Great hotel! Loved the underground parking. Only downfall was that the hot tub was out of order

Very family friendly especially with young kids. The pool had a fun waterside and the hot tub was huge. There is also a family/game room. Everything was very clean. The food at the hotel was also very delicious. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated the underground, heated parking on a very cold winter day!

my stay was short and successful. the staff was great. the underground parking was a bonus. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch.

Hotel is nice and new, beds are excellent. Restaurant messed up our order several times but did not have a problem fixing it. Parking is terrible they don’t have enough parking spots almost had to park on the street

Was able to leave our vehicle in the underground parking during our vacation instead of at the airport. The airport shuttle service was excellent even at 12:30am

Only problem with this place is the elevators. Stayed here twice and elevators are still scary. We were staying on floor 2, from the lobby we pressed floor 2 and the elevator dropped and slammed us into the parkade (basement), then it shook and took us to floor 2. My 8 year old daughter was in tears and will never use an elevator again now. Take the stairs in this hotel.

Was disappointed the rooms have rug floor as it looks really worn, hallway rugs were dirty and elevator floor needed mopping. Also room rates are high but no breakfast included.

Clean, beautiful and smells great. Fresh food options. Lots of light in the rooms.

Everything, room was spotless, staff were excellent, very quiet on the 4th floor.

The property is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious. The rooms have wooden floors, which is a plus. The staff at the reception and the servers at the restaurant are excellent. The servers ensure that the guests are well served and always come to the tables to inquire if everything is okay and to refill coffee. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I visit Grand Prairie. However, there was dust on the floor at the entrance and on the drawers.

The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were great, pool, slide, family room. Our room was not cleaned to the best ability though. We had a big wad of black hair on the shower wall that was not from us. The rest of the room seemed fine. I let front desk know when we checked out.

I liked the decor, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious. Lobby was nice and the restaurant had good food. But the room had not been cleaned properly. Sink looked clean from far but when you brush your teeth and lower your head, you could see all the accumulated dirt around the edges and there was even toothpaste (different color from mine). The carpet had long blond hair (I’m a brunette). I thought they might vacuum on the second night but they didn’t.

Smelt a little funny. Cleanliness was not as up to par as it has been during previous stays.

From the moment you walk into the lobby(which smells fantastic by the way-not sure what scent they use in the lobby but it is quite lovely),, to the clean, spacious room, and the comfortable luxurious bedding, this hotel was a great place to stay.

It was a great location to get out to Wembley where we were attending a wedding & reception. There were some areas of our room that could use some attention as the bathroom door was very sticky & you had to pull really hard to close/open it therefore making noise that woke our granddaughter. I’d also suggest to make the ironing board on the closet door more stable so when opening & closing it doesn’t make so much noise. Once we learned this we were more cautious with these doors. Oh yeah! The sink didn’t plug so you couldn’t fill it. Small things but you asked! 😁. All in all a nice place to stay just a couple “awarenesses” to be aware about when have a baby in the room. Oh yeah! If you need a bathtub this place is not the one to choose.

Worst pillows ever. Room wouldn’t cool from 26 degrees

The staff is friendly… it’s been about 3 years since I’ve stayed here and our room was not what is pictured…. We asked for a standard king room and the tv is like a mile away from the bed. Kind of odd and a weird set up and a little disappointed the room also is carpet and that is kind of dirty as well.

We were in a room with 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed. The room was nice and large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub and steam room were nice and relaxing. Only negative, the water pressure in the room shower was weak. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you

Very nice modern and clean hotel. Big comfy rooms. I just wish the A/C was more powerful and different types of pillows.

The lights outside shone in the room ! Needs room darkening blinds/shades! Also 2 reg coffee would be nice to have in the room ( there was only 1)

I was charged for my stay twice, once through Expedia and then the hotel charged me a second time using my card that was added for incidentals. I spoke with the manager 3 different times over 2 weeks were she assured me it would be corrected. I had to contact her each time as she never returned my calls after promising to update me on the situation. Ultimately, I had to resolve the incident myself by disputing the charges with my credit card company. Very unfortunate experience.

We are locals to GP, was looking for a mini stay-cay for the children’s. This place is a vibe. Pool & family room is awesome. New food menu is on point for us foodies & the room was great. The front desk staff went above & beyond.

It was great! Marsha was super helpful to me and so were the other staff members I spoke to.

Great hotel and check in was awesome. The pool/hot tub was loaded with kids for a hockey tournament that were not even a little disciplined when it came to behaviour so it made it difficult to enjoy the facilities (kids jumping into and splashing in the hot tub, etc - the screaming and playing didn’t bother me they were having fun but the lack of courtesy from the parents was disappointing). My biggest issue was I chose the breakfast option when I booked; there’s zero info on the breakfast option on Expedia and the hotel staff are absolutely clueless ultimately. We sat down in the restaurant and I confirmed with front desk staff and the waitress about the breakfast deal (which based on reviews was order from the menu and you’re good) we each got a simple breakfast and one beverage. When done we asked if anything further was required from the waitress and she smiled and said we were good to go. As we left the restaurant the woman at the bar was shouting across at me to come and settle up so I walked over and explained that I prepaid for breakfast through Expedia and was insistent there’s no such deal and demanded I charge it to my room - we were already in a hurry and I had no time to find a manager so I gave her the room info and we left. Several hours later I get a call that they’re charging my credit card for almost $50 for the simple breakfast we got - I’m going to have to call or message Expedia and the hotel to sort it out now.

Night shift front desk guy was very rude when I asked for another pillow as I was allergic to the feather ones they had in the room.

We usually love this hotel and stay here every time we are in GP. I rated it poor not because of the facilities but sadly this last stay the service and terrible. After driving five hours to GP we wanted to have a nice dinner in the lounge. We waited a very long time to have orders taken and while people who came in after us were served first. The ribs and chicken we ordered was very dry and over cooked. We asked for a late checkout because we came to watch our son play hockey. His game was not until 330 and we had nowhere to go. We were told it should be no problem but to call at 8am to check. There would be free late checkout until noon. We called at 8am and were told to call again at 9am. We called at 9am and were told no we could not checkout at noon unless we paid $75. We went to the gym and were not completely finished getting ready at 11am but housekeeping kept knocking on the door telling us we had to leave. We left the room only a few minutes after 11 and then realized we forgot something in the room. A housekeeper followed me and was watching me like I was a criminal. It was all very disappointing because up til now this was the only hotel we would stay at in GP. Quite frankly we are unlikely to return after this experience.

Facility was great ! Unfortunately after being denied a late check out without additional cost of $75 after paying $200 a night, I was assure no extra charges to stay till 12:30hrs, reason for late check out was because of having to work night shift, staff was explained this, do not disturb signage was placed on door and still housekeeping rudely banged on door and attempted entry at 10:30hrs ! Front desk confirmed system showed my request to check out at 12:30 and there was zero communication to there housekeeping staff ! Extremely disappointed

The hotel has wonderful staff, service and very friendly. We’ve stayed at this hotel in Grande Prairie a few times and the one in the Calgary Airport, the one in Grande Prairie is way more hospitable than Calgary.

Nice rooms and close to the airport, Costco and lots of other shops and amenities

A very comfortable hotel close to the airport. Two concerns; very dificult to control the room temperature. I like it cool for sleeping and I could not get the temperature to go below 20C or 68F. Neither could maintenance. So I had to open the window and listen to the noise of trucks. A minor concern is that the remote control for the T.V. is difficult to use. It has lost most of it's tactile feel making navigagtion difficult

Stayed for 2 days March 2024. Location is great, staff friendly, hotel was clean and well kept.

Very clean hotel in a great location. Underground parking was nice being in Grand prairie lol. There was a car/truck wash located beside the hotel which was a plus for spraying off all the road salt from the highways !

Great place to stay! Convenient, comfortable nice rooms! Convenient for shopping, Roger’s place and good restaurants close by!

My family and I stayed here. It was very nice and clean. Decent pool. Breakfast was good but not free, however I think it’s good they charge because the food was good. Hotel was quite very clean. Staff seemed friendly.

Bar is understaffed

The hotel provides a fucntional and pleasant experience. It is close to the airport and within walking distance of a shopping area. The downside is that the restaurant at the hotel has a very limited menu with many of those items being unavailable at any one time.

My 2nd floor room was quiet except for the people above me were banging quite loud for a hour or so my first two nights. It sounded like fighting and or throwing luggage around. I wore my ear plugs to sleep.Second day my breakfast trays were not picked up by the time I returned after being out all day. Third day my two breakfast trays were finally picked up when I went out for the day. Cream in coffee station was never replenished, nor was the bottled water. Dining room on first night (Friday) was a splendid fish and chips supper with a fantastic server.

Restaurant was really good and waitresses did a great job. Staff was real friendly
