Close to beach. Very busy and only one elevator working made for long waiting when you are on a high floor. Views from either side of the building were beautiful. Lots of room in the condos.

This is such a great condo. Very clean and lots to do (games room is terrific! My kids had lots of fun). Pool is great and the onsite laundry was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again :)

Property was clean and comfortable and equipped with what you need. Hotel cleaning staff was excessively noisy while caring for room cleaning yelling at times back and forth. Property was very close to beach which we liked very much. The hot tub was broken our entire week stay with no repairman in site to fix it! The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Overall a nice stay.

Great location. Rooms seemed out of date. Hallways were dirty. Pool is small, paints peeling along edges and hair all over. Sign says 8 max in the pool. One of the Elevators went down for a day which caused us to wait 30 minutes or use the stairs. Had to put a $40 deposit down on pool towels. And there already towels in the room. Did I say the location was great.

The position was fine right by the beech the swimming pool was a little small but be aware of the plastic black sun loungers on second floor sun deck very flimsy and poor quality not really for commercial use the hotel for the price was ok but it could do with updating and cleaning properly there is a bad odour everywhere probably from cooking

Great location - one minute walk to beach, decent restaurants and bars nearby. Free pool, billiards, ping-pong on site. But the wifi was weak and spotty.

The hotel was close to the beach . People who work there are nice. The pool is open until 10 pm. The room was clean but not the deeply cleansed. It smells bad a bit bad.I wish they Change the furniture because they are too old and disgusting especially the sofa. Overall, the kitchen was occupied and towels can be replaced.

First room they put us in smelled very strongly of cigarettes and had dirt on the floors and walls. Moved us to another and it smelled less of smoke still had dust all over the ceilings. Bedding is awful. Old faded sheet with holes for a “comforter”. Bed skirt is from the 60s (no joke) and had rips and tears. Gross to think that bed skirt just stays there between all guests. The couch had torn cushions and the mattress for the pull out was also broken. You have to go down to exchange towels and then sit in their staff break room to get them. You can’t do this on weekends-again weird. Hot tub got closed with a sign to call the city about it. Unhoused people using their pool showers and pool towels often. This front desk staff were nice- management does not care about the rooms or run down stuff. Save your money, go somewhere else.

The hotel was dirty inside and out and it wasn’t cheap. Check in is at 4pm and we had to wait 45 minutes to get our room. The lobby was dirty. The elevator was dirty. The hallway into the room was dirty. All the furniture in our room had stains on it and disgusting and the towels were stained too. We put our beach towels down on the sofa so we could sit down. The latch to the sliding glass door was broken, so it wouldn’t lock. This hotel almost looks as if it sits in an alley when we were walking back from the beach I saw two people smoking something illegal. Did not feel safe at all. Two hours later, I checked us out and had reserved another room about a mile down the coast. Horrible horrible experience would never recommend this place.

The furniture in the rooms is DISGUSTING! we’ve gone here in the past 7 years and NOTHING has changed. The couches and chairs have so many stains and the pullout couch was pee stained and not even useable. The beds are not comfortable it was like sleeping on a pile of rocks. All the money you get for rooms you think you would want to update and keep people coming. A bunch of people were complaining about the rooms furniture and cleanliness. The cleaning staff should also do better, there’s no reason i should find others hair and leftovers in a “cleaned” room.

Property is old and run down. Hot tub was not working…roped off with green water. Our condo smelled like a nursing home. We checked in on a Thursday evening and were given towels and wash cloths for one day. Room service did not replace them so after two days, I went to the front desk to ask for clean ones, only to be told they do not replace towels Friday through Sunday. Our options were to use dirty towels/wash cloths for 4 days, or pay to launder them, so obviously I had to launder them which ended up costing me $10 because that was the minimum amount to add to the online service the hotel laundromat uses (even though the machines themselves only cost $2 per load). If you’re looking for a cheap motel and are ok with a slightly clean rundown place, this is for you. If not, definitely look elsewhere.

This was a terrible experience. We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 18th bday and had to cut it short. Booked the 2 br ocean view. One of the beds had dirty sheets, we had no water our first morning there, the rooms are ancient, the staff is not friendly at all, need to say more? Just do yourself a favor, stay away!

The views were amazing! Quick walk to the beach and awesome restaurants. Parking was safe and easily accessible, the room was really clean and kitchen was stocked with dishes and everything you needed to cook. My only drawbacks are a little minor. Furniture was a little dated and scuffed, I had to fix the shower door because the channel was knocked off or something, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the bedroom so it was a little warm unless you turn the ac down further than what is set when you first come in. Otherwise, I highly recommend and will be back!

All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were very friendly. Our room was huge, we had a full kitchen, living room, dining room table two bathroom’s!! great balcony with ocean view. it was very close to the beach, We could walk there very easily, and the parking was free, most hotels around there were $50 a night just to park! We were very pleased and will stay there again.

Everything was really goo, the apartment, amenities, close to the beach (1 block) PARKING INCLUDED Only thing that was really bad was WI FI. Featured as an amenity, WiFi was so poor that we NEVER could use our computer inside our room, it didn't even work with the TV, so we could not watch Netflix for instance. An time we needed to use a computer, we had to get down to te Lobby

Property is not an 8.4 out of 10 per reviews. It was clean beds comfortable but Wi-Fi was so weak we could not use. Dishwasher needs new racks badly microwave did not work. Older tired property needs to be flipped by HGTV.

The room we were in had an adjoining door, around 9ish there was people talking very loud it sounded like they were in our room. Then all of sudden I here this banging and my husband woke up I said it sounds like it's in the room. I got up to check it out and the maintenance guy and the people staying in that room was standing in our room changing the lock to the adjoining door, he said he didn't realize we were in that room and instead of stopping what he was doing and shut the door he continued to beat on the lock, mind you we asked him to stop because we had two small children sleeping but he didn't care just kept beating on the lock. It was unacceptable. Other than that the room was nice and clean.

This is a Timeshare which explains the low quality kitchen supplies and lack of I had to wear socks inside because I stepped into the shower and left black footprints few restaurants around not too much though 30 minute walk to the action 15 minute walk to the grocery store water taxi was close Definitely seem like a retirement village most uncomfortable hard bed I've ever slept on furniture is old and gross spent my time on the patio outside with a view of the ocean

The reservation and check-in process went well. I did not receive the email with check-in directions as they state will be sent prior to check-in. However, did not encounter any issues when arriving at the property. Having parking on-site and included in the cost is HUGE as in Ft. Lauderdale everyone adds or charges in addition for parking. Very walkable and close in proximity to both food and activities. The only small, but not an issue as they do not allow for any late check-outs on weekend days and they consider Friday the weekend.

Overall, our stay at this resort was great, especially for the price. Many small restaurants and bars are withing a 2-minute walk, and the main strip of Fort Lauderdale beach is only about a 25 minute walk straight south. The condition of the property was good, but it could use some updating. The service was excellent, the front desk was very helpful in providing everything necessary for the stay (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc.). It was very nice having a kitchen in the room, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. were all present in the kitchen.
Overall, our stay at this resort was great, especially for the price. Many small restaurants and bars are withing a 2-minute walk, and the main strip of Fort Lauderdale beach is only about a 25 minute walk straight south. The condition of the property was good, but it could use some updating. The service was excellent, the front desk was very helpful in providing everything necessary for the stay (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc.). It was very nice having a kitchen in the room, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. were all present in the kitchen.

Originally scheduled for 10 days Day 1 and 2 - toilet would not flush. Had go report issue twice before it was resolved. Day 3 to 4 Roaches. Maintenance came quickly and sprayed the kitchen buy they were in the livingroom and bathroom. On day 5, I received a call asking did I check out. I said no and postponed my plans and decided to go back. We walk in my stuff was gone. I went to the office and they were apologetic and reimbursed me but this is an experience I never want to experience again.

This was a terrible experience. We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 18th bday and had to cut it short. Booked the 2 br ocean view. One of the beds had dirty sheets, we had no water our first morning there, the rooms are ancient, the staff is not friendly at all, need to say more? Just do yourself a favor, stay away!

The location to the beach is amazing!! We could walk there in a few minutes. On the way to the beach there were places to eat. There is a very good pizza place, ice cream parlor, oyster bar and an Irish pub. The room was clean and the little game area was fun. We will be back for sure!!

The location cannot be beat. Extremely walkable neighborhood. Cross the street to the state park for kayaking, canoeing or bike rentals. (But don't forget your DEET!)

The rooms are so large and comfortable. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything you need to cook! The bed and pillows were wonderful, I slept so well. The amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, gym are very nice. The beach is across the street, amazing location!!! From the outside and lobby the building looks dated, but don’t worry because once you are in your rooms and see the amenities you will very happy you chose this resort.

The location was on point. So close to the beach!! Groceries and lots of dining options very close by!! The grounds were well landscaped and maintained. Lots of parking available on site. Staff were friendly. The building was a little outdated as far as decor but clean and very “beachy” feel. The room was exactly as advertised and perfect!! All appliances operational and clean. Amazing balcony/ocean view!! My only issue with the room is that the Murphy bed and fold out couch bed would be on top of each other if both utilized/pulled out. Not very user friendly if actually fully needed. We would have had to fully rearrange all of the furniture/dining table to be able to use both but luckily we didn’t rely on both. We had a very good experience and would highly recommend staying here!!

We absolutely loved the Fort Lauderdale beach resort. Especially for a weekend festival with the space of the room, the kitchen to cook. Walking distance to coffee shops, food, and a rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and the place and my room very clean, maintenance had to come room lock not working very sufficient’ the room had stuff you could use if you wanted to cook. But the view definitely was the ocean,but parking lots and messy rooftops. Nice to have parking no charge and beach right there. Few eateries near, but very pricey. Traffic everywhere! All in all was great, quiet, I would stay again!

Everything was excellent. We loved the idea of staying in a condo-style hotel room with an ideal location. It featured a comfortable bedroom, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager was very prompt. The condo was clean and the staff was nice. Great location! Decent playroom for the children. Small pool. Items in the kitchen are extremely minimal. Coffee was provided in kitchens. Our room had a great view of the intercoastal waterway. I would stay here again.

We loved this property! We especially enjoyed our time at the pool bar with Ron and Beth! We also enjoyed pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to several dining choices and bars
