We stayed at this property Jan 13-15 2024 and we’re very happy with our stay. The property is conveniently located near all the area attractions. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly. Only negative was that the pool water/pool area could have been a bit warmer. NH in January is cold so if you’re going to have an on-site indoor pool, it better be warm. Great stay overall, we will stay here again.

We loved this hotel and will be returning. PROS: The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated, and modern. There was a fridge in the room. Wall mounted air conditioning control. Great breakfast (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc). There is a nice gym and indooor pool. The hotel looked great. I could not believe this is rated only as a 2-star hotel - it should be at least a 3-star hotel. A short walk to restaurants. Reasonable pricing. CONS: none

Everything was great. Was supposed to be an indoor heated pool, but it was freezing, only my 7 year old was willing to swim. Even after telling staff, the whole time we were there, nothing changed.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very quiet when we were there. The breakfast included was actually very decent. My kids loved the waffles and it was great fuel for Santa's Village. The pool is small but nice. The gym also looked much better than I'd expect. I often travel for work and it offered more than most.

Our stay was great. The only thing I would complain about is that our shower was not very clean. You could see the “soap scum” on the shower floor and in the crevices of the shower door. The pillows were not very comfortable ,but we managed. On a positive note, there was a wide selection of food to chose from for breakfast. We were very happy with that. We utilized the heated pool which was a little cold. Many visitors including us wish they offered a hot tub . Overall, good experience for the price :)

Great hotel and would definitely stay again! The breakfast had a little of everything and was pretty yummy. Beds were comfy enough. Great views if your room is in the back! Plenty of parking. Only wish the showers were a little warmer. They kept cleaning the lobby and keeping us with all the in and out traffic of messy feet from snow. They just need a better plan in place for snow clean up since most guests are waking up early and hitting the slopes.

There were hairs on the walls in the shower, no fan in bathroom, and when you came out of the shower you could tell the mirror in the bathroom had only been wiped down half way.

Good location for skiing at Loon, but not very clean. Don’t think they cleaned the rugs in a while. Saw things left from past stays. Eggs and orange juice for free breakfast were terrible. Like rubber for eggs and juice very watered down. But at least it was easy to park, unlike the riverwalk hotel that friends were staying at.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was quite good. Even though it was very busy, the staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Stayed here for a wedding at Owl’s Nest. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.*

Housekeeping is everyother day. You only get 3 towels so had to ask for more towels every other day. Amenities(hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap) were supposed to be refilled by housekeeping. We had to ask for more hand soap 2nd day along with more towels. Soap was not refilled. Last day, had a very long day. Had to ask for more towels and shampoo. Never got them. Left the next day.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the White Mountains. I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean and spotless the room and the bathrooms were! It's a really nice facility and the price was great for what we needed and got. My favorite part is how clean the bathroom was! But there were many other benefits like a very accessible parking lot, coffee and ice cream across the street, many restaurants on the same street. Honestly, perfect location for our stay. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice time but there were some issues with cleanliness in our room. I did reach out to the front desk and they did come up to change the bed sheets and clean the room. The free breakfast was nice. We also enjoyed the pool and it was convenient to all area attractions but the rooms could have been cleaner.

Nice comfortable room and firm king size mattress. Very clean. Our room was unfortunately at the end of the hall (229) next to the stairwell which was loud when people walked up. The biggest negative mark was the sliding bathroom door which was heavy and very loud when closed which was very annoying when used at night

Took a trip to Lincoln and stayed here. The person at the service desk was super nice and made check in easy. They also ask if you'd like a text when you get to the room, checking on how it is. I liked that when you get into the room, it's reads Welcome w/ your name listed. The bed was firmer than I prefer, but other than that, the room was great. Nice pillows, plenty of outlets to plug your devices into. The shower was nice - it was a large stall with sliding glass doors. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Nice rooms. Do not get a walk in shower room. Floors are not pitched to drain. Water floods entire floor and does not move unless you clean it up. Room overall is very nice. I’d choose to stay there again. Come the Fall, we just might. Book through Hilton to use your points. They don’t work when using a third party.

Stayed one night while skiing nearby. The place was fine and location is great. We would prefer if the room was better equipped for ski gear but understand it is a standard Hampton Inn. Adding more places to hang ski gear to dry would be great along with a mat by the door for wet boots. We did have two problems: 1. The shower doors would not stay closed and opened while showering allowing water to poor onto floor. We jammed a towel into the track to keep the doors from sliding open. 2. We could not get the entertainment apps to work with the Hampton Inn accounts and had to logon with our personal accounts to use Sirius and Netflix. I called the front desk and all they could offer was to provide a phone number to call for assistance but this felt too much like being at work and told to call the IT help line.

The hotel property and room was great. Found it interesting not one time except for when I checked in was there someone at the desk. Hotel staff were no where to be found on a normal basis. Saw housekeeping maybe once in the four day staff. Thankfully, I am low maintenance and didn’t have any needs. Stayed at a sister facility in Boston and the service was top notched and staff were visible and friendly.

There was no record of my reservation when I showed up today. I actually had to pay for it out of my credit card even though the transaction was paid for through Expedia. Not sure what the communication is with third-party through the hotel, but I was extremely disappointed on that end of the operation thankfully, there was a room for me otherwise I'd be more irate

Mason, front desk, was absolutely fabulous. He went out of his way to help find a watch we thought we lost. He actually went to our room himself to look for it. As it turned out we found the watch in a bag. We will definitely be back when we are in Lincoln NH.

Upon arrival, after a 4 hour ride with my 5 year old grandson. We were told the room I booked was not available and was offered 2 separate rooms! Which my grandson was so upset and crying he didn’t want to be separated! As were told to “hold on “ I proceeded to go outside and call around for another hotel as I payed for a suite ! After a hour we are told the room will be ready ! As it was just inexcusable for the trauma that they caused! And mind you , I arrived at 5:30 , as the check in was 4 , so I purposely waited to arrive! Only to wait over a hour before we were told ok ! We left to go out the next morning and requested for a room cleaning, only to come back to the way we left it ! Let’s not talk about the so called breakfast?? Watery oatmeal, waffle maker not working , no fruit , watery eggs and so forth! So would I stay again ?? As I travel frequently and this is my first time ever I posted a negative review.

Lincoln is a nice walkable town. For our weekend stay it has all the amenities within walking distance: Rite Aid, a brewery/restaurant, a bagel place, and even a catholic church. The hotel is new, modern and clean. It had all we needed. There are two electric charging parking spots in the front of the hotel, which is very convenient if you have a hybrid.
