Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: location was perfect. House was not cleaned well prior to arrival. Floors were clearly not mopped. 1 large dead roach on the stairs as well as another live roach was on the top floor. Management was otherwise very attentive. If they paid more attention to cleaning and upkeep it would be a perfect house and rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was amazing! We had a family of 6 with two elderly family members and this house was perfect for everyone. We all had our own floor to enjoy, the elevator was so helpful to avoid the stairs for my elderly parents. Very few steps to the beach and having a private beach was worth it all! Highly recommend this property!
