-out part of Tucson, it is actually IN an up-and-coming neighborhood. If you don't drive around, you would never know. The property itself is very secure.

This is a fairly new place and it is a really clean and nice place to stay. We were just doing a couple’s staycation, because we are from the area, but our suite had everything one would need for an extended stay. I knew the neighborhood because I shop at the Costco nearby all the time, so I knew about all the homeless people nearby. They seem to stay on the other side of the street though. It was a great place for an amazing price.

This is a new hotel so it's in excellent condition - I like the room decor - it's modern and fashionable but warm not sterile - we stayed in a suite so it feels very spacious - very comfortable bed! I really like the kitchen island with stools, it's very cozy to share a meal or snack there. We did not need the in-room washer/dryer but what a convenience for anyone on a long trip!!! The hotel is very conveniently located right off the I-10. This was my second stay and would certainly book again.

It was our first time at an extended stay facility. It won’t be our last. It was so nice, we’re thinking about going back for a week or two to explore Tucson. It was like having all the comforts of home on the road and the staff was extremely helpful. There were several restaurants nearby…we had some delicious street tacos a few blocks away.

When I travel to a place for more than 3 days, I like to stay in a suite, so I can prepare my own food and get some work done. My WaterWalk suite had a well-appointed kitchen & the room was well-organized & clean. The staff at the property were super friendly & helpful. If I return to Tucson for more than a few days, I will again make this place my home base!

Wonderful experience. Clean and comfortable room. Close to the airport and freeway to get to destinations easily. Nice BBQ and firepit areas. Friendly and accomodating staff. My only negative would be the pillows are awful. Would highly recommend and will for sure stay again next time we visit Tucson.
