Property had all mod cons, and toiletries. It's a 1 flight walk up. If you're a light sleeper, they provide ear plugs, due to occasional train noise at night.

Great location. AC worked great. That's a big deal to me as I prefer it to be cold when I sleep. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The space was super comfortable, very cute and well maintained. Location was great, plenty of food around. Staff was super helpful, I need additional info and they answer calls right away and were really nice. There was some train noise but they had complementary ear plugs 😄

A fun and funky place to stay during a conference which was overbooked. Excellent location convenient to dining, shopping (great used bookstore downstairs), and downtown. Excellent kitchen and bathroom - loved the small dishwasher.

This is a terrific place in a very centrally located part of the city. The only issue we had was no ADA accessibility- at least none we could locate. It's a 24-stair walk up to the apartments and that's great if you are young, healthy and can lug a giant suitcase up 24 stairs. Being a skoch older and with major back issues, it was very taxing. Outside of that, everything about the place was great.

The apartment was nice and had a decent build out. However, I found this part of town very loud and concerning for propery crime. The windows were very thin and there was alot of traffic with loud exhaust and a man with a cart blaring a song at full volume as he walked down the street. You could hear everything through the paper thin windows. The rest of the apartment was cozy - the water took a bit to heat up, but I was happy with the rest of my stay. I'll just avoid this location in the future for noise and property damage concern.

Old building being renovated is not bad. Tough entry and long Stair climb if you have luggage. Lighting haphazard with no low light available. Just very bright or no light at all. Stumbling around in pitch black night environment. Kind of dangerous. Bed very comfortable.

Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently.

The location is walkable to many restaurants and the park. However, it is VERY loud with the nearly constant trains. Obviously there’s nothing that can be done about the noise. The apartment was pretty well equipped and even had a hot spring for pour overs. The biggest issue was the crooked floors. So, if you have problems with vertigo, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

To keep this short, the place was extremely purpose forward. It had everything you’d need to stay a few days, as long as you can stand the constant train noise across the road. They attempted solutions for this, but they were somewhat inadequate. Finishing the place is tricky as well, but the owner communicated back quickly.

The room was not as advertised. Room I thought I was getting had a separate kitchen and dishwasher. The unit I walked into had kitchen and living room as one room and no dishwasher. Disappointing.
