This is a new 5 star new hotel. It was expensive but the hotel did not meet the 5 star rating. Some small things can be overlooked, but many issues went beyond this. Reception staff friendly, tried to help but very inexperienced/ young Restaurant/ bar staff very good Written request for twin bed instead of double ignored despite hotel confirmation Apparently there is a dress code for the dining room. This is not mentioned on the website anywhere. My nephew was sent back to his room to change (he was in relaxed neat attire after a strenuous skiing day). He was not dressed badly Whilst on another evening, hotel guests with a small dog let the dog walk all over the table - nothing was said by staff! Given 1 key for the room not enough key cards available for all guests to have one each. Ludicrous The NYE gala dinner menu was pre-sent to us. It consisted only of seafood. I emailed to inform that our group had allergies. They acknowledged this and said menu would be adapted but on arrival at the hotel they said they had no information on this despite confirmation 5. Delays with organising a transfer via reception back to the airport. Took 3 days and speaking to manager to get costs. 6. Only 1 shuttle which broke down for a large hotel.Lots of waiting a long time 7. Unable to provide information for local Covid tests. Told to try torino/ milan airports! 8. Staff member in spa had headphones in whilst communicating to us. When she couldn't hear, she took them out.

Estadia excelente com padrão 5 estrelas e bom custo benefício. Ótimo serviço e excelentes comodidades do hotel (bar, restaurante, piscina, spa, academia, loja de aluguel de equipamentos de esportes de neve). Transporte de van pro centro de Cervinia muito bom e eficiente. Recebemos um upgrade sem custo pra um quarto com vista. Certamente ficariamos novamente no VRetreats Cervino se voltarmos a essa região.
Estadia excelente com padrão 5 estrelas e bom custo benefício. Ótimo serviço e excelentes comodidades do hotel (bar, restaurante, piscina, spa, academia, loja de aluguel de equipamentos de esportes de neve). What a lovely hotel! We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

La struttura è moderna e ben arredata, in una posizione ottima e tranquilla. Ovunque c’è pulizia e profumo. Il personale è assolutamente disponibile e gentile. C’è parcheggio in struttura è una navetta sempre disponibile per il trasporto a Cervinia (che comunque dista pochi metri a piedi). Le camere sono bellissime. La spa moderna è attrezzata. In conclusione il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente e non possiamo che consigliarlo. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante che consigliamo assolutamente.

Beautiful and new property. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff. Awesome spa. They have a shuttle to/from cable car. We came from zermatt via cable car. Town is a shuttle ride away if you need to go there. Nothing around the hotel but the hotel itself is very relaxing

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. But outside there were lots of insects. we Had very hot and uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent but little choice and always empty of something and took a long time to refill. Dinner was expensive and poor, not a lucky combination. They allow guests to bring dogs into the restaurant. The rooms were quite normal but very small. Spa was nice but unfortunately they allow children running around and making noise. The fruit in the spa was moldy Would not recommend using this hotel

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile al Cervino VRetreats, e non possiamo che definirlo un vero paradiso! La nostra camera era semplicemente stupenda: curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Tornare qui dopo una giornata di sci è stato un piacere indescrivibile. Anche il ristorante è stato un’esperienza straordinaria: piatti deliziosi, una selezione impeccabile di vini e un’atmosfera intima e accogliente che ci ha conquistati fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gabriele, il responsabile della reception, per la sua straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal nostro arrivo. Lo stesso vale per Vincenzo che si occupa dell’accoglienza all’ingresso dell’hotel e per tutto lo staff del ristorante, sempre pronti a esaudire ogni nostro desiderio con un sorriso. I servizi dell’hotel sono incredibili e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole: dalla comodissima navetta all-day per il centro del paese alla meravigliosa spa, dove ci siamo rilassati completamente. The service at the hotel war very god. Beautiful decoration at the main area, and not to forget the spa area. But I must say that the bed and especially the pillows was below the standard….If you are a 5 star hotel, a pillow selection are a must. But in general a great hotel, in a nice area, with a friendly staff.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. This is a new 5 star new hotel. It was expensive but the hotel did not meet the 5 star rating. Some small things can be overlooked, but many issues went beyond this. Reception staff friendly, tried to help but very inexperienced/ young Restaurant/ bar staff very good Written request for twin bed instead of double ignored despite hotel confirmation Apparently there is a dress code for the dining room. This is not mentioned on the website anywhere. My nephew was sent back to his room to change (he was in relaxed neat attire after a strenuous skiing day). He was not dressed badly Whilst on another evening, hotel guests with a small dog let the dog walk all over the table - nothing was said by staff! Given 1 key for the room not enough key cards available for all guests to have one each. Ludicrous The NYE gala dinner menu was pre-sent to us. It consisted only of seafood. I emailed to inform that our group had allergies. They acknowledged this and said menu would be adapted but on arrival at the hotel they said they had no information on this despite confirmation 5. Delays with organising a transfer via reception back to the airport. Took 3 days and speaking to manager to get costs. 6. Only 1 shuttle which broke down for a large hotel.Lots of waiting a long time 7. Unable to provide information for local Covid tests. Told to try torino/ milan airports! 8. Staff member in spa had headphones in whilst communicating to us. When she couldn't hear, she took them out.

La struttura è moderna e ben arredata, in una posizione ottima e tranquilla. Ovunque c’è pulizia e profumo. Il personale è assolutamente disponibile e gentile. C’è parcheggio in struttura è una navetta sempre disponibile per il trasporto a Cervinia (che comunque dista pochi metri a piedi). Le camere sono bellissime. La spa moderna è attrezzata. In conclusione il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente e non possiamo che consigliarlo. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante che consigliamo assolutamente.

I travel a lot and never write reviews, but was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel that I thought I would write one this time. First, the hotel is brand new, which means it is in great shape. Second, it is a little outside of Cervinia, but their shuttle bus process makes it very easy to get back and forth dropping off and picking up for skiing right at the lift. Most surprising, the food at diner was amazing and the dining room and bar service was excellent. I don't know if this is the same at all Mythos Hotels, but I will try them in the future to see.

Fantastiskt hotell med väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Hotellet ligger väldigt fint med fin utsikt och nära till lift och byn, vill man så erbjuder de gratis skjuts och hämtning med sina minibussar. Härligt spa finns där man kan återhämta sig efter dagens utflykter. Väldigt god och varierande frukostbuffé.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Ótimo serviço e excelentes comodidades do hotel (bar, restaurante, piscina, spa, academia, loja de aluguel de equipamentos de esportes de neve). Transporte de van pro centro de Cervinia muito bom e eficiente. Recebemos um upgrade sem custo pra um quarto com vista. Certamente ficariamos novamente no VRetreats Cervino se voltarmos a essa região.

Loved this hotel!! Pro: -Rental shop onsite with lots of selection. You get a free locker onsite as well to store your equipment -food was fantastic at the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. -rooms very comfortable and clean. Cons -you need to take a shuttle to the town or the gondola. It comes very quick. We never had a problem with this at all. BUT in busy season the shuttle only seats 6 people.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile al Cervino VRetreats, e non possiamo che definirlo un vero paradiso! La nostra camera era semplicemente stupenda: curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Tornare qui dopo una giornata di sci è stato un piacere indescrivibile. Anche il ristorante è stato un’esperienza straordinaria: piatti deliziosi, una selezione impeccabile di vini e un’atmosfera intima e accogliente che ci ha conquistati fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gabriele, il responsabile della reception, per la sua straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal nostro arrivo. Lo stesso vale per Vincenzo che si occupa dell’accoglienza all’ingresso dell’hotel e per tutto lo staff del ristorante, sempre pronti a esaudire ogni nostro desiderio con un sorriso. Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. But outside there were lots of insects. we Had very hot and uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent but little choice and always empty of something and took a long time to refill. Dinner was expensive and poor, not a lucky combination. They allow guests to bring dogs into the restaurant. The rooms were quite normal but very small. Spa was nice but unfortunately they allow children running around and making noise. The fruit in the spa was moldy Would not recommend using this hotel
