Near downtown. Offered shuttle to cruise port.

Economical, but the parking was tricky as it was tight fitting.

The washing machine and dryer machine was nott convenient. No pool or hot tube. Way to compact room for the pice we paid.

The night shift wasn't helpful with parking. You pay for parking thinking there is availability. End up parking in the alley and when letting the morning staff know they just said oh yeah we are full. Had to get a refund for my boyfriend truck since there was no room for it. Very inconvenient

Parking garage is 6' 8" clearance and tight spaces. Fascilities were clean, staff was very helpful.

Charging $40 us for parking is absolutely ridiculous

This was a very convenient place to stay with accessibility to downtown Seattle. We had a great view of the Space Needle too. The staff was very nice. Onsite underground parking was really appreciated. And even with a little mix-up with the payment, they corrected the discrepancy right away.

Property was nice. Didn’t like having to pay an additional $35 a day for parking.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and gym room clean and stocked. Nice area and walking distance to Space Needle.

The lobby and the breakfast room are about the cleanest place. Hallway had garbage on our floor, our room had a good view of space needle but had a bad smell the minute you open the door. Parking is horrible, you have to pay for daily use which is fine but the garage consistently being full. The parking spots are super small and unusable. Would not stay there again.

I was greeted promptly and check in was fast and easy. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful during our stay. The continental breakfast was ok. A lot of carbs, protein was not edible. Coffee and tea selections were great. The hotel close enough to downtown to walk but out of the chaos of the city. The museum and space needle are very close by. Parking was convenient and I felt my vehicle was safe. The room was not very clean. The floor was dirty and stained and did not look vacuumed. There was hardly any toilet paper. One morning the cleaning staff were sitting on the floor outside my room talking loudly while my kids slept still. I would not stay here again unless the price was a lot less.

We could smell mold on our room and has to be switched. There was mold in the washroom bathtubs and bedroom floor and walls.

Clean rooms but did not like the layout or the room. In pictures you didn’t know that the bathroom only had a toilet and shower. The sink was outside of the bathroom and left little counter space as it was attached to the area with the coffee maker and microwave. Not ideal or functional. I’ve never seen this before. Our biggest grip was we required housekeeping and they never came. We called the front desk and the rescheduled us for the next day but again, no one ever came. We had to ask housekeeping for towels which was fine but the lack of communication was annoying. We wouldn’t plan on staying here again.

moldy smell from room A/C. A beetle or bee swam out of drain into tub as soon as I turned on the shower. At $750 for 2 nights, I truly expected better!

The room was very clean and roomy. Check in was fast and easy. Location is very convenient to the rail station.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Check in was easy and quick. However, the parking was a bit tricky. We couldn't find the entrance to the parking garage and our room had nail clippings and hair on the floor and restroom.

I've stayed a quite a few Fairfield Inns, and they have generally been wonderful experiences - far above average. Unfortunately, this one was not. While the rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds comfortable, the rest of the experience was seriously lacking. $20 per night to park in their garage is a bit steep. I appreciate that it's gated. But, there's no reason to charge a paying customer to actually use your facility. The standard internet service was atrocious. I was routinely getting less than 1 Mbps on any device (phone, tablet, or laptop). I know that the hotel was full, but why even offer it if it can't keep up with demand? I asked a staff person, who apologized, and then offered to sell me a premium Wifi plan which would greatly increase our speed. Again, feeling a bit nickel and dimed here. Also, if you stay in a room that is an even number, please realize that your view will be an alleyway behind the hotel. In said alleyway are several dumpsters which are emptied every morning (even on holidays) between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. You will hear this very loudly, even with the windows closed and the A/C on full blast. It was not the wake-up call we wanted while on vacation. The breakfast food was very good. The room where it was served was not. The room was way too small to accommodate a full hotel, and the line just to get to the food often stretched into the hallway. Each morning we waited in line at least 15 minutes just to get our food.

The mattress had a massive indent that I kept rolling into. Very uncomfortable, had a hard time sleeping because of it. I only need the room for sleep so

We spent 1 night before our cruise sailing from Seattle. Nice place to stay. Very clean hotel, great breakfast. The only inconvenient thing (for me personally) that sink was in the room, not in bathroom. Convenient location in downtown.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a fantastic view of the Space Needle in the studio king room which we were very glad about. The room shares a wall with the elevator shaft so you hear the dinging sometimes and the mini fridge sometimes made a clicking sound. Downtown location means it’s hard to escape traffic noise too but everything else was exactly what you’d hope for/expect for a nice hotel at this price point. Very convenient location for us, too.

This was our second stay at this property. Still cool to have a view of the Needle but lots of traffic noise being downtown and this hotel is popular with cruise passengers so it’s busy and therefore we had issues with noisy neighbors both nights of our stay. This place is nice enough but we’ll probably look for somewhere to stay outside of the city for next year’s trip.

Good location. Nice hotel with comfy beds but rooms are very small and there is no safe in the rooms. Not a great deal for the high price.

Weird layout in the room. There was no sink in the bathroom. The sink was in the living room area. Mechanized curtains and shades were almost impossible to figure out. The light switches were in awkward places and I ended up having to unscrew the light bulbs in the bedroom the first night because again, the switch was almost hidden. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Appreciated that they let us leave our luggage prior to checking in and after we checked out.

Mico at front desk was so helpful and friendly. My tv didn’t work on check in so they switched rooms for us with no questions asked. Breakfast was good…nice options.

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early. They secured our luggage & called when our room was ready early!! They also helped us arrange transportation to our cruise port the next day!

I received great service from the time I checked until I left. The staff gave good help and provided helpful suggestions.

The room was average, it was spacious but there is not enough hanging space and the bathroom is a weird setup, when we arrived we found a dirty bath mat kicked under the shelf in the bathroom. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it only blew cold air. So we turned it off for our 3 day stay. We had 2 team members who went over and above for us, Jeremy and Lulu. These 2 people helped us with information regarding buses, markets, they lent us umbrellas when required. 2 other team members misled us, one man gave us directions into a flooded area and the other woman told us there were no buses to take us downtown, we’d have to walk. Maybe training all of the team members in local knowledge would be a benefit. Thankfully Lulu and Jeremy sorted out these issues.

Staff was just absent from the front desk multiple days/times, and I don't mean for 2 minutes, I'm talking 15 minute breaks? Smelled like smoke breaks. We were told deliveries during the daytime were fine, and then they denied delivery from DoorDash to the room, but also had no concierge to deliver. We found this out while I was at work, having ordered delivery for my wife who had just had a procedure on her knee. The front desk did not care, so I had to come back from work (which I was explicitly in town for), to bring the stuff from the front desk to our room. Even with their world class slow elevators it was a 5 minute round trip, which the front desk disappeared for much longer than that at a time already. So thanks for that. Key system was chsnged mid stay and was erratic every day thereafter, sometimes I could get into the garage but not my room, or room but not the garage, and sometimes I couldn't get into either. VERY frustrating to constantly have to wait for the worlds slowest elevators. Lastly, expensive for the room quality (think EconoLodge but a step below, or Motel 6 but a step above).

Check in staff was extremely rude!!! Charged my card a second time, even though I had already prepaid through Hotels.com. Worst experience I have ever had checking into a hotel. I will not stay here again.

Location was very convenient to walk to all major tourist sights, Pike market, space needle MOPOP, restaurants. Very staff, clean room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others traveling to the area.

The hotel is in a great location. It is near restaurants and attractions. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and tasty. Plenty of options. The WiFi was strong and dependable. The fitness room had plenty of cardio machines and free weights. It was a few blocks from a lot of attractions like the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Museum.

The room was fine, biggest complaint was the free breakfast. The room is too small with not enough seating. This coupled with the short window when breakfast is available (2.5 hours) makes for a very unpleasant experience. Since they did not make the room big enough they need to expand the hours by at least an hour.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast options were nice; more than continental.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and had something for everyone in my family to eat (even with the dietary restrictions we have).

Great view of the needle, great location, road noise a bit loud and a big queue at breakfast with not a lot of space to sit. We avoided it after the first day but it is convenient, especially the water, tea and coffee.

Breakfast had lots of options. It was the same options everyday. It would be nice to have bacon instead of sausage every once and awhile. Because there were so many other options it wasn't the worse thing.

Very walkable hotel to alot of Seattle attractions. Only negative is we tried to get breakfast & there was an extremely long line & no seats if you waited in this line.
