夜中に着いて、翌朝の便でロンボクに行くために使いました。他のクチコミにあるように場所がわかりづらいですが、ターミナル3出発フロアのＥカウンターの後ろに、吉野家とかお店があり、床屋のマーク💈の隣の階段を降りたらフロントがあります。部屋は窓はなく狭いですが、寝るだけなら十分でしょう。

トランジットで宿泊する事には全く問題ないが、国際線の場合は一度入国手続きしなければいけない。また入口が非常にわからないので国際線出発フロアー２階「吉野家」の隣を探して入っていけばわかる。

ホテル入口は、国際線出発の同フロアー（E列）の飲食店街並びにある（吉野家左側、散髪屋横から入る）ため、出発前は大変便利（到着の際は、同ビルの出発フロアまでEVかエスカレーターで上がる必要ある）。 ホテルフロントと部屋は1階下、階段で降りる（荷物はホテルのスタッフが降ろしてくれる、階段横にスロープある）\u3000部屋は狭い（大型スーツケースがギリ開けれる程度）、バスタブ・冷蔵庫は無い。ドライヤーはある。清潔でスタッフ対応は良かった。シャワーもすぐにお湯が出た。

The hotel is good for location convenience. Finding the hotel is tricky as there isn't any/much signage in the airport. It is in the domestic corner of the airport, behind the barber shop close to departures. The only access is stairs however there is a person there to help get luggage down the steep ramps. Don't expect much. The room is small so suitcases, big or multiple, is challenging. My bed was tremendously hard, the AC was loud and there is no ability to control the temperature in the room, the TV does not have TV channels and the "smart TV" doesn't allow you to connect your phone (or other devices) to the TV. All that Smart means is if you have a YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV etc. accounts, you can log into them.

部屋は東京のように狭いです。 他の方の口コミの通り個別のエアコンというか排気付き冷風機乗り換えに特に排気音が寝ているときには強烈で布団乾燥機を掛けたまま寝ているようです。 部屋は清潔です。 色々とあるんですが...とにかくチェックインカウンターのすぐ後ろの1階下という強烈な利便性が不満を吹き飛ばします。 早朝出発便とか真夜中到着便ならここは有りだと思います。 入口は吉野家の左隣のショップを突っ切った階段下にありますが、知らないと入っていくのをためらうぐらいに何も書いてない感じですね。 入口にホテルスタッフさんが立っていますが、ショップの呼び込み店員かと思ってしまいましたよ。

骨折をして車椅子アテンドをお願いしての渡航でした。とにかく入り口がわかりづらく、 アテンドしてもらってなければ自力で見つけることが難しかったでしょう そして入り口からは階段を降りるしかないフロントで、事前に調べてはいましたがやはり驚きました。松葉杖で降りましたが、スタッフがアテンドしてくださらなければ吹き抜けでしたので怖かったです。 1番手前の部屋を準備してくださり、歩く距離が少なく助かりました。 空調も問題なく快適に過ごし 翌日のフライトのために荷物も速やかに運んでくださり助かりました。

Very convenient hotel, located two levels up from arrivals at Terminal 3. As you walk out of customs, go up two levels on the people mover or elevator, walk to the end of the terminal, and to the left you will find the entrance to the hotel to the side of a wellness store. It is a little hard to find, but all the security guards that I asked pointed me in the right direction. The check in counters of all airlines are just a few minutes away from the hotel. Very practical. Rooms are basic and small, A/C is a little weak, but the shower was excellent, Internet worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. A small desk allows you to catch up with email easily. Totally recommended.

Excelent service, save and clean

I love the d'Prima in terminal 3. I stay here every time I transit through Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff are always helpful. It's perfect for a late arrival to just get right to bed! Lots of good dining options in Terminal 3.

ターミナル３の中にあり、やや入り口はわかりにくいですが、深夜便での到着や早朝出発の際にはとても便利で、数回使っています。部屋の中は清潔です。

No windows in any of the rooms. Beds very hard. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Toilet could barely flush and sewerage came up thru floor drain in bathroom.

Had a layover in jakarta so stayed the night here. Was good stay. Service was top! The bathroom didnt feel as good as the rest of the room. Okay for a one night stay.

너무 시끄럽고 지저분합니다

We were traveling with 2 other couples all arriving from the U.S. into Jakarta on 3 different airlines. We then had an 8 hour layover departing at midnight. D’prima Hotel is located in Terminal 3 so after 20 hours traveling, clearing customs and immigration, we checked into our tiny but clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! Took a shower and napped for a few hours before next flight. The best.

Soundproofing is so poor that I can have conversations with people in the next room or hallway.. The only advantage is location.

冷房が強すぎるが、部屋ごとに調整できない？寒くてよく眠れませんでした。

It is very convenient when taking early morning flights because it is inside the airport. I could not change the temperature of the room because it is linked to the airport's air conditioning. The room is simpler than the picture and has the necessities. You can hear the noise in the hallway. There was no hair dryer in the room. The staff was friendly and I could lie down while waiting, which is much better than waiting for a plane in the lobby.

If you’re unfamiliar with this property or airport then it will be difficult to locate the hotel. The tv only has one channel - YouTube - but it didn’t work when I was there so that was a problem. Walls are very thin. Beer is expensive. Great for a long layover or one night but nothing more.

We just needed a place to get 5 hrs sleep. This fit our needs, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient for international travelers. The facility is above average, but the air conditioner doesn't cool the room sufficiently. On one occasion, we had to install an additional portable AC unit, which took up space in the small walkway. There are some issues with employee training. During our two stays, we booked two rooms for two people each time. The first time, a male employee checked us in and repeatedly insisted that we had only booked one room, despite me showing him my booking confirmation for two rooms. On the second visit, the same male employee again questioned the booking, suggesting that the room was too small for two people. I had to clarify once more that we had indeed reserved two rooms for two people each. Dealing with poorly trained employees can be frustrating, especially when you have limited time to rest. During our first stay, it took over 30 minutes to finally get into our room, even though we only had three hours to rest.
