The hotel was very good for me. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. Parking was paid, but it was safe and clean under the building. Very good transport links to the old town and the monuments we didn't use our car to explore the city at all. Just in the hallway on my floor there is a white carpet, so it doesn't look the best.

Fint og rent rom og god og variert frokost. De ansatte var også hyggelige. I tillegg var treningsfasilitetene i tilknytning til hotellet bedre enn forventet.

I saw the 9/10 reviews and was expecting something pretty amazing. We booked a superior room. When arrived gave the receptionist a big smile and got no smile back. Facilities were nice. Breakfast had the usual choices minus omelettes and pancakes. Bread buns were hard. The breakfast room is big, crowded (another guest could not fit their baby in without pushing well toward my seat) and very noisy. I did not feel relaxed. The sound bounces off the walls. None of the staff at breakfast seemed to know Czech as none responded to my thank yous. The Expedia hotel description mentions jacuzzi and sauna (no pool) but watch out this is not included even for superior rooms. Paid the extra 500 crowns for 2 and used it for an hour. The small jacuzzi was uncomfortably cold and the whole service around it was a bit clumsy. I normally stay at another hotel for the same cost but there the 10m pool and the jacuzzi is lovely and warm, sauna too and it’s all included. I would would give it about 6/10. Disappointing.

Gute Lage mit Tram/Metro und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Schönes, großes, sauberes Zimmer, inkl. Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage. Der Balkon war eine angenehme Überraschung zum entspannten Draußen sitzen am Abend. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Its a great hotel, with excellent amenities. The rooms are beginning to age just a little bit now, and the showers can be leaky. But the aircon is great (Believe me, this is a MUST in Prague in the summer). My only bugbear is the in room irons are terrible. They are the steamless ones, which only press your clothes if you heat them up so high that it leaves everything shiny.
Its a great hotel, with excellent amenities. The rooms are beginning to age just a little bit now, and the showers can be leaky. But the aircon is great (Believe me, this is a MUST in Prague in the summer). My only bugbear is the in room irons are terrible. They are the steamless ones, which only press your clothes if you heat them up so high that it leaves everything shiny.

Die Lage ist super, die Parkgarge ist pratisch und sicher, leider mit 30€ pro Nacht nicht ganz billig. Das Zimmer ist dehr gepflegt und in einer guten Größe. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Badewanne und eine eigene Dusche, das fanden wir super. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist Bodylotion im Bad, das ist aber Jammern auf sehr hohem niveau. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt mit sehr nettem Personal. Die E Ladestation in der Parkgarage ist leider auf drei Stunden begrenzt, aber lagsam, da zahlt sich eine externe Station anzufahren aus. Wäre toll, wenn das Hotel eine eigene Ladestation anbieten würde, oder die Begrenzung wegfällt, so dass man vernünftig über Nacht laden kann.

カビだと思いますが、部屋にいるとだんだん目がしばしばして鼻水が出てきました。うたた寝をしたら喉がイガイガして倦怠感と吐き気がしました。なぜかベッドが3つあり、別のベッドで寝たら少しおさまったのでハウスダストとかかなと思いましたが、朝、用意していたら、かすかに頭痛と筋肉痛と胸焼けが始まったのですぐにチェックアウトしました。時間が経つとともにひどくなり、9時間たってもなかなか治らないので、症状を軽く見ないで部屋を変えて貰えばよかったです。でも他の部屋も同じだったらどうしようと思ったら怖くて言えませんでした。部屋はオシャレでタオルはおっさんの臭いもなく清潔だったので残念です。

Bell’hotel dotato di tutti i comfort e in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città (a pochi passi da metropolitana, tram, centri commerciali e negozi!). Segnalo due cose: - check in: siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all ‘orario di check in e nonostante la camera fosse libera e disponibile, ci hanno chiesto il pagamento per il check in anticipato. Per un hotel a 4 stelle con prenotazione di camera executive, mi aspetto non si perdano per soli 10€. - alle 8.30 del mattino la signora delle pulizie ci è entrata in camera svegliandoci. È rimasta fuori dalla nostra stanza per circa 2 ore insistendo per poter pulire (il check out è alle 12!). Totalmente inadeguata.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk personeel, kamer was zeer comfortabel alleen nogal warm. Airco bleef hoge temperatuur geven. Prima loopafstand naar centrum of pak de metro of tram! Groot winkelcentrum op de hoek Novy Smichov met alles wat je zoekt. Ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd en volop verse keuze.

Excellent hotel in almost every respect with extremely helpful staff. Room was very hot, air con had little effect and window locked, which made it difficult to sleep. A kettle in the room would be good. Location good with plenty of local restaurants.

Amazing breakfast, hotel had one of the best breakfast spreads I have ever seen, do not miss it if possible! Rooms were big and spacious the only complaint was the shower heads, they were funky in both rooms we had. Every floor had a free water filter for all to use.

Très belle chambre au confort optimal avec en plus une petite terrasse. Literie Propreté impeccable. Par contre, nous étions au premier étage qui donne sur le hall du petit déjeuner et un babyfoot. Les portes à l'entrée de notre couloir qui permettent d'atténuer les bruits du hall sont restées ouvertes jusqu'à environ 23 heures les deux soirs de notre séjour donnant lieu à certaines nuisances sonores liées à l'utilisation enjouée du babyfoot notamment. Nous espérions un peu plus de calme...

The hotal is located at a very good please, ensuring easy acces to old town. The personnal is very friendly, and the breakfast is really marvellous with extremely rich choice. What I did not like is that they block a very huge amount as a deposit for services during the stay in the hotel.

Location was perfect,right next to a shopping centre and quick and easy transport links to old town and all the tourist spots. Reception welcoming ,open and light and staff helpful. Room was clean and large,all the usual amenities .bed comfy and showers powerful and hot.

Hotel bem confortável, com ótimo custo benefício. Não é numa localização muito central, fica a 40min de caminhada do centrinho histórico, mas possui várias opções de transporte público por perto, sem falar que andar 40 min pelas ruas de Praga passa rapidinho!

An all-round excellent experience. The hotel has many dining, bars, cafes, shopping and transport options all within easy reach. The "old" section of Prague is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel, or if you prefer, catch the tram from one of the stops located near the hotel.

Hotel was fine if a little bit out of the way. There’s a large shopping centre next door and the 9 tram runs to the old town on a regular basis if you don’t want to walk 1.5 miles. It only cost £1. The 191 bus costs £1.30 and stops outside the hotel from the airport and same back

The hotel was very good for me. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. Parking was paid, but it was safe and clean under the building. Very good transport links to the old town and the monuments we didn't use our car to explore the city at all. Just in the hallway on my floor there is a white carpet, so it doesn't look the best.

Tjek ind forløb gnidningsløs, og værelset var som forventet, dejligt med badekar. Gode senge og tilfredsstillende rengøring. Værelset var med loungeadgang, hvilket var en temmelig skuffende oplevelse, da man kun kunne få øl og sodavand i tidsrummet 17-19, ellers var der bare kaffe, vand på kande og lidt snacks. Vores ophold var med morgenmad inkluderet, og der var meget at vælge imellem. Desværre var stort ser alle “lune” retter kolde uanset hvilket tidspunkt vi spiste på. Kold røræg er bare ikke sagen! Så morgenmaden var ikke en stor succes. Hotellet ligger lige ved siden af et stort indkøbscenter, med en stor Tesco og en masse fine butikker, ydermere er der både sporvogn og metro lige om hjørnet. Kan anbefales, men spis morgenmad et andet sted.

Amazing breakfast, hotel had one of the best breakfast spreads I have ever seen, do not miss it if possible! Rooms were big and spacious the only complaint was the shower heads, they were funky in both rooms we had. Every floor had a free water filter for all to use.

I saw the 9/10 reviews and was expecting something pretty amazing. We booked a superior room. When arrived gave the receptionist a big smile and got no smile back. Facilities were nice. Breakfast had the usual choices minus omelettes and pancakes. Bread buns were hard. The breakfast room is big, crowded (another guest could not fit their baby in without pushing well toward my seat) and very noisy. I did not feel relaxed. The sound bounces off the walls. None of the staff at breakfast seemed to know Czech as none responded to my thank yous. The Expedia hotel description mentions jacuzzi and sauna (no pool) but watch out this is not included even for superior rooms. Paid the extra 500 crowns for 2 and used it for an hour. The small jacuzzi was uncomfortably cold and the whole service around it was a bit clumsy. I normally stay at another hotel for the same cost but there the 10m pool and the jacuzzi is lovely and warm, sauna too and it’s all included. I would would give it about 6/10. Disappointing.

Weekend away with friends, hotel is very presentable, all the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Very clean, rooms are spacious and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Very good central location for the city too, walking distance to a lot of the main areas.
