Endroit propre très bon lit ont à bien dormi. La porte ne barrait pas et quand ont à signaler le fait à la réception il nous ont dit qu’il était au courant que ce n’était pas dangereux qu’il avait des caméras dans le passage.Ont à mis le loquet pour la nuit.

The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall, cracks and discolouration in the tub. No fitted sheet on the bed, the fan in the bathroom and bedroom were caked in dust and grime.

The property was in a good location as long as you have a vehicle. Some food options are within walking distance not too far (and 15 minute drive) to old Quebec. The room was very clean and the man at reception very helpful. The room itself was in the basement and felt quite dark and gloomy. Bed was quite soft. No coffee or phone in room. Some of the rooms on the main floor had a door to the outside so be sure to ask for that type of room to avoid a lower level room.

Chambre ne ressemblant aucunement aux photos, lit double au lieu d'un lit Queen. Aucun détecteur de fumée dans les chambres, air climatisé très bruyante ! Les prises de courant de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas, moisissure dans la douche qui d'ailleurs est très petite contrairement au bain douche vu sur les photos. Le matelas est très dur et inconfortable et les oreillers sont terribles. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre et la chambre était très poussiéreuse. Aucune vérification fait dans les chambres, il restait des déchets des anciens occupants dans la chambre. Mauvais service a l'accueil.. Je ne conseille cet hôtel a personne.

The room was okayish. Don’t expect much out of it. No question about cleanliness. the property is bit old. The AC was too loud. Sounded like a tractor engine is running in your room all night. Which works on auto mode even though you set on manual mode. Since it was too late and i was tired i didn’t complaint. However, i gave my feedback to a woman at the reception while check-out but she didn’t budge at all. She was like okay. She acted as if she doesn’t care at all.

Il y avait beaucoup de tâches sur les mur de doigts gras ainsi que éclaboussures de fluides corporel. Le lit trop près du mur et du calorifères il pourrait être déplacer un peu vers la gauche. Le rangement a cintres devrais être près de l'entrée de la chambre au dessus du porte bagages. J'ai été un peu déçu. Aucune indication pour le Wi-Fi dans la chambre. Notre rideaux mal positionner du aux fixations murale permettait au phares de voiture d'éclairer la chambre a chaque passage.

This spot was great for the one night. Place was clean and decent and we enjoyed the retro vibes. Only thing I’d say is that the room could use some renovations. You can tell it’s been years and had its time; walls and floors, etc. are old, peeling and dirty. Hotel also had a stingy smell like cigarettes but I think it’s because of the carpets in the foyer and hallway.

un depot de 200$ exigé car je paye soit en argent ou par debit. on a couché deux soirs, j'ai été chargé 25$ pour un draps qui avait une gomme à maché dessus, j'ai demandé le draps, elle a dit non. J'ai meme pas de dents dans la bouche, et j'ai demandé un recu , elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvais pas. Elle travaille à l'acceuil en pyjamas, couchée sur un fauteuil, cellulaire à la main. J'aurais aimé vous envoyer une photo pour montrer ce qu'elle a écrit comme detail sur ma facture.

Good place to spend your money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in at 2:00 AM and found that the sink faucet is not working, we just informed the staff about it just so it doesn't come on us. The guy was ao helpful, he repaired it at that moment as, he said we will need it in the morning and the maintenance staff will come after checkout hours.

Hotel staff was good, only concerns towels were dirty. Rooms were clean . Air conditioning was good. Did not had breakfast since it was not included but at price point had a pleasant stay. Will surely book again if we visit soon. It is located nearby highways so very convenient for travelling around city.

Det er mulig å benytte busstilbud, men det krever bussbytte og tar ca 1 t. Alternativt anbefales bil eller taxi. Stedet har gode parkeringsmuligheter (inkludert). Rom og bad hadde grei størrelse og alle nødvendige fasiliteter; Aircondition, TV. WIFI, kjøleskap og mikrobølgeovn. Det tilbys gratis kaffe om morgen / formiddag. Alt fungerte greit og var godt rengjort men rommet bar sterkt preg av slitasje - bl a løse lister og hull i gulvbellegget. Personalet var hyggelig og serviceinnstilte.

It was really clean but a little small. Also you used to serve the breakfast so at this price it was good but we found it a little expensive for that level of quality. It's ok but not exceptional.

I used to come to this hotel often but as time goes, it looks like more and more as a ghost town and quality/cleanliness going down. They used to offer breakfast and now the room sits empty with only coffee and teas offering. The beds used to be comfy and the one I had was hard as a rock. Reception person are not looking very friendly or enthusiastic as they used to; just there to do their time and move on is what it seems like.

They say free breakfast on the website, but they don t have any. The clerk said they can barely run the place so, no breakfast. I dont mind that they don t have, just dont advertise that you do. Staff was nice

Je n’ai pas aimé qu’on prélève un montant d’argent sur ma carte de crédit, qui me sera remboursé 2 à 3 jours ouvrables plus tard. Un numéro aurait été suffisant. Mais en plus ce motel est liste avec déjeuner inclus et à part une machine à café, il n’y a rien. Il devrait être listé sans déjeuner. Très déçu, je n’y retournerais pas.
