The cleanliness was extremely poor. There were cockroaches in the room, and the maintenance service was also unsatisfactory.

The staff was great and the hotel room was very comfortable. The only negative thing is that it's pretty noisy in that area. Would still recommend though if you want a place to stay in old Delhi.

Overall good hotel nice stay. AC's was an issue but they fixed it . Food is good. Surroundings are bit busy and congested.
