Warm welcome by host on arrival. Property/room comfortable but in need of TLC. Breakfast disappointing after reading good reviews. Quality of food poor. Would not stay again .

A traditional B and B, large room with plenty of light and opening windows. Comfortable and in a great location. Lovely local walks and impressive pub with excellent food. Good breakfast included in our price which was very good for area.Friendly helpful host.

This is such a quaint beautiful boutique style hotel. Our room was so lovely and comfortable. Host is absolutley delightful, really cares about there guests. Definately a 10/10 from me and my husband. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!
