Very modern. Large bedroom with kitchenette. 2 burner stove, microwave, full size fridge with ice machine. VERY clean. I feel like this may have been a fairly newly built hotel. Lots of pillows which I love. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

It's a great place to stay. The only downside is that it doesn't have a pool. Other than that, everything was great. It was very clean and in a good location.

Property was very clean. They only have 1 elevator. That was not an issue during my stay however if the facility was at capacity it could be an issue. They do have onsite laundry. The machines only take quarters. They do not have a change machine. The other helpful thing would be to sell laundry detergent there for one time use. Otherwise everything else including the price was great. Will certainly stay again.

Really well designed and well appointed rooms, very comfortable, nice reclining armchair and well planned kitchen area. Very impressed with this new brand and look forward to staying again. Also excellent laundry facilities.

The room was very dirty upon check-in and others in the lobby claimed the same as we waited for clean rooms. Once provided with new rooms, they were cleaned, but yet still dirty with dark brown stained shower curtains, and overall neglect that can’t be fixed with a quick clean

My room wasn’t very clean, I even have photos of the night stand with heavy layer of dust that previous person literally wrote dust in. Toilet and bathroom floor didn’t look like it was cleaned either. The building is fairly new and staff was friendly that I had interactions with. Park is easy.

Upon arrival, I inquired about dishes and things, extra fee and non available. Defeats the purpose staying at this establishment when not able to cook. The room was not the cleanest and will not stay there again. Other franchises include the basic kitchen needs at no cost and sometimes cleaner. I don't expect perfect, however, I do expect nothing left behind from previous customers, or the comfortability in being able to touch surfaces without having to clean them first because they feel grimmy. Very quiet room and affordable.

Toilet was not clean and I had to wipe some things off before I used it and that grossed me out so bad. There is also no hand soap in our bathroom so we have used the dish soap and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash our completely empty. I never use that but my son would have and just knowing it isn’t being kept up makes me wonder what else is being missed. Everything else is good and no complaints with anything else.

The bed was great and very comfortable. Had a brilliant sleep that night. The walls are thin so you have to hope for a quiet neighbour. All other amenities are very basic, but about what you’d expect for the price point. Everything was very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Ive stayed at my place many times as i enjoy the full size refrigerators and elevators. Its a good place and one pays for the accommodations. My considerations are door returns need adjustment so they won't slam shut for those early depatures waking me up too early. I also feel the walls and ceilings could use more insulation to cancel neighbor noises at odd hours.

We like staying here when in Idaho Falls. The rooms are always clean and the staff very nice. Our only complaint is that no matter what time we check in we are never able to get a room away from the freeway noise.

This hotel was clean and spacious. The young man at checkin was welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy with great pillows. It is next to the interstate so we heard traffic. Also we could hear the neighbor showering at 11:30 pm, and it was loud enough to wake us up.

When we arrived they only had one of rooms ready. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Ok, no problem. An hour later we still didn’t have our second room even though many others checked in after us. They said they would call when the room was ready. Never got a call. When we went to the front desk they gave us our second room which wasn’t what we reserved.

The staff doesn't communicate with each other. I asked for late check out (part of being a member) the night before. The next morning they knocked and tried getting in the room early 2 times, even after explaining to the first employee whom I opened the door for. I needed the extra sleep as I had a very long day ahead, which didn't happen. I just stayed up after the first disruption.

Never anyone around. Have to call for assistance. Not at all like the other My Place hotels we have used. The room was decent and there were no issues with the bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen. Liked how rooms have several plug ins for several devices.

Check in took forever. Please do not ask your staff to read, verbatim, a disclaimer document to every customer at check in. It took too long and was awkward. Also, please be honest about the Breakfast offering. It sounds like a free breakfast by way of the in-room marketing piece, but then you have to log-on to an app… and only after you’ve gone through the pain of the ordering process do you discover in small typeface that it costs $$$ along with cryptic instructions that suggest the order must be made the day before… ridiculous. Even hotels that are lesser overall quality offer free breakfast cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I was double charged for the room then had to make calls to remedy the matter by phone. Overall a very poor experience.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Mountain America Center and I’m glad we did. Just a short walking distance. Room was perfect, quiet, comfy bed. Loved the full sized fridge with ice maker. Close to some pretty good food spots. I highly recommend Burly Burger for some yummy food and Moose Ridge coffee co. Best coffee and pastries ever. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and inviting. We definitely stay again.

The thing I like most about this place is that it’s close to Snake River Landing, which is a great place to get some exercise. There’s a nice park just a few blocks away.

We didn't spend a lot of time here. It was okay, and I would probably book here again if I needed to stay in Idaho Falls for the night. "Breakfast included" was somewhat confusing. When we checked in, no one said anything to us, and in the morning, there was no one around to ask. We saw a card in our room that said something about ordering the day before and housekeeping would deliver breakfast to our fridge to eat in our room- but we were only there one night and checked in late. So, I recommend asking those questions at check-in if breakfast matters to you.

Great rooms with nice kitchenette. However, there's no dishes or siverware or pots and pans, so kind of useless if you're only staying one or two nights. No complementary brrakfast, which is unusual. No restaurants within walking distance. I dont understand why pet friendly rooms are on top floors when we need to take them out, sometimes in the middle of the night. Everything else is wonderful. Really.

Lack of pool or hot tub. But also knew this prior to booking the property. Would be nice. Also, I don’t like that there are no ice makers and they leave it to you to you to use the freezer in the room. No breakfast even though it says. They offer in room service which is there frozen food in the freezer downstairs.

Pro: The room was very clean and had a nice little kitchenette. It’s a decent area with quick (driving) access to dining options. Good for a stop-over on a road trip or a short business trip on a budget. It was very nice and still smelled new. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and prompt. Con: Bring earplugs. The location is almost on top of the freeway. If your room is on the freeway-facing side, you will get little sleep. Also, like most budget hotels, there isn’t much insulation in the doors to the hallway so you will hear everything going on out there. The 1-ply toilet paper was pretty rough (the little things that matter, haha).
