Super safe area with well lit parking. Friendly and quick reception with iced down drinks and snacks available at checkin. Foosball tables and comfortable seating araaa in lobby. Fast elevators and spacious clean room. Huge flat screen. Brand new linens. High end sliding shade. New hotel style furnishings eliminating need for drawers or a closed in closet. Hair dryers and soaps and shampoos all included. Quiet and safe hallway and area. Hot buffet breakfast and terrific coffee. Outdoor seating area. Outdoor pool, Friendly staff. Beginning to end a perfect stay - highly recommend !

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Place was very clean! Free breakfast every day was a bonus!! One complaint is that only one elevator worked! But other than that it was an excellent stay!!

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff was friendly. They offered a coffee station 24hrs a day, a nice gym and water bottle refill station. Will definitely stay again. The bed was a little soft for my liking and could use a few blankets.

The outside door to the pool was left unlocked as staff family was present swimming. The pool was filled with people who were not guests as they arrived and left in a vehicle. The pool surroundings were left filthy with outside food. Trash was everywhere from those guests. The breakfast bar was not refilled. There were no bagels. The milk was out. The coffee was empty. The staff never greeted us. The hotel use to be our favorite but we will not be staying again. We are Hilton honor members and this establishment needs to be reviewed by upper management

This is our 4 or 5th time staying at this TRU. My husband's family is in Mandarin 5 minutes away. It is alway clean, sheets are soft, beds are comfy, parking so easy, coffee hot and god in the lobby, staff is friendly and the price is great! We also have met the nicest guest in the commmon areas. Family friendly. We just spent a happy 5 days there.

The staff was professional and friendly. The door to the pool was not working, so we had to walk around to the front door and through the lobby to get back to our room. The breakfast was not very good and there was no microwave or coffee in thw room. For a one night stop over, the room was very comfortable, though, which is all we were looking for.

This am my guys were getting up to leave and there were roaches in bathroom. Went to get the phone but they were gone. Gross but we were leaving. Will chose another hotel for next time. Staff was nice and place was great just don’t do roaches.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming- From the greeting text to the welcome message on our TV with our name! Extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. I absolutely loved the lighting in the bathroom. 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Me and my husband will be a returning customer.

In town for a funeral and have found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. It’s convenient to the area we need to be, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff has been helpful and accommodating. The only slight cleanliness issue was found accidentally when my mother dropped a tray of medication on the floor - while cleaning it up, I realized that the area under the nightstand hasn’t seen a broom in a while. The rest of the room is spotless so I am guessing this is an oversight.

Overall the hotel was very clean except the elevators smelled like body odor (everytime we used them, probably 3-4 a day) the hallways to the rooms smelled really bad of what I can only describe as body odor type smell. The elevator was so hot like the heaters were on in them and the ac was on everywhere else. There isn’t enough lighting in the rooms themselves and they are VERY bare like no life to them.

Omg! You don’t get a desk in your room, you basically get a tv tray on wheels. Never before have put my head on a pillow that was stuffed with air but these were. As soon as you put your head on them, they deflated to flat. But hey, the bed and concrete slabs have a lot in common. Both are equally as uncomfortable to sleep on. This hotel should not be in the Hilton family, it has more in common with motel 6.

The only thing about this hotel is there was no coffee maker in the room or ice bucket. My husband did find the ice bucket by the ice machine which seems to be unusual and unsanitary.they were accommodating on extra pillows I had asked for. We would stay again but only if we had too because my husband wants his coffe in the room

Burnt out from a long day on the road, this Tru by Hilton was a real treat for us. The woman at the desk was very friendly & helpful. The lobby was nicely lit and very clean. Our room was clean and nice. We don’t usually stay with this chain but this location left a great impression on us.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times for business over the last 6 months. Comfortable and clean but the best part is the exceptional service! The whole team is very friendly and responsive but Mary at the front desk is the best! The service is truly the reason I keep coming back to this hotel 😀

Not 15 minutes after checking in Mary texted asking if everything was ok. I really appreciate this as if I did need anything that would have been the perfect opportunity to fix it. Every day Mary texted me asking how my stay was going and if I needed anything. Very polite and great customer service.

Loved the newness of the property. Loved the AC in the room. The bathrooms are roomy. And nice lighting. The bed was too soft and not so supportive. The breakfast was really nice. And eating areas are lovely. Mary at the front desk was superb. So nice and friendly. Made our stay!!

Check in was good. The complimentary breakfast was good. Most aspects were good. The service was unacceptable. We weren't told that we would have to request for room service such as change of towels and pick up dirty towels. Then even after the request was made, service still was not given. For three days we had to go to the front desk and ask for freaking towels, which we got funny looks for by staff. This was a major problem for is as it would be for anyone that wanted to regularly shower.

Overnight for a long drive for work; floors were sticky in hotel room; went to check-out at 3:30am and no one at frond desk. Employee was sitting on couch watching tv wearing a hoodie jacket with the hood pulled over head. Didn’t know he was a worker. This individual was absolutely lazy…24/7 coffee is a laugh. No coffee cups, used my own mug and didn’t even get a 1/4 cup as that was all that was available. Oh yeah it was cold. Absolutely terrible overnight stay and not worth the money!!

During Breakfast time ( 7:15 am) the coffee was not hot and tasted old, other customers also confirmed what we said. We told the front desk. so he came and got the coffee dispenser. we thought he was making a new pot. He returned a minute later and said it was too full to dump and replace. So we left and went to starbucks. Bad service.

The staff was extremely polite. I even received a text 15 minutes after check in to ensure my room was perfect. Our room was very spacious and clean. It was very quiet. Breakfast was great- they accommodated my daughter’s dairy allergy by asking if she wanted them to make plain eggs for her. I didn’t ask- they offered when I asked if they had dairy. The TV was large. The bathroom was large and clean. I will definitely be back.

Great service. It’s a very clean hotel. They communicate with you via text message to see if you need anything, which was super convenient. We needed more towels and within minutes, there was someone at my door. They also have a pool which was also clean and well maintained. They serve breakfast from 6 AM - 10 AM and it’s constantly restocked throughout the entire time. I liked that they serve a variety of foods. I highly recommend this hotel!
